I needed a new set of tires for my wife's car. I contacted NTB Ocean Springs at 9:30 am on a Sunday for a quote and appointment. They were able to schedule me at noon the same day. Upon arrival I was courteously greeted by Stephanie at the front desk. I didn't want to pay that amount up front so she walked me through their credit program and in less than a minute had me approved.I couldn't be any happier with my decision to trust my wife's car to them.

This is the second set of tires I've bought here. Each visit has been transparent and fairly priced. I had an appointment and they got to work right away, with the job completed quickly. Best place to get a set of tires on the Coast.

The staff at NTB was very nice and knowledgeable about the service my car required. They tried to save me as much money as possible on several items that I purchased that day. I definitely will be going back to them for a few other things that I needed to have done to my car. Thank you, NTB. You're the best

This is my go-to place for tires & alignment. I first went here because of the cheaper tire prices. However, I stayed for the great customer service and great care of my vehicle. I recently got an alignment here and there was this fella Joey that gave me exceptional service and kept me updated with the process. 10/10 would recommend!

This RD Mitchell, I had four Goodyear Tires put on this afternoon at NTB in Ocean Springs. The manager Stephanie was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. The tech Mason was expert at the installation. I highly recommend this business and will continue to patronize it. Thank you.

Was met with very prompt service by Mrs. Stephanie behind the counter! She found the issue with my tire quickly and got it in for repair. Techs on duty finished repair hastily and had me out the door before I knew it. Thank you for everything!!!

Had an emergency tire blowout while on a trip. The folks at NTB allowed me to call ahead and reserve my tire, they got me right in 15 mins before closing and got me out. They even had to stay over to get me fixed up. Wonderful people would definitely recommend to anyone

Regina was friendly and accommodating. She was able to get a fair price for my tires, brakes, brake fluid flush, alignment and wiper blades, saving me $300 off the Nissan dealership quote. I recommend NTB in Ocean Springs!

Left our rental to head to New Orleans for the day. Heard/found a large screw in my rear tire. Carefully made the 17 minute drive to this shop after a quick search of places.Thank goodness we chose them. They were busy with appointments and honest about the timeframe. They were actually able to pull us in, patch the flat and get us in & out within the timeframe they actually thought we were going to be able to get in.Stephanie came right out to evaluate, was personable, honest, and pleasant. The technician, Mike came to look and grab the car. Super friendly and got the job done quick. We have now been to New Orleans and back. All thanks to the crew at NTB! I will go here again if I ever need.Bethany

I went here this morning with my littles for an alignment and ended up needing my wheel bearing replaced, the people here are good people! Very kind and helpful and let me put cartoons on to keep the littles entertained so they could get us up and driving again! I highly recommend.

Stopped in to get a quote for a set of tires, and couldn't have gotten more friendly service. Regena went over my options from cheapest to best, and let me know how long their current sales were going on for. The store front was nice and clean along with the bathrooms. They were very busy, but were happy to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me. One of the techs even said hello from the shop area. Got my tires installed, and they're great. Techs went above and beyond to show me the damage to my old tires, and verify my alignment.

I'll never take my car anywhere else! They have such a great group of people at this location. They really go out of their way to help their customers and get them the best prices. Ask for Regena. She'll make sure you're taken care of.

I bought a set of expensive tires at this place, after a 3 day wait, I contacted the Dis.Mgr. She went to Mobile & got them. The Clowns in the shop installed them, they said they balanced the tires & aligned them.I had to drive approx. 65 miles immediately after the install of the tires. My new tires were so out of balance that they done permanent damage to my air suspension on my Yukon. As soon as I could get back over to NTB to have the tires inspected, NONE OF THE TIRES WERE BALANCED !! When I showed the Shop mgr. the damage that was Obvious to my truck.. He said ole well.. They would NOT do anything about it.. The Mgr. said that they were in the process of being bought out & that I would have to get with them..I WOULD NOT TAKE A GO-CART OVER THERE TO GET SERVICED !! No wonder they are getting bought out !! SADI HAVE TO REPLACE ALL 4 SHOCKS & STRUTS ON MY TRUCK $$$$$$$$$And this place could CARE LESS !!

Refused to give an oil change with a minor oil leak and didn t rotate my tires and my tires came from them! Your better off going elsewhere! While I was there they put the wrong tires on someones vehicle and they realized after they tried to charge him for more expensive tires. Waisted 3 hrs of my day and more of the other guys day!

NTB in Ocean Springs has always given me a great experience from oil changes to new tired to system checks and everything in between. I always trust them with my routine maintenance. Awesome staff!

Miss Stephanie was knowledgeable and the staff were very friendly and cooperative with the needs for my vehicle, they were transparent with what needed to get done along with fair pricing, I ll definitely be coming back for more work to be done.

This is a great place to get your car repaired! Prices are fair. It's the customer service, though, that keeps me and my family coming back. They always seem to try and get the best available price on parts. Give them a try...

They will find any reason to not service you made an appointment went to get an alignment and because my steering wheel was slightly out of center guy claimed he couldn't do the alignment so i went home fixed the steering wheel and then brought it back then same guy claims he could not loosen the lock nut on one of the tie rods so he again couldn't do the alignment I got home and literally loosened it with ease with one hand so i took it elsewhere to get the alignment... came in another time to get a $250 bf goodwrinch tire less than a year old took off a bad rim and put onto a different rim and they refused to change it claiming the tire was dry rotted 3 times I drove here to do buisness and every time I was given some bullcrap excuse. I will never try and do buisness with these people again.. the shop in gulfport several years ago also tried to rip me off when I paid for all 4 wheels to be aligned they only aligned the front 2 my car was done unusually fast so I asked to see the before and after print out of the alignment when they showed me I saw they only did 2 wheels and not 4 which is what I paid for then the guy tried to agrue saying I only paid for the front to be done which was a lie because I made the appointment and paid online prior to arriving and in my receipt it clearly stated all 4 tires so I made him put it back on the rack and do the other 2

I have been getting my tire filled for months for free and it's been done with a smile and no attitude for free...now I've came to deal with it and I get the same smile and now attitude...This is the no attitude place...Hunter

Staff is very nice and good at what they do. Would definitely bring my vehicle back. And the price was great.
