I am not happy at all with the service I received in the shop, the guy pried off my hub caps breaking 2 of them with a pry bar when they come off by hand!! I also have a couple new scratches from there. I'm paying almost $900 to receive service like this is ridiculous!! Even if I paid a smaller amount service should NOT be like this!! I WON'T BE BACK!!!!

We were trying to find a more affordable set of tires for our truck I checked at a few different places and finally went to Big O The people were so friendly and knowledgeable. Also very helpful I told her what I needed and showed her the quotes I had received from other places she was able to set us up with a better set of tires for just a few dollars more than the other places cheaper tires. We will definitely go back when it s time for a new set for either one of our vehicles! Also anywhere had to order but they were able to get them later one the same day instead of us having to wait for a week or more plus the warranty was better priced than anywhere else we had an awesome experience thank you BIG O I believe we worked with Chelsea I think was her name

Brought my 2009 range rover in with a tire that wasn't flat but I wanted to have looked at. The manager said it had to be replaced and never acknowledged me when I asked it could be patched instead. All 4 tires were installed less than 3 months ago. Gave me a hard time for no reason for saying I couldn't afford all 4 new tires which is the only thing they would do for me. I said I have farm animals back in arkansas so I had to leave that day. They said bye and did no patch job and just acted like a was a criminal for not wanting 4 new tires. The manager was a lady with short hair arrogant and mean. All of her workers were low life's. 3rd time I've been tried to be swindled into buying 4 new tires when 1 needs a patch if that. Ridiculous this industry is.

I came in to get a break light fixed. I had a previously scheduled appointment for 9:00am and my car did not get pulled in till 10:45am. I was out by 11:00am, two hours after my appointment time. I understand that they had some understaffing issues but there were a few walk-ins who were in and out before my car was even seen. They do good work, I have not had any issues with the actual product, but why schedule appointments if you aren t going to adhere to them?

Brought my vehicle in for a simple tire alignment. We had an appointment for 2pm. We waited a little over 2 hours before our vehicle was even taken into the shop. What's the point in making an appointment if you still have to sit there for 2 plus hours before your vehicle is even touched. Will not be going back.

Great service. Impressed to c employees greeting you as soon as you walked in and not on their personal cells.Helped me find a good value tire that meets my personal needs on F250.Love the tires! Ride great, not noisy and look good on the truck.Definitely going back for service on my truck.

This place takes such good care of my vehicle. Text to remind me that I'm due for an oil change and they are always right on time. Easy to get an appointment and they don't make you wait a million hours

They did an awesome job for us, went out of their way to accommodate us late. From the first of the call from the side of the road with a flat and out their door with 4 new tires a little over an hour. Helped getting a tow truck and staying late. AWESOME JOB!

After having multiple issues with the Big O in hollister the one on 248 seemed to do better.Until I was sitting outside waiting for a oil change that took 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had a appointment at 3 and I'm just now leaving at 4:40.Unfortunately they've lost my business, take your car somewhere else. Their labor is high as well.

They were so accommodating!! They worked me in so quickly. The lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and sweet and the same way when I got there.Just saved my day. I would recommend them to anyone who has tire problems.

WOW what customer service!! Friday 5:30pm flat tire stuck in parking lot of Rapid Roberts. Could not get anything out of AAA, called Big O at 5:45 (they close at 6). They found us a tow truck, stayed opened pass 6 for us. By the time the tow truck got us to Big O it was about 6:20 the whole staff was there waiting! It was almost like a NASCAR pit stop all hands on deck changing 4 tires. Yes I only had one flat but the car was due for new tires in a month or so. Would Big O done all for only 1 tire, do not know.The crew went above and beyond finding us a tow truck. Again thanks to the whole crew at the Big O.

Always the best work and best service!! Katelyn and Chelsea take amazing carw of people. Not sure all the mechanics names, but never had a problem. There are closer places to where I live, but I will ALWAYS drive the extra distance to take my car to Big O Branson!!!

Great products with great timely service. Brought my Chevy 1500 here after sitting and needing repairs for 1 year. Had my vehicle running and driving within 2 hours. Service went beyond my expectations with a more than reasonable end price. Vanessa working the check out in desk was an incredible help and made my not so fun situation much easier.

Unfortunately they didn't do two of the three items we took it there for. The mechanics didn't come out and advise what they did, they gave the sheet to the service writer to say they recommended over 1000+ worth of work. No confidence in additional work recommended. Will not go there again. Kaitlyn, service writer was wonderful, as were the other two gals in front.

We use Big O s for all of our oils changes, they are so professional and make time for us with our hectic schedule. Recently had to replace the drive shaft in my daughters keep and they kept me up every step of the way, it was even finished up earlier than expected! They are so friendly and make me feel like a family member every time I go in! I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

They was little help, I was having an issue with a locking lug nut they told me I would have to have my car towed to them, for $85. Then they said it would be $135 for them to remove all the lug nuts on that the because they would have to still through them. I went to O'Reilly's got a key for the locking lug nuts and it cost $8. And they had told me that their way was the only way .

The staff were very friendly. We had a small screw in our tire. We stopped in on a Saturday morning, and they were able to get the tire fixed within a half hour so we could start heading back home to Wisconsin. Highly recommend!

Everyone there was super nice, even though my interaction was minimal.I needed my tires checked as the indicator light was on. A nice serviceman came out and put air in, explained a few reasons that my tires may have been losing air & told me if it happened again to come back and he'd take them off & see what was going on.If I ever need to replace my tires, I'll definitely go there.

I had something in my tire, they offered to fix it but pointed out my nonexistent tire tread. So I asked them to replace the tires. From start to finish it too maybe 35 minutes which is really good considering it was a drop in. The staff was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

We were visiting Branson from out of town. On our way home we had a tire explode on our travel trailer. It exploded hard enough it blew out part of the wheel well. It was very stressful. Big O Tires hooked us up with better quality tires (one of the other tires exploded on the way down to Branson and we were running on a spare for that one). But even after 7 months Wade still checks in on us to make sure everything is going ok. I m super impressed with their products, their service and the way they continue to follow up with us even though we re not locals. I don t know of any business that does that. I d give them 10 stars if I could! I fully recommend them!

We took our 2019 Dodge Durango into Big O s to have tires and brakes replaced, after getting the vehicle back we noticed the brakes we re making a squealing noise and took said vehicle back to Big O s to have them fix the noise. And we decided to do an oil change since we were 4 hours away from home and headed home the next day and it was due for an oil change. I received a call from there employee stating the vehicle was ready but an ABS light was on and they couldn t figure out what was wrong with it or why the light came on (there were no lights on when we took it to their shop) she said she talked to her manager and it was safe to drive and they would pay for whatever was wrong to be fixed since they weren t able to get the light off .My wife and I went to pick it up and not only was the abs light on but the check engine light was on as well as brake light, we asked if it was safe to drive and they insisted that it was safe to drive, my wife drove off the lot onto a main road and the vehicle would not accelerate nor steer and the speedometer didn t work, my wife pulled over immediately to avoid being in an accident I drove the vehicle back to Big O S and told there assistant manager to drive the vehicle and tell me if she thought it was safe she brought it back and said no it s not safe but that her store manager said it was safe to drive. We towed the vehicle to a Dodge dealership where it was fixed at Big O s cost. The thing is we were stranded In Branson for four days due to this incident and they could have killed my wife and kids by putting us in an unsafe vehicle insisting it was safe to drive. We had to pay to stay there for another 4 days since we were over 4 hours away from home waiting on the vehicle they broke to be fixed, I missed work my kids missed school that we pay for them to be in and we had to pay to stay there an extra 4 days. I have called corporate several times to no avail, I called consumer relations and they said they offered us 248.00 refund which I declined because that doesn t come close to covering our expenses. They should issue a full refund of the over 2500.00 we spent with them, which still doesn t cover moneys lost due to missed work and paying for a place to stay for four days.

I am so impressed with this place. My tire sensor went off and they filled all the tires to their proper level. It was done with a smile and no charge even though I'd never done business there before. My dealership said I needed an alignment so I went to Big O to get it. They tested it said it didn't need one, explained about everything. They could have easily just taken my money but didn't. The people are always so friendly...give them a try. Their the best...I've also purchased tires with no issues and a competitive price. I use the Big O on 248 in Branson.

Had a nail in my tire and drove in to get my spare put on because the tire was not able to be patched. They were very nice and helpful even though it was just before closing time on a Friday.

This place is awesome! We overheard the staff talking about helping a customer on the side of the road, even though it was out of their usual scope of service, just because they are good people . They also didn t charge us for a quick tire fix, super helpful when on a family trip for vacation in Branson!Thank y all so much! We will be back!

This place saved the family vacation! Brakes went out just as we got into Branson. This Nana and her grands didnt know what to do! Called Big O, went straight there, and they had us fixed up a short time later! Great, friendly, fast service!!

This company is unable to operate successfully. Big O Tires is a name I ve trusted in and have even worked for. This Branson location is not only understaffed but under equipped. The lack in knowledge by ALL Staff will leave your vehicle in such a safety liability-I was asked for settlement. I refuse to pay anything to this company , my car is still not drivable, it s unsafe. This company does not have the right to run a business. Not to be trusted . Extreme liability and safety concerns. Payment yet to be discussed. To be continued. To be Settled

Once the mechanics began servicing my car, they called me into the shop to show me my lower left steering control arm was absolutely SHOT! I've had this car inspected by two different mechanics and was told it was fine. This worn-out part in my steering system could have cost us our lives, and maybe even someone else's! Thank you for your attention to detail, guys!
