PLEASE BE AWARE YOUR CAR MAY NOT BE LOCKED WHEN THE MECHANICS LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FACILITY. I was told my car would be worked on Monday 8/3/20. I drove by the shop to verify it had arrived on Monday since it wasn't operable. I found that it was there and it was outside even though it was the middle of the afternoon. I decided to give the shop time to get to it and came back on Wednesday. I went up to it to make sure the doors were locked since I had about $1500 in parts in the front seat for the repair job. EVERY DOOR was unlocked. A mechanic came out and asked what I was doing and I told him moving all of my parts to the trunk since the doors were unlocked for anyone to access my car. I then proceeded to speak to the shop owner. He said that they lock every car when they are done and that he just hadn't had the time to get to it since Monday. He verified it was an ignition issue and that was it. So why was my car totally unlocked since Monday? I then asked when he could get to it and he had not concrete answer other than if we aren't moving fast enough for you maybe you should take it somewhere else. Electrical issues can take a whole day. So I told him if he doesn't want my money I will take it somewhere that does and took my car. The shop has no cameras for security and apparently doesn't care if your car gets broken into.Service: Electrical

I walked in off the street without an appointment and asked if they could do an oil change and they took care of it right away. Everybody was very nice and their prices are very reasonable, I would recommend this business to anyone needing work done on their car or truck.

Best place to take ur vehicle. Don and his guys get it fixed right the 1st time. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Been going to Don's for over 5 years

I had an oil leak and brake issues on 2000 silverado, called don for estimate and to diagnose, dropped it off yesterday morning 8 30 to an empty shop, called don around 11 30, after speaking with don over the phone about my symptoms, I felt uncomfortable with him working on my truck, I thought I should find someone reputable to take it, so I came by to pick it up and pay him for what he did, prior when I dropped my truck off I had my son meet me there and I reminded him we had a heirloom knife and scabbard in side pocket and thought about getting it out but we decided it would be fine, was there at 8 this morning got my truck gene said to pay 38 dollars, I looked in side pocket, no knife, don, gene, or his son is a thief, they acted as if they were not concerned about the issue and denies it, I wrote a 38 check gave it to gene and left, waited to call my bank at 9 to stop payment, in the meantime I had called dons shop back to ask what he was going to do about my knife stolen, gene said don was on a "test drive" that's bull... at 9 I called bank to find out don already cashed my check on his " test drive" big LIAR and someone there is a thief

This is the one and only place I will take my vehicle for repairs and maintenance. Fair prices, great customer service, and they have even gone out of there way to help out with rides if the repair is going to take awhile.

Took my 2009 Chevy Silverado to have it checked out. Kept reading unknown cylinder misfire. After 2 months and around $2,500 my truck still don't run correctly. Don't take your vehicle there, unless you want a pile of scrap metal thats far worse than it was when you took it to them.

The employee I was trying to speak to wouldn't even look at me to speak & was rude. The man I spoke to on the phone was polite, he wasn't there. The rude man cost my business.
