Neil Tapps did a great job repairing my bumper. You can t even tell anything happened and they did it super quick. I dropped it off on a Thursday before I left town and it was ready Tuesday when I returned. They have a customer for life.

They were referred by my nephew. Their customer service was not up to par. It was a "who is on first", conversation. I took my car to someone who appreciates my business.

Car spent over a month there just to get it back with new problems I didn t have before. They also conveniently got me my car back on Friday, December 20th 2019 when they are closed the entire week of Christmas. So now I m stuck dealing with their mistakes with no opportunity to get in contact with them. Never again!

One of the reasons is they will work on your vehicle you will tell them the problem but the problem will still be there but they will call you and tell you that your vehicle is ready for pickup
