I just moved here over the summer and so I didn t know who to trust with fixing my car. I dreaded even calling because people are just so rude. However, Gerber Collision was so great from the beginning. They answered the phone in a pleasantly kind voice and took control over everything. I never had any issues. Super great people. Hopefully, I never have to have my car fixed again but if I do I will go back and will recommend to others.

Everyone I've talked to in this so has been great. Tyler went above and beyond to help me out in a situation that i was entirely lost on, taking the time to have discussions with adjusters, techs, and everyone else to get me an answer. Very much recommended.

I can't recommend Meramec Heights enough! I can't say enough about Kristy at the front desk. She is friendly, professional, and made the process extremely smooth. Kristy had our rental waiting for us at drop off and our car was fixed in 1 week! The are fast without jeopardizing the quality of work. We will definitely be using Meramec Heights again!

Excellent service from beginning to end! Chrissy kept me informed about my vehicle every week! I believe, the young man, Troy??, he explained the situation to me and took time to answer my questions. I am so glad I chose this location. I definitely recommend this place. If you don't believe me, just one call and you are hooked. Oh, did i forget to tell you...The body work on the vehicle looked brand new again. I love it! Thank you Meramec Heights Collison!

Just had my second car repaired at Meramec Heights Collision Center. Just like the first time, this place rocked it. They stayed on top of everything. They called or texted me frequently with updates! When I got my car back, Toyota Highlander, it was like I had just bought a new car! I think that is the greatest compliment I can give a place! Sheena has her crew in tip top shape. Will keep coming back .even if it is a 35-40 minute drive! Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend them for any repair work on your vehicle. They were in contact with me throughout the repair process and did wonderful work. They also called about a month after my repair to make sure that everything was still satisfactory and when I mentioned that I wasn't sure the color was quite right, they insisted I bring the car in to be worked on again. (I have a metallic shimmer to the paint and it was good before and amazing after they worked on it again!) They are a small company and it's obvious everyone there likes their job and really takes pride in their work.This was my first experience with them and I would hesitate in recommending them to anyone. It's been a few months since the work was done on my car and I'm still thrilled with the repair work and this company!

Brought my challenger in for some minor repairs. they ended up wanting 6k to take the entire car apart to paint the entire frame instead of blending the paint (always garage kept paint is immaculate) then told me to go find someone else to do it when i asked some questions about why everything had to be taken apart. I dont own a showcar. I just needed a new front end and quarter panel. Was being charged for new windows/tints. Wont be going back, and will continue to take my car to Johns Auto Body in Imperial

They repaired a damaged hind rear panel on my Grand Sport which an anonymous donor had left me. Their work was impeccable. You simply could not tell that anything had ever been damaged. Excellent job!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place is fantastic. Our brand new Silverado was sideswiped on the highway, and on the way to a different body shop for those repairs, we slid off a slick road into a ditch while avoiding a deer and caused more damage. For a few reasons, we chose to find a different shop due to the complexity of multiple claims and ended up at Meramec Heights. They communicated with the insurance company promptly, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our truck was repaired beautifully, and over a week ahead of schedule. They even made a point to tell us if we notice anything after getting the truck home that we aren't satisfied with, let them know and they'll fix it right away. Best customer service we've ever experienced with an auto body. We'll recommend them to everyone we know from now on.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

They do stellar work. Brought different vehicles multiple times over the last 3 years loving this place. And after having a very minor issue with a sensor on the last repair they did, immediately the same day, the owner reached out to me to right it. Humans make mistakes, its about how you fix it.. and this one was simple and yet she went above and beyond to fix it. I hold a high pride to customer service after the years I've spent working in it and they went above the bar. I tip my hat to her and commend her style to making sure things are done right. You don't find good business amd service very often these days, let alone stellar. I will continue to drive from Warren County to use this place, they've got my respect and business for life now.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

These people are great! After talking to many collision centers, Kris really impressed me! She was so helpful and kind during the whole process. I was kept updated and the staff did everything they could do make the best experience for me! I would recommend them to anyone and they have my business in the future.

I was so impressed from start to finish! When I initially went in, it couldn't have been more of a smooth operation getting the job going and putting me in a rental. The whole process was as painless as possible, and the customer service was second to none! My car looks fantastic. Highly recommend this place for your auto body needs!

Best place I have ever taken my car. I have had my fair share of fender benders and was not happy with the place I had gone to in the past. A friend recommended me to Meramec Collision and it was a great experience. They helped me with my rental and put up with me calling all of the time asking about my car, sorry guys. They were professional all of the time from start to finish. When picked up my car it was so clean and looked great. Thanks guys great job.

Very professional and an amazing job on my Mercedes. Mr. Ron kept me informed the whole time and the customer service was above excellent.I'm extremely picky on who I let work on my Mercedes Benz's. They are on top and in control of their scheduling. Planning transportation in the interim? They handled the scheduling of my rental drop off and pick up. Excellent work on car & impressive customer service. The folks here communicated with me throughout the repairs to let me know what's going on and changes to expected completion date. Also worked seamlessly with insurance company.I highly recommend Meramec Heights Collision Center!

Review: Repair job done admirably in every respect.I could tell you how they managed to perfectly match the original paint on a 27 year old car, or how they went out of their way to source the parts needed for such a job. I could tell of their remarkable customer service not only during the job but twice, following up to ensure satisfaction.But suffice it to say, that while I sincerely hope I never have the untimely fortune to take another damaged car to Meremec Heights, if that vehicular misfortune is in my future, there is no other team that would get my business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sheena and her staff are on top everything. From drop-off to pick-up the staff was nothing but professional and courteous. They also kept me well informed in the process of my vehicle repair. If the need happens again I will definitely be back.

I don't honestly know what quality of work you guys do but your shop looks clean and you've got decent online profile....however.....your new sign is SO FREAKING BRIGHT. I work nights in Fenton and take 141 home. That thing at 3 a.m. is like a strobe light. Please adjust the settings or something. It's really bad at night.

My Cousin referred me to this place and all i can say is I am glad she did.They did a Fabulous Job on my Jeep Renegades front end damage.$4000 dollars worth and it turned out gr8!They matched the paint perfectly too.I would 4 sure recommend the place and I will definately come back if I ever need their type of service.They were also one of State Farms places they use for repairs too.That's who I use...Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
