Was buying tires/getting serviced by Arthur s since they were behind Dossett s in the 80 s. Was the first place I ever had credit. Fast forward to 2020 s when I buy a set of tires for a F250 that don t even get 5k miles on them before I have 2 with a confirmed case of sidewall separation by their own techs/mgmt.At that point I m just given an option of what they have available ..that s it, that s all. No discussion about warranty, in discussion about defects or even approaching the distributor re credit or even partial refund.I left and within 24 hours I found a link to the manufacturers recall of the size, grade and model of the exact tire I had just pulled off my truck.I called and told them (2 different guys I knew that were in a position to make a decision) what I found out about these tires and was told we ll have Mackey look into it and get back to you.That was it.I pulled the other two off and went to S&T and YES I will plug them 100% because have NEVER had any issues dealing with them EVER.Very very sad what Arthur s has devolved into considering how much I enjoyed going up there when the old man was around. I definitely miss him and even upset to write this review but after nearly 2 years I m still pissed! I have the pics and will find them and post if you can later If not I m post in another review if I can t edit this one.

Charged 90 dollars for an oil change in a charger and didn't bother to top off the fluids

We had a blown tire in our RV and the guys at Arthur's Tires fixed us up quickly and were very reasonably priced. Other tire places in the area advised that our tire was an odd size and it would take a few days to get one in. Arthur's had it in stock and it was $200 cheaper. They came out to the campground, took the bad tire off, broke it down, put the new tire on and aired up the surrounding tires in less than an hour. Great service and good prices!

Great Air Conditioner Repair !!! My blower went on My Car and replaced it quickly. It's Too Hot not to have Air Conditioning in your car. Arthur Tire is Quick and Reliable Service !!!

A tire split on our motorhome while traveling through Natchez. Authur's Tires got us in and out quickly. The young men working were very knowledgeable and personable.

Needed some help with my low pressure light while in town on vacation. Chose Arts since it was family owned. Office staff and Sam in the shop found the root of the problem .low pressure in the spare. Sam showed me how to recalibrate the sensor. Out in less than 10 minutes. No charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Founder of the company, whose picture is on the wall, should be proud. Took away my worry while on vacation.

One word. Absolutelyflippinfantastic! Got my big truck in there on a short notice. Got me in right away, 2 guys on it, i was in and out in less than thirty. Unheard-of in my industry. I've been trucking for 24 years and I've never NEVER had better service. Even in my own City/ State! Wonderful service writers, service people and they are more than fair in pricing. I will return.... and I live 1,000 miles away. This is the way businesses USED to be run. No school like the Old School. Thanks guys and gals. Best service around.

Hello to all the minorities this place is very very very racist. I recommend Firestone very friendly a bit of a wait because they are busy but you can also book appointments. I know you never listen but listen to me these people do not deserve your black owned dollars. I hope this helps someone

I was visiting this part of the country and on the day that I was driving back to Dallas, my rear tire got a hole. They fixed it within 30 minutes. They were prompt, very kind, and provided great honest service.

Needed our new tire on and to have it balanced. We waited 30 mins at Firestone without being able to speak to anyone about what service we needed. Called Arthur's and they said we could come in now and get it knocked out. Staff was friendly. Waiting room is extremely comfortable. Great vibe. And speedy service. Highly recommend.

Mac and the heavy set guy behind the counter gypped me out of an extra tire sensor, 77 dollars.The back wheels are staggered. One was untouched by them and is marked by a previous shop install maybe a few weeks before. The other has a tire they installed along with front tires.After 3 tires installed, mounted and balanced with front alignment, car steers like an earthquake. Tire light appears.I returned for another wheel balance, a wait of 2 hours. Heavy set guy reads back driver tire as fault. I inform him it can not be, you all didn't touch it.He questions me about the wheel and states well it needs it, do you want to get the sensor? I reply yes.Tire light comes back, so I returned. Robert sends me own my way after stating all sensors are now relearned.Light comes back, meanwhile, I lost a front sensor inside the tire. I return, they install ,but can not relearn due to driver back tire.Mac says it needs a new one. I informed Mac and the heavy set guy that it was new. They agreed it was placed in opposite tire, which was not needed. Their mistake. I told the guy he was the one diagnosed it and discussed it with me just a few weeks back!They argued with me about the situation with me proving to both that even Robert knows about the issue. These people still charged me for the back driver sensor, and I had already paid for it last visit, but they put it in wrong tire.Heavy set guy says i can remove the new sensor out of wrong tire if you'd like. I said what about my original band type you removed?Heavy set guy says if you do not pay its on me. I said ok? It's supposed to be on you! Then Mac runs out telling the tech do not install if he's not paying for it, while the tire is off the wheel already. BRUTALAll the guys there can tell them, I specifically wanted the three tires mounted in a certain manner, so the wheels would not get marked up by machine. They granted that manner. The driver back is what I thought was ironic originally, and the heavy set guy knows it.In 2 months I have had an alignment, 7 tires mounted, balanced, and 3 sensors installed. One sensor an absolute waste of money due to their mistake.Mac had me drive 60 miles for nothing with another stock car. He tells me he can do the alignment for it specifically. Get there and the rack is to tall.I've gotten an alignment before there, same day as new tires installed. Had to turn around and go right back, because alignment wasn't done, but charged for.I tried to see in them what other reviews state, and it is not there.These are some challenging times.

Excellent customer service. I had very specific concerns being my first time with custom wheels and horrible service at Gene's. The friendly folks here exceeded my expectations, and prices were better than that other place. I'll be back!

Excellent, prompt, friendly service. We were broke down 5+ hours from home and these guys fixed us up and got us on the road again. Would recommend this shop to anyone

Costumer Service is good. But is the third time i went to change oil and all the time i have to go back because either filter is not correctly installed and leaks oil. I go with them because i dont have the time to do it itself but i always spending more time going back to get problema solve.

Bought 4 new Goodrich tires and had them installed. They were super busy but still had me in and out pretty quick. Prices were competitive as well.

Tires are not their only business, mechanics available for a full range of services. Just make sure you get the right mechanic, one that has been professionally trained and knows exactly what you want and what he is capable of, one who would have the shop manager call you before proceeding because my vehicle was butchers at full price which included and additional $200 from another shop to complete services begun but could not be finished at Arthur's

LADIES BEWAREI visited by myself to have a tire that was losing air repaired and was told the tire was irreparable due to wire sticking out. Once home, looked at tire with husband and could not find any exposed wire. We did find a nail hole that was able to be temporarily fixed with slime, by ourselves. Instead of fixing tire Arthur s offered to replace with a new tire at $195. I believe this was an unscrupulous business practice trying to take advantage of my inexperience with tires since I was there without my husband. We did take the car to another shop later to have new tires put on and confirmed no wires.

Got an oil change & tires rotated. They do not take appointments but, was in and out in about an hour.Very friendly staff.Will use them again when in Natchez.
