This shop is very good. My high-mileage car had started misfiring and turns out the engine has so much wear that it has low compression and is dead. I always do my own repair work so it was hard to trust a shop, but these guys were knowledgeable on the inspection and delivered a super detailed report via email. They stay booked 2 weeks out but definitely worth the wait.

Hands down the most trustworthy and honest repair shop in OS. They came highly recommended and lived up to it. They took great care of our jeep and if we ever have another issue we ll be going back for sure.

I was referred to A & A by a friend after struggling to find a mechanic I could trust. They did not disappoint.- They were extremely busy but managed to squeeze me in faster than expected.- They provided a complete explanation of the problem, the repair options, and the cost.- They also highlighted other minor issues with my vehicle without any pressure to fix them and spend more money.- The front office staff was amazing and handled all of our interactions in a professional manner.A & A will be my go to repair service moving forward.

Have taken our 2014 Buick enclave here twice for work on our transmission. But they do regular repairs also. Both times they were professional, fast, and very communicative. I love their process. Set appointment. Drop off car. They text and email you a quote with a detailed scope of work along with pictures to visually show you the issues. They make recommendations on repairs and let you know what s important/necessary and what s recommended. And they completed the work quickly.Their prices are fair. You re not going to get rock bottom prices here. You will get fair pricing for excellent work. They have only been honest and forthright with us.I highly recommend A&A for any repairs. But it will take a while to get an appointment. Another sign they are very well respected along with their 4.9 out of 5 star rating on google. As a business owner I know it s not an easy thing to accomplish.

I'd heard really good things about Darren and his crew at A & A Automotive and after driving my classic car home yesterday afternoon, I can tell you that my old car has never driven better. The fact that you have to make an appointment with this team tells you all that you need to know about their reputation and while it may be a few extra miles for me to visit their shop from Woolmarket........the results (and pricing) are all that matter. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I opted to wait, knowing it would take awhile. Not only did they offer me coffee and check on me, but after my car was ready they gifted me a Starbucks card and apologized for my wait. Now, I was warned prior to coming in that I could wait but it would possibly be 2 hours. I CHOSE to wait and they still offered me something for my patience. Great customer service and they are all genuinely nice.

Had to have my 2003 Taurus towed in. When it was picked up, there were some obvious rust issues, but I had no idea how bad they were. Drew called me when they were going to start the inspection. Turns out that I was driving an extremely unsafe car due to the amount of rust on the undercarriage, support structures, etc., in addition to other major issues. He was honest and totally upfront about what it would cost $$$$, and highly recommended that I not drive it. He offered that when I decided to look for another car, give him a call, and he'll inspect it for me. Even though A&A didn't actually do any repairs, their honesty and integrity alone are what makes me recommend them and will bring me back for my future cars. Thanks, Drew. You're a godsend.

A&A Auto is by far the best around. They are knowledgeable, friendly, just all around good people. James has assembled a wonderful team. We moved here 6 months ago, and had A&A recommended to us. These guys are awesome!! Found out I needed a shop to install my new battery! They manager to get the battery delivered, replace it with no wait at all and then ordered another needed part and back on my way during lunch! Spend money where they make time for you!

The nicest people, I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I was having some issue with my Ford Escape and had been taking it to the Ford Dealership to get fixed. I spent over $1,800 getting parts fixed that didn't seem to fix any of the issues. I took it to A&A and they have fixed several parts separate from what Ford told me needed to be done and it is running 100x better now. I would recommended them to anyone!Services: Transmission, Tires, Engine repair

James has taken care of our cars for more than 25 years. My husband had "Muscle cars" and he would have James help him when he couldn't get one to work. James has taken care of my car since my husband passed. He always tells me what has to be done right away and what is not essential at the present time. He does great work and he very trust worthy.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I left my vehicle for brake repair and gave instructions to check the vehicle for any additional issues they might discover. They called later in the morning with a list of additional needs and included a quote for the needed services. I approved by phone and the vehicle was serviced that day. I received a detailed statement of services, parts and labor.One of the needed repairs involved replacement of a stabilizer bar. The other was the replacement of a worn drive belt. Both of those matters could have caused unnecessary wear on the vehicle or even breakdown on a trip.I highly recommend A & A Automotive for quality service and unparalleled honesty.They are very busy and sometimes require an extended waiting period for an appointment. It is well worth the wait!

This review is only for the body work I had done on my vehicle (2-2023). No mechanical engine work. I specifically asked for three things to be fixed on the vehicle. A&A performed a vehicle inspection and charged me for it, which I did not ask for. They took it off the bill and charged me just for what I had requested. When I went to pick up the vehicle, one of the repairs wasn't done correctly, and I had to leave the vehicle for them to fix it again. They were very understanding and even drove my vehicle to my house for delivery later on that day. I wanted to leave a five star review, but with these two issues, it brought it down to two Stars. I wanted very much to leave a better review since this place is extremely clean and slick. I haven't had a vehicle repaired at a shop in years and their prices are high but I guess in line with the cost of everything nowadaysService: Auto body & trim repair

James and his team have always done a phenomenal job in taking great care of my aging F150. I was experiencing some issues with some gaskets leaking oil from normal wear and tear. I received reminders prior to my visit about my appointment, was contacted the day of my dropping it off with recommendations, and was able to pick it up the following evening. As a business owner, I appreciate good service and professional treatment. James and his team have never disappointed me. 5 StarsService: Engine repair
