I received the kindest help from Kaydin. I started having issues with my car on a road trip and he was able to get me the right parts and put them in because the repair shops were closed. I sincerely appreciate the help and exceptional service. Thank you!

Went in to get batteries for myremote start and the guy working there said they're over there, no where specific, just over there, he was two steps away from them, he could of been more helpful but instead continued to talk to the other worker. He was the tall blond kid. Will not be going there again unless I really have to. This was January 28th at 10 am. I hope the manager sees this and reprimands him.

While traveling, I developed an issue with my car battery. It was almost 7pm on a Saturday night. I found this store to be open and the staff was very helpful. They tested my battery and it was bad. Within a few minutes we had a new one switched out and we were on our way. Thanks for everybody's assistance.

Overall great experience! Had a low battery issue, called in advance, and they had the battery waiting for me when I arrived. They also tried working with me and checking the warranty to see if I was covered (out of warranty by 5 months). Overall great experience and will come back. Thanks Willie!

I had an unexpected situation happen with my car on my way back home from a trip. I was a couple hours away from home and happened to find this O Reilly shop. The men were so kind, full of integrity, helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure my girls and I were safely back on the road! I cannot recommend them enough!

Stopped in for antifreeze and it was a buy one get one I couldn't believe how much it was but it was cheaper than Walmart and I think I don't know but it was pretty good deal and I think you had to be a rewards member but he said I don't care he just went and put me in

Brian was so very helpful. It's wonderful to see a young man so polite and courteous to us seniors. We only had wipers to be replaced. No problem..he did it with a smile.

These people are great! If they can, for example put a head light bulb in for you they will, no complaints and they are competitive so If you find a brand cheaper somewhere else that they too carry they will match it. They always greet you and always make sure your satisfied and have everything you need to get the job done. If not they will get the part in within at the latest 48 hours.

Stopped here for an emergency windshield wiper because I had one fly off my car traveling from Kansas to New York. The man who helped me was really friendly and helpful. He put the wiper on for me in the rain. I recommend this parts store.

I love O'Reilly it has been several times I have to go in and have them either Lend me the code Checker or they do it for me. it's pretty accurate, I once got the same codes and then went to Rick ball and Rick ball told me I needed something replaced that I didn't actually so instead of paying $100 at Rick ball go to O'Reilly and let them hook your car up for free because it's just as accurate if not more.

Very helpful. Had my car hooked up to a device to see if the car was throwing a code. The gentleman who waited on me was so nice. He even checked my oil, transmission, and brake fluid for me. Didn't need anything at all but it was still free. Very glad we have them in town, Boonville, Mo.

I'm a 53 year old female traveling alone with my 2 dogs. My serpentine belt shredded on the freeway. One strand of my serpentine belt was keeping my motor running! By the grace of God I made it to O'Reilly auto in Boonville Missouri. The staff was extremely helpful! I cant say enough good about all the young men on shift! I want to extend an extra thanx to Brian who was very professional & helpful. The Sunday crew ( 8-8-21)was also very helpful ! O'Reilly should be thankful to have such great employees!!!

I enjoy my visits with the courteous and helpful folks at O'Reilly's, however, I have been noticing a trend . Lately, there seems to be about a 50/50 chance that they will actually have all of what I need. They will always go out of their way to look up what I'm after and offer to have it shipped in. To be honest, if something has to be shipped in, I can do that myself. I can get things shipped right to my door... usually faster than they can. When I order online, my parts are usually less expensive...a lot less expensive. Also, I don't have to pay any extra shipping charges. It also seems odd that I can look up rare and obscure parts online faster than their trained professionals can look it up on their proprietary software.Hopefully O'Reilly's can modernize their system and streamline things a little bit. I would rather spend my money in my home town, however, I do find myself ordering my own stuff more lately, because I just don't have time for the wasted phonecalls, wasted visits and wasted money. Come on O'Reilly's...get it together!

Everyone that works in this O'Reilly's is knowledgeable and good people treat you right from the time you walk in the door I definitely recommend going here versus anywhere else in town that's where I go it's where I will continue to go because the service is impeccable and they will beat or match any price as well

These guys let my husband use their tools to fix our car without trying to convince us that we needed to buy something from them. O'Reilly's will always be my go to store because this is how every O'REILLY'S store treats their customers! Thank you guys!

They helped me when I was stuck and could not get my pull behind trailer back in the road they got that worked there even came out and helped explain to me what to do I was surprised and tried to offer him cash for his help and he wouldn't even take it

You never give me the right parts! It never fails go get parts and get home not a damn thing fits ! 4 out of five times this is the story! No bullshit! Pay you damn employees something worth being proud of and u might get an employee who's worth a damn! Come on I'm really starting to like AUTO ZONE! Damn u orielys damn u

Was my responsibility to recoat four coats of wax on the floors. Got there on time manager let us in,and he moved stuff out of way. Did the job and was on my way.Blessed Cleaning is a farce of a company.

I wasn't there to buy anything just a flat tire and waiting on road service when they opened. No one came out to demand I remove my vehicle so I'm appreciative of that thought
