Went in to have tires rotated. Asked them to look at the brakes to see if They needed changing. He said We don t have time to look at them. I said You will have the tires off. He said the brake Guy was busy. I said if They need changing We can do it another day. Just have Him see if I need to bring it back for pads. He again said We don t have time. I took it else where. It would have taken the Guy 5 seconds to walk 20 feet to look at the pads. I don t have a lift at home and can t tell from looking if they need replaced.I had been warned to stay away from the place. But was trying to do My business local. They have a Don t Care Attitude .Will drive to Vicksburg or Madison from now on.

Yesterday I was on my to Orange Beach, Alabama from Oklahoma for a mini vacation with my family. I had a flat just outside of Yazoo City. I called this tire shop and he came to me, put my spare on and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. I called him to settle up and he refused payment. Not only that, he called me back about an hour or so just to check on me. This guy took a bad experience and turned it into a wonderful experience. Such a wonderful person and company. I would highly recommend! Once again I can not thank you enough!

We were on our way to the beach when we found out our tire rim was bent! Someone fixed the rim for us and Simmons did an excellent job of helping us get back on the road and didn t charge us a cent! We were very grateful for their help considering we were 3 ladies with no knowledge on tires!

Mr. Simmons and his crew are the best! I just bought a used Silverado and needed new tires and a front end alignment. The guys did a fine job for me, and Mr Simmons is always fair with the price. Even when I lived in Georgia, when I needed new tires, I would go to Simmons when I was visiting family here in Yazoo. 10 out of 10, no doubt about it!

Took my car in to have a replacement tire put on (brought my own tire) and although, I provided my own tire the serviceman never bothered to check for leaks and sent me on my way. However, less than 30 mins later after arriving home the tire was flat due having a punctured hole in it. $26.00+ down the drain.

Something was wrong with my back tire. They kept telling me it wasn t my tire and it was my transmission, even tho the sound was obviously coming from my BACK tire. They also talked down bad about Walmart, when Walmart is who actually found out what was wrong with my tire. The boss obviously does not know what he s doing, the workers however were actually trying to help. Despite going there to fix a tire, they never once told me what was wrong with my tire. Me and my family will not be returning here, and my family s been loyal to Simmons for atleast 30 years. I still will never understand how a sound that is so obviously coming from my tire, they told me was my transmission, despite having a brand new transmission. Trust me, I know what a bad transmission sounds like. How can you call yourself a tire shop when you don t even fix tires?? Thank you to Walmart for actually helping me.
