We love Bass Pro! ... Cute little pond outside. We loved seeing the in the aquarium and fishing equipment. Clothes and toys are so cute...The huge fireplace The different little "nature" touches like animal prints on the floor. interesting outdoor supplies. I love the patriotic feel of it . Never a question of "should we go?" ...every chance we get we will. The staff were friendly and informative...

Employees are very rude. Wanted to buy a jacket and an employee took it away. Waited in the checkout line, never got told by the cashier (1) that she could help me. The other cashier (2) asked if I was with this man that (1) was helping, I said no, then she said to the customer she was helping they re just standing there . Store was cool

First things first...While there is a lot of parking here. It is SO busy that it is atrocious. They do have shuttles to the front once you find a parking spot. However, finding that spot is a task. The store itself is very well kept and stocked. They have your regular sporting goods items: Guns, fishing, boats, etc. They have tons of cute items for children and pets. They are stocked up on ammo. You can get different needed licenses for sporting activities. Overall, a pretty good experience. The parking is just something else though.

Pretty neat experience. I loved the display and fish tank at the far end of the store. The great hall was pretty impressive too. They were super accommodating to me when I needed to make an exchange without a receipt. While it was a busy store with lots of people in there after Christmas, it wasn t difficult to find someone to help me.

Very good food, good service... except they don't do a birthday dessert. It would be nice if staff sang and used a candle. Views are great. They are a little pricey but again great food.

Bacon wrapped shrimp, and battered cod was delicious. The scenery is beautiful. There are lots of fish and ducks to feed your leftovers, too.

I love bass pro. Wonderful organization. I just don't like this location at all. Sent my girl in to return an item recently purchased. She was told that, that specific location didn't sell the items she had. Even though the shelf was stocked with the items. She was told they hadn't had those items for many years. It's obvious that the customer service people are either intentionally not following the policy, or they just don't care. Either way I wouldn't bring my business there again. Springfield is a drive but honestly they will actually help you out and follow bass pro shop policy. I would recommend the drive

This is really a cool place for the outdoorsy kind. They have just about everything you could possibly want in outdoor gear, equipment, and merch. I m a bass fisherman and I found everything except for the more higher end fishing rods and reels.I didn t see any really high end Abu Garcia or Shimano equipment. Everything I was able to see was below $200.They have a relatively small aquarium for the kids to peek into. That should hold the small ones down for a little bit while you shop. If you re into guns and knives, they got that too.All in all this is a outdoorsman s dream place. The overall prices are really good too. I was able to get a nice Pro Bass tshirt for only $9.99.

Can always find something. Nice setting on the river as well with a nice shopping center adjacent to the location. Spent most of the day in shopping complex, along with a nice meal at Guy Fieri's.

We love visiting bass pro! From the clothes to the outdoor gear to the fun snacks. There really is something for everyone. It is also dog friendly. We enjoyed watching the fish and just having a great clean place to explore while visiting the Branson landing. We will definitely be back.

Nice big place, lots of items in stock, BUT, the BEST part is that it's at the entry of a fun mile of shops that you can walk through along the waterfront!

Fun place to walk around but either the rent there is high or something because the prices are WAY to high compared to other stores with the same / similar stuff.

Beautiful Store on the lake. While lots of choices of apparel and camping gear, The Springfield MO location is way superior.

Love this joint. They have boats for you to see and hop on, especially the ones outside. This a place for fishing enthusiasts no doubt about that. Yet, in addition to fishermen, store has a lot to offer to both men, women, and youngsters.

Cannot say enough good about their marine repair shop. Our pontoon needed a couple of minor repairs. They made the repairs quickly and even saved me money by using a less expensive part that served the purpose just as well as a more costly part. All of the staff in the service department are knowledgeable and friendly. Will not even consider taking our boat elsewhere.

Always enjoy going to Bass Pro. The entire store is beautiful. It's hard to look around when you have a 3yr old saying mamaw papa come here, let's go look at the fishes, deer, bear, etc. But I'd rather look at him than any old store or fish, deer, or bear. Wouldn't trade my time here for anything.

I visited Bass Pro in Branson on Saturday. I wanted to exchange my water shoes for better ones. I headed to the shoe department and there I meant Greta. She has a great smile, she knew exactly what I needed, especially with shoes. I asked her for a pair of disposal nylon socks to put on my feet. She couldn't seem to find where the box of socks was located.I also looked and didn't see any. She got the shoes I asked for in a timely way. I love her disposition! She's an asset to Bass Pro. I found the perfect pair of fall & winter work shoes to exchange.
