Not one star....ZERO stars!!!HQ Ofroad website charges your card and if they cant get your part they do not return your money. No way to get ahold of them, they do not answer the phone, they do not return your phone messages, they do not answer their online contact messages and they do not answer their emails.After wasting all this time trying to get a hold of these guys, now I have to go though the hassle of fileing a claim with Better Business Bureau and a scam report with my credit card company.What a waste of time.

Place is a scam. Won't communicate, spent $300 and have waited over a month and nothing has shipped. Have called and left voice-mails. They don't respond to emails. If I don't receive a refund in 2 days I will file a claim and get my money back and get them out of business since I am not the only one they are doing this to. It's not right stealing ppls money.

0 stars if I could. Placed order 3 months ago, everything I call about it I get the same response... it's shipping in 1 week. Fraudsters

Ordered item on the 6th. Received email on the 13th "We hope you re enjoying your new purchase." Never received it so I sent an email enquiring on the status, did not get a reply. Called and left voicemail on the 17th received a text soon after "Will call you right back". Never got call back just a notification the order was refunded. If you don't have the parts, can't get them why are they listed on the web site. Not even a phone call, text message or even smoke signal explaining what the problem was.

After several failed attempts of searching for parts and advise elsewhere, I decided to give HQ Offroad a try. The owner, Nick, had replied to my email immediately (on a Sunday afternoon none-the-less). He not only offered the knowledge and products I had needed, but also followed up with me each day after the transaction to ensure my order was received on time and that I had all of the parts I needed! These guys know how to get it done! I am looking forward to shopping here again! Thanks HQ Offroad!

I can t say enough about HQ Offroad. Nicholas went above and beyond. Great customer service and great pricing. I ve already bought more from him in the past two weeks than I have the entire time I owned my Jeep(6 years). Can t beat these guys. Their professionalism, knowledgeand customer service are the reason I will be back for more parts. The pricing is the best I ve found too. Thanks Nicholas.

Great experience! These guys are very knowledgeable and honest. They saved me a ton of money and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Will definitely use them in the future.
