Super knowledgeable and extreamly helpful They have been really kind and helped me with a lot of things on my Jeep wrangler I would highly recommend Boddy Tyson's for any of you're automobile needs !!! They put on double steering stabilizers and went from 15inch rims with 40inch tires to 20inch rims with 37 inch tires it drives so good it's like a new jeep!!!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! Very very reasonably priced and very thorough! I can t say enough great things about this place. I was oh so happy and very impressed. The fella at the front desk did everything he could to be accommodating, and his people skills were top flight. Folks - need a car repair, oil change, you would benefit coming here!

My family and I have being going to Bobby Tyson s since 2010. They re always honest and very nice. We have always had an enjoyable experience.The guys do a great job of getting you in and out as fast as they can. I have also appreciated them taking the time to show and explain found issues.My favorite aspect is their tire balancing skills. They truly understand the process and how to manipulate the tire and rim to achieve the best possible balance. You ll never see them counter balance. They always take the time to get it right, and reset the weights if necessary.

Dropped my 2001 Toy Tacoma of last Sunday night and called the next morning with instructions . I had three issues with my truck and Bobby s electrician diagnosed all three issues and called me an hour later with my truck happy and ready to go. This is by probably the 6th time I ve brought a vehicle to Tyson s Tire and Automotive and I ve always had superb service at a reasonable price. Recommend by me and Pitalo s body shop!

Customer service exceeded my expectations. I brought my wheels and tires in for them to put it on my truck for me. It took less than 3 hours. I got the truck back but the tires were inside out(not directional) just the looks (me nitpicking).I called and amazingly, no questions asked I was told to just bring it back. Robby helped me and he was so friendly in the back. It took less than 20 minutes. It looks amazing! I will definitely be back and letting all of my family and friends know!

I can't express how fabulous my experience was with this business! The service was quick and efficient, but the real story is the staff! From my initial phone call inquiry to the service next day, each and every person was awesome! I found my new auto care home! Wish there was a 10 star option!

If your not using Bobby Tyson's then who are you even using? Best and friendliest service ever. Fast turnaround. And unlike other shops, when you bring you vehicle in for certain things, that's all they do. Not here!! They do a test drive and will let you know everything that needs to be fixed to make sure you're on the road safe.

Love them! I work next door and dropped my car off before I went in. They re very accommodating and I left them with my spare key, they re parking it for me at work so I don t have to walk across dark parking lots by myself to get it. Ordered my tire for me and it was there the next day. Charged $30 More than I ve paid at a different place for a tire, but the convenience and the great customer service was definitely worth it.

My go-to tire place. They always get to helping me immediately, although it is never anything major. And when it is major, they do all they can to get me the best possible price. I never go anywhere else.

Unbelievable! I brought my car in, they kept it for days, and didn t even take a look at it until DAY 3! I got my car yesterday, but felt like something was off so I took it for a check-up somewhere else turns out they never fixed my problem AT ALL! Now I m on the phone with mg bank trying to get my money back and will soon write a letter to the BBB. Such a waste of my time, money, plans, and emotions. Thanks for nothing Travis, from the sounds of things this isn t your first (not last) mistake I just don t see how he ever innocently thought he did the work how does that slip your mind?! Of course I don t want him anywhere near my vehicle again!

The folks at Bobby Tyson s shop saved our Christmas! My brother s car broke down on the way home from a family vacation (we re from FL) and we ended up at Mr. Tyson s mechanic shop in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. The staff were extremely gracious and helpful. Despite being busy with last minute holiday repairs, they diagnosed our problem quickly and promised to do their best to get us on the road that day. Every person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional, easing our frustration about being stranded so far from home. They gave us constant updates, and finished the repair much more quickly than we expected. We were in FL by nightfall and couldn t be more grateful for their kindness. Thank you Bobby Tyson and team!

These guys are awesome! So thankful for them! We were on vacation from Florida and got a flat tire. We called all the bigger tire stores and they told us they all had days of wait before we could get our tire fixed, but Bobby Tyson s got us repaired within minutes and back on our way home! All 3 guys we talked with were so friendly and kind. We appreciate what you did so much! Definitely recommend!

Was so nice !! Got my car in and out, and we ended up having to leave my car there for a few hours, they offered us their own personal car to drive around (but we declined because we had a spare car at the house) but they drove us home !! They were SO nice and even gave my son their personal food to eat while waiting, best experience ever !! 10/10 recommend.Fixed my car at a very low price.

So I went to Pleasant's Used Tires last week for a leak in my tire. They told me nothing showed up, but the past week it continued to leak air. Today I went to Bobby Tyson's, and without a scheduled appointment, they got me back there within 5 minutes. The service was great! At first they also didn't find the leak. But they took the time to remove the wheel and check the inside and put it back on the rim. They found the leak, patched it up, and I was out of there in about 25 minutes! The guys there are very friendly and get the job done every time! I recommend everyone go to them for services!

Well, I have to tell you, entrusting your car care and repair to this team of specialists is nothing short of what should be called "BLESSED ASSURANCE"! They let me know what's going on, what to expect, and what can be done about it. I can tell that they know their stuff by the clear, detailed way they answer my questions and take good care of me as a customer.

I had gone to another site that had 34 outstanding reviews of this business, and I thought that perhaps they had personally reviewed themselves to get inflated scores, BUT having gone there myself, they really were that good. They informed me of repairs that I may need in the future, but didn't try to push extra work on me that I couldn't afford or didn't need. Very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this garage to my closest friends and family, because they seem fair and honest. Good job.

Just got back from a long trip and when we went too go out the next day the tire was flat. So we called around and the other guys had a wait list for 2 or 3 days. We called Bobby Tysons and got right in. Great people to deal with. Thanks for all your help.

They squeezed me in on new years eve to install an altinator. I was 700 miles from home and needed to get home fast. Travis, I believe was the gentleman's name, I offered to pay double in order to jump ahead of the line and he wouldn't take it. He understood my predicament and totally delivered. Ill be home for new year now.Honest mechanics

Highly recommend anyone needing some automotive work done to go see these guys. I was in Ocean Springs 2 years ago at Christmas time and had issues with my front end on my Town & Country van. They did excellent work at a fair price and in a timely manor. Two days ago I was traveling back to South Carolina from Texas when I started having problems with my van,running very rough and had no power. Fortunately enough this all started happening just as I was coming up on Ocean Springs. I limped into Bobbys just before closing and they went out of their way to get me on the road again. Can not say enough good things about this place,they are outstanding. It's a good feeling knowing that there are fair and honest businesses like this out there. To treat someone like me just passing through they way they did Ocean Springs is very fortunate to have a place like Bobby Tyson's.
