Top Quality Motors is the best not only do they make purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable experience but their service department is #1. Their staff is amazing, knowledgeable, super friendly, fast service all wrapped up in a non-pressure environment. I bought a car from them in February, returned a few weeks later for some routine maintenance and repairs that were performed quickly and they kept me up to date throughout the entire time. Plus they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the work I needed performed. I have found myself a new auto shop for all my needs, will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know. It's worth the extra drive for me to take my vehicles to a place I know I can trust. Thank you to everyone at Top Quality Motors & Tire. Keep up your excellent work!

I just got my first car under my name and they were super helpful, patient, and nice. I got a second opinion via a Toyota mechanic and he said it was a great car and I agree! Couldn t be happier with my purchase!

We prefer to support our local businesses whenever possible. Top Quality Motors made this super easy. We were looking at a specific vehicle we found on their website but considered others while we were there. Bill was open and honest about each one. We never felt pressured and everyone was super friendly.If you want to have a great car-buying experience: buy a low-mileage car, no pressure, friendly, down-home service and get a good deal just go to Top Quality Motors.

Be very careful if you buy from here. Especially, if you buy an as-is vehicle! I just purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback for my teenage daughter and after 3 days it started stalling when she came to a stop light or stop sign. A potential life-threatening situation! So it doesn t stall if it s in park, just when you hit the brakes in drive. Crazy thing, nothing popped up when my mechanic ran a diagnostic! No code. No nothing. I read a bunch of forums from Subaru owners who have same problem. Stalling, no codes, no way to actually SOLVE THE PROBLEM. It is so frustrating because some people say it could be the torque converter but there is no actual way of knowing! So you could throw 1200 bucks at it and it might not even fix the problem. My daughter is beyond upset and so am I. Bill says he had no idea, but I m just not so sure. It is so hard to trust anyone these days. He told me well the car was sold AS-IS but keep me in the loop. No thanks, Bill. The guy owns a shop. You think he could have offered to replace torque converter at cost so he could feel better about the situation. HESITATE BEFORE YOU BUY A USED SUBARU!!!!!!!! Especially 2010-2013. They are the ones that seem to have this problem. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!

We have bought several cars from Top Quality Motors and have always been impressed with their professionalism and positive environment. We bought this Rogue for our daughter to use at college. No high pressure to buy, they just work with you and answer your questions, and help you as needed. Quality cars at very reasonable prices, and the Dipietro owners are great to work with. Highly recommend this business!

Great place to get tires and service. They got me in on schedule and the tires were installed as promised. Good people to work with. So many different types of tires but they explained it well and what I wanted was what I needed. Good job. Thanks.

Top Quality Is exactly that and expect nothing less! I've been bringing all my Vehicles here for years and have nothing but positive things to say about Dan, Bill and Laurie and the team of mechanics they have working hard everyday they go over and beyond for everyone! If your reading reviews deciding whether or not to bring your vehicle in you won't regret it you get family vibes as soon as you walk in the door and feel good about leaving your vehicle that's hard to come by having someone you trust. Laurie and her team did a great job getting my oil change and tire rotation. Their waiting room is clean and quiet. They have coffee, too. I will be using them for all my automotive needs.

We purchased a used 2012 Chrysler 200 in July of 2020 as a first car for my sons'. We wanted to try Top Quality Motors since it was a local dealer and mechanic and it is always nice to support local businesses when you can. We weren't disappointed! The car had just been traded in and had a few minor issues (struts). They happily took care of all my concerns with the car and gave us a very fair deal. I would recommend Top Quality Motors and plan to use their services in the future.1/4/22-We have used Top Quality a few times for service on several of our vehicles and each time had great service both with the actual service and the customer service. I would highly recommend both their shop and service Department!

My parents have bought several cars from Top Quality and I bought my first car there also. It ended up having a few issues (as used car tend to), and even though I purchased "as-is" without a warranty, they did everything they could to make it right. Their service is great.

Not only the nicest car salesmen I've dealt with, but genuinely some of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.They were all upfront, honest, and very personable. I never felt pressured into anything at all, and everyone was super helpful.Truly a top-notch business; I will definitely be recommending them any time somebody I know is in the market for a quality used vehicle.Thanks again for the awesome service!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the people from Top Quality Motors! They are the nicest people ever to work with. I had my car in the shop and had some medical issues arise and they were patient and worked with me on paying my balance. They are truly wonderful people! I am so happy to have a place like this in my hometown. There ARE still good people in this world and everyone I ve met at the shop are all good people!

I have been using Top Quality Motors to service my vehicles for a while now and have always had an amazing experience. Now this service was worth a 5 STAR review. The lifters in my 2013 Yukon went out Sunday afternoon while on HWY 63. I took the SUV and dropped it off at Top Quality the same afternoon. On Monday i talked to Bill and told him what had happened and he said no problem we will get it in and figure out the issues. Come to find out my 2 lifters went out and needed to be replaced (big job). We talked about the price and time frame (2-3 weeks) due to them having a small shop. On Monday afternoon Bill called me and told me that the lifters went out and that he will try to get my vehicle to me as soon as he can get it since he knows that we need it and have kids to haul around. Mind you that we agreed on a 2-3 week long process to get this fixed. Today is Thursday 1250pm and the suv is sitting in my driveway FIXED..... THESE GUYS TOOK 2 DAYS TO FIT MY VEHICLE INTO THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD.THANK YOU TO BILL AND THE WHOLE CREW AT TOP MOTOR FOR AN AMAZING SERVICE.I only take my vehicles to Top Quality and i tell everyone about them.

Top Quality Motors is the place to go if you are looking for a lower mileage used car. They go above and beyond to provide you with a no pressure buying experience. They have mechanics on site and all the cars are very reliable as well as affordable. They offer a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty for most vehicles. I highly recommend you to stop buy and visit Wayne Smith who did an excellent job of going through each vehicle before the test drive. The owner is also usually there and willing to negotiate. It was a very good buying experience. I will go back.

Had a great car buying experience with Dan and the whole office. We felt as though they listened to what we were looking for and were patient with our decision process. None of them were pushy or aggressive and answered our questions and concerns until we found the right gently used car. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good used car. We will look to Top Quality Motors again for any future vehicle purchases.

If you are looking for reliable, trustworthy and genuine service for your cars, TQM is the place to go! I am always impressed with the customer service of the owners as well as the mechanics and staff. They are personable, knowledgeable and always helpful in answering any questions and concerns. They have a variety of vehicles for good prices all in great condition. Every experience here is a positive one, and I recommend it to anyone needing a place to go!

Wayne, Bill, and the entire Top Quality team went above and beyond in keeping the customer satisfied. I have bought two cars from them and both have served me well. They were honest and transparent about the vehicles and fixed the few small issues I had immediately without any questions asked! This is the place for you if you are in he market for an affordable low mileage car that is if the Toyota or Honda variety, though they have other makes too. I even got a call several months after the sale of the car when Wayne found the second key in their shop. I thought that was a nice touch and something the bigger dealerships would not even mess with once the customer is out the door. Good on you Top Quality Motors!

Horrible experience. Both my mom and I purchased two different vehicles and within a month my transmission went out and my mom s had to have her engine replaced. Be careful when buying from them. Very unreliable.

I have always appreciated the selection of vehicles Top Quality Motors has as I have passed by on Highway 63! Finally had the opportunity to work with them as my wife and I recently purchased an 09 Toyota Highlander for a great price! They helped us with installing a hitch and applying some luggage rack crossbars for our family adventures. Dan was great to work with. No pressure sales and very great communication and service. Speaking of service they have professional mechanics and a garage to work on your vehicles. Top Quality Motors is also a Missouri State inspection site and they sell tires!! Great company to work with for finding a great vehicle at a great price! I highly recommend checking them out!

Top Quality Motors has put the fun back in used car shopping. Personally I ve bought 2 cars there and I recommended them to my mom who has since bought 3 and my uncle came from Arkansas just to experience such great customer service and found the perfect Honda. We have all found exactly what we wanted at fair prices and the quality is amazing. They have great warranties also which takes the worry out of used car shopping. If my cars ever have issues the staff is there with the knowledge and help I desire. The outstanding staff is courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. You will never experience pushy sales people here; they make shopping for used cars a pleasure. Thank you TQM for helping me and my family find exactly what we wanted and for treating us with the utmost respect. I will never buy a car anywhere else and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting an easy and pleasurable car shopping experience. 5 stars all around!

Bill and Laurie are the best! I had some financial challenges in purchasing my car but they made the process less painful. My car came with a warranty (fulfilled by their mechanics) and a 2 year warranty from my lender. The Nissan was not my first choice but Bill suggested the vehicle because it was in my budget and could accommodate my needs when traveling. He never made me feel like he was a pushy salesman hungry to fill quotas. The cherry on top was the assistant salesman, Jack (their German Shepard)! They made me feel like family. If I m ever in the market to purchase another car, Bill and Laurie at Top Quality Motors will be my first stop!

This was the best used car buying experience that I ve had. Bill and his team made the process very easy. He answered my questions and followed through on everything that we discussed. It can be difficult to find a quality low mileage vehicle but they had several to choose from. It was truly a no hassle experience. I highly recommend Bill and Laurie at Top Quality!

Excellent service department! Went in for a regular oil change and was promptly informed by Bill that I had transmission fluid leaking somewhere and could have easily attempted to capitalize on an additional repair but instead recommended I return to my original dealership as I was likely still under a powertrain warranty. After taking my vehicle to my original dealership, turns out Bill was right and the repair was fixed before it became a bigger issue. Bill and Laurie are great business owners who obviously care about the product they are providing to their customers. I would highly recommend Top Quality Motors for any repair or used car purchases!

I stopped in late Saturday afternoon looking to have a flat tire fixed, and walked out Monday morning with amazing pricing on a new set of tires. Bill and Laurie were able to squeeze in a repair appointment for the initial flat tire on a very busy Saturday, which was a huge customer service win. After receiving the bad news the tire was unrepairable, Laurie offered excellent consultation on new tires. They were able to price match with the model I wanted, and able to install them first thing Monday morning. The service from Bill and Laurie and Dan was dedicated, informative, and sincere--truly everything one could hope for when having to unexpectedly spend a pretty penny. They are strong contributors to making Ashland a great place to live and work!
