I got my Hyundai Palisade because I am a recent amputee. After all my research this was the best car to fit my needs and safety. I posted my truck when I got in my accident. I m Lucky to be alive. And after reaching out to every Hyundai dealership within an hour of me, I chose Matt Bowers. Why ? Because of communication and compromise. Danny Orr was my salesperson and he is amazing. Go see him if you need a Hyundai. Tell him I sent you ! He is always going out of his way for me, and every customer he was dealing with when I was there. He s very polite and explains everything. Bodhi is the best. Service dept was great. Finance was awesome. The ladies in the cashier office - so happy and go see them if you need to smile. This review is 10000% honest. Oh and they also took care of me after my purchase when I had a few issues. Simple fixes. But no questions, just took care of me.

We highly recommend this dealership. As an out of state buyer you are at the mercy of your salesperson and the legitimacy of the dealer. From our first contact to follow up calls, we could not have asked for a better experience. We reached out through their website and heard back quickly. We spoke with Sean (sales manager)who answered questions and informed us Blaire would be working with us. Blaire was happy to spend A-LOT of time with us explaining the highlights of the vehicle. She was kind and very patient. Pricing was on point and we were given an invoice to clearly show where the final price came from. This dealership does not have the add on fees that others charge to up the price. Again, as an out of state buyer traveling 10 hours , the honesty was appreciated. The price we were told was the price I received. We then met with Todd in finance. He thoroughly explained everything and offered other options with no pressure. Start to finish this was the best experience we have had buying a car.

I had a great experience here! Bill Kuhn, my salesman was great! He was really laid back, not pushy, and just wanted to genuinely help me get into the car I wanted. He made the whole process quick and painless. The staff is professional, quick, and kind. This place does not feel like your typical sales dealership that just wants you to buy a car and then leave. I'm pleased with the experience and would continue future business with them.

I purchased a car from there today and everyone there was very helpful. On Tuesday I saw the car and came back on Thursday to purchase it. Everyone there work as a team. Even though my sale person was not there - Daniel, Tyler, the ladies in accounting and the sweet lady in Finance made everything so easy for me. If, you re a disabled senior citizen this is the place to shop. They assisted me on where I needed to be and were very understanding of my disability. My purchase was totally seamless and they have all of my future service business, go forward.

I'm extremely impressed with Hyundai's exceptional service. When I encountered an unexpected issue with my vehicle, they promptly addressed it and are currently working on a solution. George, one of their remarkable employees, deserves special recognition for his outstanding assistance throughout the process. His professionalism and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them in the past for routine service and still recommend them now!

We were nervous about buying a vehicle out of state. Caitlin was very friendly and responsive. She went above & beyond to answer all our questions as well as sending numerous pictures of the vehicle until we were completely satisfied. We completed most of the paperwork prior to arrival and were in and out in less than an hour. No surprises or hidden fees. Thank you, Caitlin Gore & Sean Varone, for a great overall experience. Great customer service. The GM does a great job with the sell team. They are helpful and cordial. The service manager is super knowledgeable and respectful. Of course, Hyundai is a great brand, and the cars are the best value in the market. I will recommend anybody to buy in Matt Bowers dealer

Wife & I stopped by Matt Bowers and were met immediately by Ramon and Garrett, two of the used car salesmen. Wife explained she d like to see a new Santa Cruz but she liked the used one we examined on the used side.We were impressed even more by a new truck we were shown. It seemed the entire sales staff were on hand despite it being July 4th, and all went out of their way to ensure we had all questions fully answered. Gen. Sales Mngr Bodhi took me through their service bays and explained how to bring the soon -to-be our vehicle in for service. He was also of great help with our car insurance swapping.Very pleased with entire buying experience and we re very much looking forward to working with these folks.

I can honestly say for the very first time out of almost 6 years this has been the worst experience with Hyundai. Trying to be a valuable customer has put me in the worst place. I was given a quote on my service charges only to get there and was going to get the work done until they brought a breakdown of charges that honestly majority on the list was part of a complete tune up. When asked well what was the quote give to me come from they couldn t explain it. Then me thinking. Part had been ordered only to find out it wasn t really ordered. Ok cool go ahead order the part but now I no longer want you to put it because I m being told I have to buy the part plus give you almost 300 for labor just to put a hose on I think the heck not. Will I be coming back for services probably not cause this is ridiculous. Don t tell me one thing I get there you can t explain. I may not be an expert on cars but I know when you are trying to get over. Same thing I wanted done go to another place to get service and it s 500 less that what my dealership trying to charge me.

Probably the worst dealership. The finance manager was insulting and a total jerk. Would not disclose the interest rate and telling my daughter to trust him and not her mother and grandfather. Matt Bower will never see another dime of my money.

What good is the warranty if I can never get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and then if I take it somewhere else my warranty is no good they told me to drive a little further out! What the hell? And you're gonna take two days off work so you can drive 800 miles to have your car serviced, this whole operation looks like organized crime to me This is nothing more than a legal chop shop don't finance terrorism.check engine light on after day 4??!!

Absolutely awful service and experience. Matt Bowers Hyundai is unorganized, unprofessional, and made the whole situation stressful. After a month of doing "my busy life" with no complaints, their excuse was that they were very busy everyday. If you are taking on that much responsibility, you should make sure your quality of integrity and customer service don't suffer. In the end, I was told my paper work was denied by my warranty company, so I called the warranty company to confirm. They said that was untrue, the part was paid for, and I should be good to go. Honestly, wow...

Geneva, Brandy, Angela, Joyce, Jonathan, and George are OUTSTANDING in all fields of service. The quality of work is excellent. I am very satisfied with my service writer. Genever was very knowledgeable in her job description. Jonathan was very good in assisting me with anything doing with the computer. Joyce was great at directing me on where to go. I did not have a good experience here.I was told 1k down for a 2018 nissan murano then was told that the price was wrong and it was out of my price range, the other car was a 2013 Ford escape.They told me 1k down then I could take that then it turned into 2k and I had to pay 1k up front then the other 1k to drive it off. When I asked about this they really didn't want to do anything and I felt like that was wrong I wasted all my time and effort for nothing.I didn't like the Ford escape it was rused on the bottom of the doors and it just was not for me. I would had liked to have the murano as agreed but didn't work out unfortunately I had to go somewhere else.....

I just bought a new Hyundai Tucson at Matt Bowers Hyundai. This is my second Hyundai and it will definitely not be my last. I've owned many vehicles, including luxury brands, and Hyundai is a quality product. The salesman who helped me, Bill Kuhn, was excellent all the way around--he found me exactly the vehicle I wanted at the right price and financing, and explained everything fully all the way around. I called asking for a specific vehicle and scheduled a test drive within the next day or two. They contacted me at least three times to be sure I was coming. We even communicated hours before my appointment. They let me miss work and get all the way over there to tell me the car wasn't available and was sold. And then tried to push me on some other vehicles that weren't close to what I came to test drive. Horrible business!!!

As someone who has worked in the automotive business I dreaded helping my mom car shop. On my last trip to the coast, I took her to several dealerships and she ended up buying a Hyundai here. Our sales perosn, Josh Crawford, went above and beyond, more so than I've ever seen a sales person do. He treated my mother like he would have treated his own and made the process stress free for her. She's had several questions since the sale and he's been there for her. Highly reccomend Josh if you're in the market for a car
