I was amazed and pleased how fast and well done my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport car was fixed after the collision. I have a brand new car, clean, and to perfection. Front desk sweet lady , Kym , is amazing and caring, all staff is awesome. Jacob kept me informed everyday of car status. I am so happy words can't describe.

A notch business in all aspects. We all know accidents will happen, but the big worry is how your vehicle will look, perform and function after the repairs are completed. My 2019 Toyota Tacoma looks great, rides perfect and all equipment functions flawlessly. A highly technical and professional staff of technicians and repair personnel. The communication and updates throughout the process was perfect. Constantly updated via text or phone call and kept in the loop throughout the repair. The front office staff were extremely accommodating in explaining the process, the schedule and insurance side of the house. They even took care of calling the rental car business to pick me up. In addition, my truck was cleaned and vacuumed when I pick it up it looks great. Most definitely a 5 star performance from start to finish.

Amazing place! They have top notch service! They over-deliver and under promise...in the best way possible! They immediately got to work on my car and it was completed very quickly! My car looks great!! Thank you so much Caliber Collision and I'll always highly recommend you!

The office manager was very pleasant, knows her stuff, and was very professional. The communications from Caliber were very informative. My Cruze look great! Will return if I ever need a repair again. I recommend Caliber in Ocean Springs to anyone needing collision repairs. All staff were nice.

Mike, Kym and Jacob were all very helpful! They did a great job on the repair and billed the insurance company of the other driver directly so all I had to do was pick up my vehicle. I had a great experience with them!

I am changing my post that I posted previously. I have had to return to caliber collision five times now. First I had an issue with the chip in the side panel of my car. I was told that it came from the manufacture like that that it wasn t a result of the accident. My hood, as you can see in the photographs us not level. The toe cap also kept popping off and had to be replaced. At this point, I am so disappointed and frustrated because I ve been now without a car for a month and a half.

Service here was great. After a slight mix-up with some communication between Caliber and my insurance, they made sure to provide quality customer service that helped iron everything out. A big thanks to Kim and the management team here! Please give my mustang a proper burial. Also thanks for not taking my rental car early!

Caliber Collision was such an easy company to work with after our accident. They were patient with me and all my questions and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle! It was even done quicker than expected!! They did great work on our car! And they even cleaned it out (they even cleaned my dog s nose prints off the windows)!

Kym and Jacob made this experience easy. Kym helped me with scheduling a rental vehicle and explaining my paperwork and Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative about my repair process and kept me updated frequently. They were very accommodating in obtaining transportation to the rental car office for my drop off and pick up. I couldn t be happier with this experience. Highly recommend.

I bought a used car, and when I tell you it looked horrible. It looked horrible. I brought it here and they totally made it looked BRAND new! I m sooooo content with the new look on my 2009 Toyota!! Even the customer service was AMAZING, Ms. Kym on front counter is so nice to talk to and gets everything taken care of. And Mr, Ray did a fabulous paint job on my car! Props to them. Definitely recommend!

My driver's side doors (front and back) were damaged and when I got my car back they were perfect! They kept me up to date of progress via text, plus called me to tell me that my starter battery was dead (they replaced it), and my driver's door electronic lock had also stopped working (from getting hit) - and they replaced it as well. When I got in the car for pick-up, I was astounded to see how clean it was! This crew in Ocean Springs are stellar!

Insurance company of the guy that hit my truck sent me here. Once they got the info from the insurance company, they got me right in for the estimate/ repairs. They kept me well informed on the progress of my repairs and even completed all repairs a full week ahead of the original date that they said it would be done. If I ever need to use a body shop in the future, I'll be giving these guys a call!

Highly professional staff - friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and patient with me and my husband! My car was not only repaired beautifully, it was cleaned inside and out so perfectly - it seriously looked better than it did the day I drove it off the lot brand new three years ago! Recommending them to EVERYONE!!

After repairs were completed, my car was returned for coating that was to be applied weeks after painting. I was able to leave car before opening and return for pick-up. LC took care of getting it completely detailed. On top of that Kym is the ray of sunshine for Caliber Ocean Springs. She s very caring and not only concerned about your vehicle but also about you. Came in to have a dent repaired on my A piller of my new SUV. The entire time Kym and my service advicer LC were super nice and kept me up to date every step the way. I really enjoyed the experience and the customer service was fantastic. I enjoyed that they broke down every thing the did to the detail I appreciated that made me relieved to know exactly what was taking place. Best part they topped off my windshield wiper fluid. I recomend 100% super professional and will go the extra step to make customers happy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is great! 10 outta 10 recommend this shop for all your car repair needs. I came for an insurance claim and left a forever customer. Kim at the front desk was so sweet and courteous. LC, I think is the service manager, was so nice and understanding. The facility was very well kept, it was clean and smelled so good both times I was there. They maintained contact with me through the entire process and I will be forever grateful for the service and support I received from these folks.

Caliber in Ocean Springs is one of the best places I ve ever had work done on my car. They checked me in quickly and kept me updated every step of the way throughout the repair. They originally gave me a two week timeline but got it done in one week and the car looks as if it was brand new! You can t even tell that I was hit by another car at all. Kim, LC, and the entire staff are top notch, friendly people who made my experience truly 5 stars! I definitely recommend taking your car if you ve got damage from a wreck. They will get it done right every time!
