Drift water resort was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back! Everything about this place was perfect for my husband and I weekend away. We stayed in cabin #15 and it was just the right size and price. The grounds were kept absolutely immaculate, the cabin was clean, the resort was quiet and peaceful! Crystal always answered my calls and even offered to stay late for check-in which I respectfully declined but the offer was very commendable. You can tell Crystal and David really care about their guests and their property. Every morning we would have coffee on the boat dock, and enjoy the peace and serenity of the resort. The hot tub was nice in the evening time to wind down and have a cocktail. I also liked how close it was to the landing, but it still felt like a world away when you were sipping your coffee on the fishing dock watching the steam come off the river and the sun coming up over the hills. In my opinion, this resort has it all!!!! If you re like me, and you do a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. Trust me this property is worth it! The prices are fair, the location is perfect, the cabins and grounds are kept clean, the amenities are awesome and the owners are on top of everything!Noteworthy details: We loved the electric fireplace in cabin number 15!!!! That little thing can put out a lot of heat, And it was always the first place I went every morning. I think it s the only cabin that has one.

Beautiful property, impressive cabins, and great location. I would stay here again over and over. The cabins were spacious. I stayed in #9. It was a better option for our group than a regular hotel room. We were able to cook pizza in the oven, make pots of coffee, and lounge around. The owners took great care in designing the cabins. So much personality.

Awesome resort! Perfect for our family fishing trip! Our cabin had everything we needed. We cooked a hardy breakfast every morning and the kitchen was fully equipped. Great rental boats which are fairly priced. The dock is in a great location close to the cabins. My crew caught lots of trout and had a great time! There was a really nice playground that our 2 year old enjoyed. We will have to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the pool.

My friends and I stayed here Oct 20_24 and our experience was absolutely amazing and peaceful. Noah was also very helpful too with our stay also. This was our first girls trip ever so it was definitely an amazing experience for all 3 of us. The family is very friendly and resort is very beautiful. We loved taking pictures and watching the boats pass by too. Everyone should definitely come and check out this beautiful destination.

Briefly: Wonderful, quiet grounds, well maintained and great for kids. Cabins are well apportioned, comfortable, and impeccably clean.Regardless of the place (hotel, cabin, AirBnB, etc), I do a thorough inspection before bringing in any of our luggage or items, just in case I find any kind of unwanted passengers lurking in the beds and furniture. That being said, this is the CLEANEST place I have stayed, possibly ever. Very few hidden fuzzies, crud deposits, or anything of the sort. Shockingly clean, to be honest. Smelled very good, too.Having a playground onsite was great - the kids could come and go from the cabin and go nuts outside to get their energy expended. Several other families with kids in the general age bracket of ours were also staying there, and our rambunctious heathens always drew out at least one play buddy. We grilled on the grill one night, which was good - there even was a chimney coal starter available so we didn't have to use petro to start the fire. Nice long skewers are located at the pavilions, so you can start a fire in the firepit and bring your smore ingredients for some nighttime snacking (firewood provided!). If you like to fish, there's a nice dock - our kids liked just being able to go out to look at the water and passing boats. The facility is reasonably close to most of the action, though you do have to cross a bridge to get back in to Branson proper. The good thing about this is that it was very peaceful out there, even during the day. We used the onsite laundry, which has two sets of modern stacking machines. While you're there, you can pick up brochures for the area, which is a nice touch.Would (and likely will!) stay here again.

Awesome accommodations. Cleanest rooms I ve EVER stayed in and I travel a lot. The grounds are immaculate. For me, this is a perfect place for a family. My only reservation is the accessibility to fishing. We come to fish. The dock is like the rest of the resort pristine. The drawbacks are it s set up more like a swimming platform. There are no safety rails around the dock. Also, the placement of the boat slips make it very difficult to leave a line in the lake. It really depends upon your reason for travel. PERFECT for families with younger children. It s not ideal for those who are more interested in fishing from a dock. They do offer boat rentals.Rooms: Beds very comfortable. Room extremely clean.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. In an older area of this resort town but everything is modern and well kept. We loved that it was right on the lake/river. The pool was excellent. The grounds well kept and wonderful. The family unit we rented had 3 bdr and 2 full baths with a great kitchen, dining room, large living room with 2 sleeper couches. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax and enjoy.Thank you so much for having us.Nearby activities: We went to Branson Landing several times and enjoyed it very much. Love that it's right on the water.

I have done little bit of traveling around this world. Not a lot but enough to know a great place when I stay there. All the people I dealt with at Driftwater Resort were super nice. My cabin was #19 and it was simply perfect. The location was great. The local white tail deer family greeted me every day as I was coming and going. Plenty of fishing fun and I really appreciated the guest laundry. The only thing more I could ask for is a restaurant and pub on site. But still I didn't have to drive far to find that.Nearby activities: Just a couple of miles from the heart of Branson.

So me and my wife just spent 4 days here for our honeymoon. We loved the area. But, we stayed in one of the smaller cabins since it was just the 2 of us. And they need some serious updating. The full size bed was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept the 1st night. The 2nd night we slept in the other bed and it was more comfortable. The size of the shower... if I weighed 200 pounds I wouldn't even be Able to take a shower at all its so small , it was very uncomfortable, there is only 1 t.v. and it's in the living room and it's not a smart tv so we had to watch our shows on our phone and it was very disappointing that we couldn't lay in bed at night and watch TV. There was only 1 outlet in each room and it was by the door so we literally had to lay our phones on the floor by the door or buy an extension cord. The wifi was very spotty once there were 4 cabins filled. The dock to go fishing looked like it was falling in. As much as we loved the location unfortunately unless changes are made we won't be staying here on our next trip as this cabin wasn't worth the 800$ we paid for 4 nights . Edit: I can't reply to your rudely nice comment so I edited my stars accordingly

We ve stayed here twice this year, and LOVE this location so much! The rooms are fresh, and comfortable, the site set up is like a campground and perfect for a young family like ours. The boat rental was so convenient and fun too! What was so nice as well, was anytime we needed anything, they were quick to answer our phone calls and help with whatever was needed.

Everything was great. Boats are new, clean and maintained. The cabin rooms are clean, have all the needed extras. I love the new coded locks. The ease of arriving and departure, with email for directions for checking in. Auto pay on-line at the end was great. Pricing was fair.Best place on Tanneycomo. We ll stay here from now on.

The owners Dave and Crystal run the one of the most amazing, efficient, economical, comfortable, cozy resorts on the lake, that I have ever stayed at. Their attention to detail and professionalism makes our annual family reunion a success year after year. The location is peaceful and beautiful. If I ever thought of running a business like theirs I would definitely look towards them for advice. This place runs on all cylinders and its location is fantastic. I highly recommend this place to Respectable People! Slackers go away they do not deserve any shenanigans because they deliver the best hospitality I have experienced in the last several years.Rich L.Rooms: Completely updated and remodeled with equality and attention to detailNearby activities: Minutes from Branson Landing...activities to suit all ages and all intrests...no need to say moreWalkability: Right on the lake front

Would give them more stars if possible! Our family reunions have been at Driftwater for the past 5 years and every stay has been wonderful! The cabins are clean with modern appliances, cabinets, and a fully equipped kitchen! The bathrooms are also nicely updated with quality toilettes, showers, and sinks. The towels, linens, and bed sheets are always clean, white and spotless! The cabins are furnished and decorated so nicely, it gives off that cozy "home away from home" vibe. The front porches have nice tables and chairs with electrical outlets - a great place to chill. The docks, playground, pool, lawns, gazebos, concrete patios and gravel roads are meticulously cared for and maintained! Usually a resort like this starts off beautiful and slides downhill from there, but not Driftwater! They just keep getting better! They recently added a laundry facility, a second dock with kayak and boat rentals and a new office. There are more plans in the works that are simply amazing! Dave, Crystal and their family put love, care and great attention to detail, into ALL they do. Their pride of ownership shows! And they are friendly, wonderful people to boot! This year, our AC unit went out... now these things happen and are unavoidable, but how it was handled was most excellent! Dave and team came into our cabin like a pit crew at the Indy 500. They had the old unit out and new unit installed in record time! They did have to go through some extra effort that required a trip to Springfield but they made sure we never broke a sweat! It's hard to get that kind of customer service these days, but not when you stay at Driftwater! My final comment is 10 out of 5, will definitely do again! And you should, too! This is the place where cherished memories are made!

All the comforts of home in the cabins! I was able to easily cook for my family of 6 with what was provided in the kitchen. I really appreciated having complimentary laundry on-site. The views and all the lovely outdoor spaces were wonderful as well. It was just so comfortable. Thank you! We will come again another time for sure!

The little cottage was small, but perfect for us! Great place to get away, fish, clean and the family that bought this resort takes pride in taking care of this place. If we needed anything, they took care of it. Come check it out yourself! We will be back.Rooms: Clean, small but we thought it was perfect for the two of us. The one we chose was like a studio or a hotel room, but better.Safety: They don't have keys for the cottages, they have key pads and then the door locks automatically and has two additional locks on the inside of the door.Walkability: They have a pool, two hot tubs, ping pong table, small basketball court, fishing dock and a shuffle board on site that you can walk to.

We stayed in unit/cabin 1, and it was a great experience! Right on the water, newly built unit. I was most impressed with how well maintained and convenient the entire property was. New washers/dryers, a nice salt water swimming pool with 2 hot tubs, a playground, shuffleboard, 2 gazebos with fireplaces/rockers and a tub of fresh wood, and a dock with boats, kayaks, and paddleboards to rent.Just perfect. It really is perfect! Thank you so much for hosting us.

Our stay at Driftwater Resort was absolutely fabulous. The unit we stayed in was lovely and perfect for our multi- generational family. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Dave & Crystal were very quick to respond to our needs and were extremely friendly to all guests. The setting was very peaceful and serene. I could sit on the deck watching the boats go by and listening to all the different birds forever.

Driftwater was even better than I had anticipated! The grounds were immaculately clean, the pool was spotless, and the staff does an amazing job at keeping the cabins looking their best. When something was requested, the staff took care of it right away and were eager to do so.Their son, Caleb, was also very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was more than happy to accommodate my daughter, who had a few special requests during our stay.I would definitely recommend you check this place out! It's well-kept, clean, very close to all the attractions, and a blast if you feel like just hanging out there as well!

The location was secluded, but not easiest to get to because of the sharp left turn off the highway.I didn t feel like I could bother the staff in the evenings. Knowing it s a family run business I felt like I should not call. However, we did call the first night to get the TV working. We didn t call when we had trouble with the heating and air. Maybe if the information was on the table in a folder I d have noticed it. We didn t see the information posted on the refrigerator until the next morning. The bathroom is very spacious and I the shower was very nice. There wasn t much room to walk beside the beds, but it worked out. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances.

Had a great time here with friends! They provide laundry in a separate but close building and even will launder the towels provided as long as you put out the laundry basket by the specified time. Great space, giant living area, comfy beds and they were able to provide 6 towels per bathroom (our rental had 2). The best part was the boat rental prices they offered to guests, definitely can't beat the price anywhere else!
