Ron is the best car salesman ever! He was able to assist me with buying my new vehicle & he made the process so simple! Selena is so amazing as well! I called her and told her I wanted a new vehicle and she got me approved within a few minutes. Aaron helped me with the financing part & he was done in 5 minutes! They have never let me down. Car pricing & APR is magnificent! If you want a new car come to them, you won t be disappointed!

Ron Bequette and the staff at Mississippi Auto Direct are amazing to work with. If you are looking to buy a vehicle definitely check this dealership and Ron out. We worked with Ron and Conner and they were both great. They re very transparent about out the door costs, vehicle conditions are accurate, and everyone was pleasant to work with. The doc fee is really reasonable (all dealerships charge them, some just a lot more than others). This was the best dealership experience we had, by far. I d check them out for sure.

Just wanted to share how pleased I was with the service I received at Mississippi Auto direct. I was having a low oil pressure sensor light constantly coming on in my Jeep and didn't want to take it to to far in case something was really wrong. So i stopped in at the shop and as soon as I got there, Brandy and Cherish got it right in and the guys diagnosed the issue (mostly my fault for being terrible at changing oil regularly). Long story short, they had a big job going with another vehicle and my repair was going to take a decent amount of time also. However, they got it in, got the parts ASAP, and had my car repaired, (at a great price I might add) within a day and a half. They put together a plan to lengthen the life of my engine and also showed me what was repaired on parts they had on hand. Got my car back yesterday and can tell that its running 100% better and no lights coming on in my car. I'm the guy that will drive a vehicle til the wheels fall off and until they do, I will have my grocery getter serviced at MIssissippi Auto Direct. Very satisfied with my experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Earlier this month, Duran from Natchez MS Auto Direct helped us find our car. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and we enjoyed our experience here. My experience with Mississippi Auti Direct was priceless and very professional/helpful. I wrecked my dream car and they helped me get a better dream car( a 2021 Dodge Challenger)! They really cared about me and my experience and not just about the money they were receiving for the car. They took their time and answered all of my questions. Mississippi Auto Direct especially and. Deanna are the best and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a reliable vehicle

I had the best experience! I always get super nervous buying a car because of the stigma with cars salesmen but Ron BeQuette was the exception to that! Super great guy, super honest, and never did I doubt that he was just trying to gain commission off of me! MAD will have my business as long as Ron is there!

I bought an F250 from them in December of 2022 (for sure, not a cheap purchase). I worked with Brad and he made everything easy. I drove in from Jackson, he looked over my trade, had my paperwork ready to go, and I was headed back in less than an hour. It was a great transaction. I d highly recommend them. (One thing many people outside of Natchez might not know is they are a DBA of Natchez Ford. They can do anything the name dealers can do.)

We had a really nice experience here. They had a Jeep we were looking for, but someone else had already claimed it. Leon kept me up to date on what was going on and let me know as soon as it was available again. The buying experience was straight forward and everyone left happy. I will certainly go back to see Leon when it's time for my next vehicle!

Great service! Sales man Duran, stayed in contact with me as well as sales manager Sean. Worked my deal up over the phone and delivered my truck to me outside of Baton Rouge the next day @4pm as requested. Would highly recommend!

Great experience purchasing my GT350 from MS Auto Direct. Alaina stayed in contact with me for a week, sending videos of the car and making sure this GT350 was exactly what I was looking for. I traveled 6 hours round trip to drive the car and could not leave Natchez without it!
