ABC replaced my car windshield yesterday and they did an amazing job. I received clear communication and very quick service. I would highly recommend them.

OMG Yall!! ABC Glass & Door is the place to go for Windshield repair. Hands down the ONLY place to go!! Not only were they soooo nice and courteous, they were very professional!! I called numerous places and they were the best priced hands down!! My car had a minor issue after the repair and i took it back and within minutes it was handled and fixed!! Thank you ABC for an amazing job well done!!

We just PCD ed to the area from out of state. Ordered what I needed for our 1974 home (vinyl windows, argon gas, with grids). Paid half by check on July 17th. No one would call to update; we had to call weekly to find out an install date. Finally Sept 6th, today, they re ready to come out. The owner and two guys come, start scoring and punching the bay window glass into my living room. They don t cover any furniture, they don t lay down any tarps, they don t tape windows. Shattered glass everywhere. I ask them to clean it up. They say they don t use tarps. Okay- so they grab the new window. No grids. He admits that they just assumed I wanted no grids even though I wrote down what I wanted and what we agreed upon. I have three small children and they set no expectations as to what I needed to do. I had moved everything away from the windows but didn t realize they were going to be sending shards of glass flying. The front desk doesn t communicate with the owner. He apologized for getting it wrong. So then they install only three windows (front bay window, bedroom window, and the window for the closet). They damaged the shutters; they damaged the trim. They damaged the walls. They also only used four screws to hold in the giant bay window; and then started caulking to finish off the front window. The actual window is flexing when you gently press it. They said they were going to lunch? Packed their tools up, left, and never returned. We still have six more windows needing replaced that we ordered from them. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. Allen/Alan whoever this crook is does not know what he s doing, and his crew doesn t either! We now have to order windows somewhere else and fix what they broke and clean up their mess. Don t make the same mistake we did!!! Edit: they finally returned; we told them we didn t want them doing more work. They tried charging us a marked up price for the three damaged windows they installed; we just paid for the three at cost since we have to literally fix EVERYTHING. Still crooks.

I took my car in to ABC Glass and the price was SOOOO reasonable! It was about � to replace it what the more popular company charges to just repair it. They were very professional and finished in one day. But it was raining that day, so the window didn't set correctly. I took it back to them and they gladly fixed the problem without any fuss. They were GREAT to work with, and I highly recommend them if you need to have your windshield replaced.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Came for an estimate right away...then took me making 2 follow up calls and waiting a week to get a quote and confirm they had the glass in stock...but when I requested an install date they said they don't do appointments? They just "call when they're in the area"? Well...I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited nearly 4 weeks with no call...so I called Glass Dr. They actually gave me my estimate on the spot and then called me, scheduled a time, and completed my install within 3 days.

I called three other glass companies before calling ABC Glass. Didn't like the fact the other companies were telling me what I needed, though I had informed them I was going off my contractor's measurements. That was to raise the price. The young lady at ABC Glass who took care of me was extremely polite and attentive. I needed the glass ASAP. She informed me it would take ca. ten days, but she would put a rush on it due to my dire circumstance. And, viola'! I received my glass in three days. Thank you, ABC Glass.M. Burks

The door literally fell off at a business of mine, Double Shoppe. I called Heather and she got the ball rolling quickly. Their staff was literally onsite within minutes and within the hour my door was as good as new at a reasonable price. Thank you, ABC Glass & Door. Would definitely recommend!

Good job. Replaced two double pane, full length windows. Did what they said they would do. $1100. Reasonably priced.

No comparison! I called every company in town! Dunaway being the biggest! I was told they'll be out some time at the end of the week...... This happened on sat! But they would be out and call us another day with the estimate! My back door was busted out! I called ABC they came out same day! Cheaper than Dunaways guess of price with my measurements! By half!!!! Thanks ABC! And thanks to the owner who personally installed it! A veteran!

Worst possible experience anyone could ever have. Took my car in to have the headliner replaced, cut my headliner and the trim piece on the passenger window, left black goo all over my dashboard and refuses to do anything to make it right. Will never take any business there again.
