This was my first time at Dobbs, I was a little nervous because my husband had always taken care of the car issues, but he passed away last year, so I'm now learning to do everything. Keith and Jon made everything so easy! I appreciate them so much! Never tried talking me into things I didn't need, explained everything to me before anything was done, and completely professional! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!! Thank you so very much for making the entire process so easy!

Great work and the shuttle service really helped me get there in time to get it back same day.Edit: I asked about a power steering fluid leak and a scraping under the pedals. They dismissed my concerns about the scraping and only followed up on the leak. So far all the work they have done has been excellent and held up well. My only issue is the lack of communication and not addressing all of the concerns communicated at the time of drop off. Their solutions when I brought this up did not work since I was under the impression the vehicle was done from their call, and I had planned accordingly.Edit 2: They agreed to recheck the area without a new diagnostic charge. I will be bringing the vehicle in and hopefully they can find the issue. I am happy to pay to get any fixes done. I just got frustrated with the first experience I described.

I was very happy with my visit. I m on a fixed income and was going to have to go elsewhere but they price matched the other place and took care of my tire immediately. It meant a lot that they cared enough to keep a customer. I will continue to go there for my car needs.

Stopped in after running unexpectedly out of oil. Manager came to see me, whom I asked if I could purchase some oil. He topped me off, all the while checking the stick, and I was back on the road. Good service is always appreciated, and the management went beyond that, an act of true virtue. The crew was equally friendly and smiling, all at the very end of the shift! Five stars, easy

Traveling home to MN when had a very low tire. Found them online and super glad I did. We had a long drive ahead. At 7Am they had us come right over, tire was patched and on our way in no time. Had a great chat and coffee with the owner. Best service by a super great staff. Wish their was one in our area. Thanks again.

Dobbs Arnold Mo deserves 10 stars. Service desk customer service was excellent! The shop mechanic that contacted me about a couple issues was by far very knowledgeable and also had amazing customer service. He also mad me aware of some other things that will need to be serviced or replaced in the near future. I'm so delighted because now I know what I need to plan for on my next service visit, along with how much money they will cost. Thank Arnold Dobbs team and a shout out to Ryan you won me over. I'll certainly return for those other service needs.

Never had a bad experience at the Arnold Dobbs. Staff is professional and listens to what you need done. They let you know if they find something that needs attending to and doesn t pressure you into getting work done.

My favorite place to take my vehicle. The employees and store manager here are always friendly and helpful. In the years I've gone here, I never felt like they tried to get me to spend money on unnecessary services. I consider them trustworthy, which I think is one of the best and hardest to find qualities in an auto shop.

Dobbs in Arnold is the only place I feel comfortable taking my car without my husband! I know nothing about cars and have been talked into services in the past that I didn t need but I 100% trust all the guys at Dobbs and so does my husband. Ryan, the service manager, took great care of me today even though I just showed up without an appt! And Jon the manager has always accommodated our busy schedule getting us an appt that works for us even on their busiest of days. Thank you all so much for the great service!

My first time at the Dobbs in Arnold and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure my car could get seen with a short notice. He was able to get me in and out of the shop quickly this morning. I will definitely be returning to this location for future services!

Dobbs oh Dobbs! I just literally walk in the door and wanted to take couple minutes to share my disappointment with the Dobbs manager, my son was driving on Jeffco Blvd called me saying that his valve stem is hissing air out of it. I told him to swing by the Dobbs to have them help him, manager responce: we can get it done tomorrow! I told my son to get him on the phone so I can talk to him and he did and I told him that I and my business use dobbs for all of our tires and alignment needs for cars and trucks and he wouldn t consider doing anything. So I got in my truck, drove there and replaced spare tire in front of dobbs door and of course I thanked the manager for that. Guess what! I will drive across town and maybe go to Illinois but Dobbs will not see any of my business anymore. Very disappointed!!!

Keith was great!! Awesome customer service skills and I was in and out of the shop quickly. I have recently moved out out town and will still bring my car here. I highly recommend this shop.

I had an incredible experience at Dobbs. It was fast and easy. Jon Werner, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me. He is also incredibly handsome! I will be back to see Jon and the whole staff for my vehicle service needs!

My wife and I had new tires put on her car. They honored a quoted deal after she returned from vacation. My wife drove to the store the next day only to see that she had a flat (no fault of the store). We got the car into the shop and John and crew fixed our issue in under an hour (nearing store close) at no charge. They also reinflated her spare for us. We greatly appreciate their service and will return with our business in future. Great folks.

I had Very Good service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and taken care of within minutes. My cars inspection and Emissions test was finished within a few hours of dropping off my car that same morning. I m very happy with Dobbs on Jeffco in Arnold Mo. we plan to return for other car service in the future.Thank You!!

Manager Jon was very personable on the phone during a brief conversation. Once I arrived at the store, the staff (Ryan & Mike), were welcoming and willing to help. My overall experience was awesome and I ll be going back the next time I have a problem.

With the cold weather, my car would not start. I called Dobb's to see if they could come to my home and give me a jump. Within 15 minutes they were here and got me started. I was told that when I returned home if I could drop by the store they would check my battery. As it turned out, I needed one. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don t know where Dobbs finds their employees but in every location I have been to they have been very friendly and professional and gone out of their way to be helpful. That definitely describes the guys in Arnold. Pretty rare these days.

Mike and Ryan were able to work me in without an appointment and walk me through the requirements for titling an out of state car in Missouri. They also gor my second car in right away. Painless process and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will continue coming here.

I was on my way home from work and got a nail in my tire. It was close to closing time and they got me right in, in spite of being busy and packed to the gills. I was told in addition to the nail there was another piece of metal on my tire as well that they fixed. Top notch staff and great customer service.

Outstanding customer service. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just left your Fenton shop because very poor customer service. I will always come to your Arnold store now because fast and courteous service is important. Thank you Arnold Dobbs!

Above and beyond service today! I mistakenly had my car being serviced at another place and it went south quick. Ryan at Dobbs not only got me in and fixed it, but was able to get me my car back before the holiday weekend.

Absolutely fantastic! It may seem off but I pulled into the lot & I guess they ran my plates because I've been there before. They asked what I needed help with. Very thorough. Failed safety inspection for sway bars. Honestly thought I would get way overcharged. Reasonable, being I have a guy, a legit accredited licensed guy. I wasn't overcharged and the service guy was super friendly and they didn't treat me like I had no automotive sense. Highly recommend.
