I called ahead around 10am and told them I needed an oil change and the air and fuel filters changed in my 2023 Ram 2500 Diesel. I told them I needed them to tell me when to come so I didn't have to sit and wait all day and I could knock out errands before I came as I didn't have any other mode of transportation and would be stuck there while they work on it. They said my appointment was at 2PM. I got here and gave them the keys and sat in the truck in front of giant plate glass windows in viewing distance of the front desk. I sat there from 2 until 4:50 when a friend picked me up. I walked in to ask them to use my key to lock the truck and they tell me they didn't realize it was a diesel engine and needed fuel filters and don't have them. They can change the oil but not the fuel filters until next weekend. I have to drive from south MS to Atlanta on Monday and this needed done today. The truck is still having it's oil changed and it is 5:45pm, they close at 6 so I bet they'll be finished any moment now. They said people didnt show up to work so thats how this happened. .I've wasted one of my 2 days off and I did everything I could think of to avoid this. I won't be using this Goodyear anymore except for the oil change they said they'll give me for free (When I have a full day to sit here and wait on them after showing up for an appointment.) and for the fuel filters to be replaced like they said next Saturday. When he called me to say it would be done in 15 minutes I showed up and it has now been 35 minutes and they didn't even rotate the tires. I am currently waiting on that basic service that comes with oil change and it turns out they're not going to do it. I'm assuming because it is 5 minutes to close and God forbid anyone work 5 minutes past close to please a long time customer who has been extremely patient considering how absurd this entire situation is. All I can do is write this strongly worded review. Take that ya dang &!%$&*%!

11/10 recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went for a simple, tire rotation, only to find out that I had a nail that was not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. While this was upsetting as my tires were just a year old, Mr. Thien Nguyen and Mr Taylor Boyd made sure to explain my options thoroughly. They also took me into the shop to see it myself, so I knew they weren t exaggerating whatsoever. Additionally, they found that work I had paid to get done at a different location was never properly done, therefore they took the time to fix the other locations negligence and make it right. I am very satisfied with my experience. I will always tell people to go to this Goodyear in ocean springs as I am now a loyal customer for sure.

I brought my car here, because I started to smell something burning. It was a Saturday, and I was set to leave town on Monday, so I wanted to get it checked out before traveling.I was informed that they didn t find anything wrong with the car, and that I was probably driving around with the parking brake on. My car died while I was driving the next day. The issue was that my battery had loose connections, and one of the cables melting is what I was smelling. If Goodyear had looked at my battery, they would have seen the issue, but they didn t even do that.

Anytime someone is having issues with their vehicle, I send them to Goodyear. The guys there are reliable and want for their customers to leave happy and knowledgeable about the work put into the vehicle. I have gone here for the past 4 years anytime my vehicle needed fixing. They consistently fix my car within a day (or in a timely manner depending on the service). They are straight forward with me. Even when I call saying something on my car does not sound right, and I expect to need to make an appointment in a week, they tell me they can take a look at my car the next day. I appreciate all the help these guys have gave to me throughout the years. Keep doing what your doing!

It s the first automotive shop I ve ever been to that did not want business! Even though he told me, it would be two hours to repair a tire. I told him I was willing to wait, and he seemed like that would be an inconvenience for them! So, if you want to get something done, I do not suggest this Goodyear, due to the fact that their customer service relations sucks!

Walked in and asked if I could get my 4 rear tires balanced on my Ram 3500 dually. Before the gentleman who was helping me could answer, another dude (apparently a manager of sorts) quickly stated to his employee that they could not hoist on their lifts a dually I guess they quit making your standard 3.5 ton floor jack. 10% thats it 10% smarter than the equipment you work with is all it requires.Update: Gulfcoast tire and automotive knows their stuff. Wait was less than 10 min. Balance time less than 20 min. Attached is a picture where they prove that they're beyond that 10% Go to Gulfcoast Tire and Automotive and they'll take care of you.

My family and I were traveling thru Biloxi on the way to Florida when our check engine light came on. Thien Nguyen and Taylor Boyd were able to get us diagnosed and repaired within an hour and a half so we could get back on the road and not have too much of our vacation interrupted... Many thanks to this Goodyear location, and all the employees there who made this happen so efficiently. Highly recommend taking your business here! Thanks again Goodyear in Ocean Springs, MS!

Very friendly staff. Went in because I thought I needed an alignment, they said it would be better to have it looked at first so I wasn t paying for something I didn t need. Turns out my skid plate was hanging down causing the problem. They fixed it for free and they were quick to get me in and out!

Great customer service and professional all around.Dustin took the time to discuss the cost of estimate for repairing my son s car and offered a very fair price to meet my budget requirements. They are always dependable, honest and do quality work.Hard working employees that are a pleasure to do business with.Thank you to Dustin and his crew for an exceptional experience.

Excellent service, They got my car in to look at in a timely manner, explained things that needed fixed immediately and additional services they recommended to prevent future issues. My car was fixed the same day I took it in (brakes & fluid flushes).

Came from Missouri for vacation & came in for a patch... long story short, they fixed my tire with no charge. Outstanding crew & staff!! Would always recommend!!

Dusten Brooks (Mgr) and his team were very helpful and friendly working with me for new tires before moving cross-country. My car is not equipped with a spare tire, only a tire fix kit, being a smaller vehicle. I acquired a spare rim from an online store, and the team test fit to my vehicle before mounting the best tire from my previous set. If I were staying in the area, I would definitely be using them again. Thanks to them again for their help.

You pay for what you get, and if you want service done right and professional, then Goodyear in OS is the place to go. The price you pay will be the service you get - superior quality! The Manager Mr. Mohr is super friendly, professional, courteous, and will ensure you leave with satisfaction. I've been to other places around OS that have cheated me and skimped on their services, but Goodyear OS does the job right! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Goodyear Ocean Springs for about a year now. Dusten and Jason always take great care of me and my cars. They are transparent about their work and the costs associated. On top of all of this, they are friendly. I have been to many auto shops before where the people could not be bothered to assist you. This is not the case with Dusten, Jason, and the team at Goodyear Ocean Springs. I highly recommend a visit soon for all your automotive needs.

Just got a tire pressure sensor in my mustang installed and it reads the tires status perfectly. I was ambiguous at first, because It was my first time ever going to a place to get a part of my vehicle repaired. But everyone in the establishment was professional and fast with the job. Great place to go if you ever need maintaince or repairs on your vehicle.

I've been frequenting this tire shop for over 3 years. Let me start by saying these fellas are first off professional and possibly more important, kind. They are honest mechanics that aren't trying to nickle and dime you. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and don't bust your wallet for small fixes if you're already spending your dollar. Dustin, the store manager is down right family at this point. His straight forward approach is what keeps me coming back. Mike Mohr is running a ship that I'm proud to patronize. I'll be seeing this gentleman sooner than later because they prioritized the work I need done and make their services available according to my financial schedule. They will continue to get my service because they have earned my dollar. See you boys soon.

3/31/2021 I was very pleased with the service I received at Goodyear Auto Service this morning. I stopped in yesterday afternoon to find out about new tires and went in at 8 o'clock this morning to get them. I was done by 9 am. Dusten Brooks and his crew took excellent care of me. I plan on returning.

Traveling out of state, I encountered low air pressure in a tire on a rental car. I found the team at the Goodyear Tire Center in Ocean Springs, MS which was near my working destination. They provided me with the support that I needed to complete my work without the excessive delay and stress that could have been caused by an issue with transportation. I was able to return the car to a local rental agency for a replacement and return home safely thanks to Dusten and the support of his team at Goodyear.

Everyone at Goodyear is so helpful and friendly. It took my 5 years to find decent and reliable mechanic and tire professionals and Seth and Jason are amazing- just to name a couple. I wouldn t take my trucks anywhere else!

Mike and the whole team at the Ocean Springs store are just awesome! Friendly, honest, and fast service. They have serviced both my old 92 Jeep and my 2019 SUV and I have been nothing but happy.

I have been going to this goodyear for about 6 months now. All the staff are super helpful, but Ive been really dealing with a guy named Mike.I always get nervous when I find a new mechanic because Im not sure what the outcome will be. This guy is fantastic. Ive been having some issues with my tires and some tie rod ends and he has been up front and honest about everything from the beginning. I never felt like he was trying to get money out of me just because I was a womanor anything like that that I have experienced sometimes else where. He would even show me the parts that were broke or wearing out when I asked!We made a plan of what needed to be fixed immediately, and what would be ok until my next pay day for my own safety.I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else now!

We needed new rotors, calipers, and brake pads on my car. At first they ordered the wrong parts, but got the new ones in the very next day. Very thorough, really nice and friendly guys, even gave us a military discount!

We were out of town and found ourselves with a nail in our tire and no one open or able to fit us in, when I called Goodyear in ocean springs they were very understanding and went above and beyond to squeeze us in. Dusten and the whole team was so nice and compassionate towards us and our situation! I would recommend them to anyone!

Showed up at 7am which is their posted hours....working employees don't show up until 8am...it's only a manager who accepts keys and drop offs. Came back at 8am to just get a tire patched....waited 40 minutes....car had not been touched, but watched as employees stood in the auto bays drinking coffee and laughing. Another customer waiting, looked at me and whispered, "this is ridiculous"...I had to agree. Told the guy at from counter I can't wait any longer.....went right down the road to Pleasants Tire and had me fixed in less than 5 minutes. Awful experience as a first time customer.....maybe they had a case of the Mondays. Terrible customer service!!! Don't bring your car here unless you want to wait for an hour or probably longer.

I love Goodyear I take my car there for anyting they will get out and check my oil if I needed it or fill up my tires if I need this such helpful people they do not talk or act stupid they are very nice people willing to work with you. I think they have great mechanics great management nice store you can sit in there and watch TV have coffee. But they've always done very well for me and I'm a woman so men may think differently like I said you got to go to try it bring your car up there see what kind of work you feel they do cuz I'm not a mechanic but I've had no problems and I love it I will keep going there and they always do great deals with me I don't know what else to say so if I'm wrong you can maybe let me know.

I went to Goodyear recently with a busted AC. Dusten and crew took care of it right away and now it blows icy, AND for hundreds cheaper than the other place was going to charge me. I am so thankful to them for the quick response and for giving me back my AC during this very hot summer.

The guys at this location were very courteous and prompt with their service. We were in a bind being out of town and on our way to a dance competition, they didn t take advantage of our situation and we reSo helpful. Highly recommend!

Great service from the guys here. Stayed open past closing time on Saturday evening for me to come get my car when I lost track of time. Car drove better than it had in some time after I picked it up from them. Highly recommend.
