I ve had my three vehicles tinted at Coastal Window Tinting and the tint quality of all 3 times were superb. Not only are the products and quality great but so is the customer service that they provide to the customers. I will definitely take my next vehicle to them to tint.

A true business that stays true to their word to make it right by the customer and to ensure quality work. Brought my Tesla in to get all windows tinted, including windshield, with ceramic tint. They did a great job all around. After the tint, I noticed a line coming down the passenger side of the windshield that caused some distortion. After waiting 2 weeks hoping for it to go away, I returned to the shop to show them. The guy inspected it and told me it was a defect in the windshield, not the tint, and the tint just enhanced the visibility of the defect. I didn't want to believe it ofcourse. True to their word, they were willing to redo the windshield. Sure enough, after the 2nd install, the line was still there. Unlucky me for having a defect, but glad they gave a 2nd attempt to verify it wasn't a botched install.

These guys were very professional. I set up an appointment for them to match my front two windows to the back windows and a brow on the windshield. I showed up at the designated time and they took my truck back right away and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes just as promised. They did a spectacular job and didn't leave a mess in my truck or anything. The staff were very polite and didn't try to upsell me on any other products or services. It's not too often these days that you can get good, fast, service without being pushed to spend more money. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my wife's car soon to have her's tinted as well.

This place is the best and they use A/C stalls to tint my windows in my truck. They were clean and fast. and they did not sweet in my truck like the other guy on pass road by Hardy Court did in my old truck. They used a New ceramic film that was mush better than my old purple faded windows on my old truck. Buyer beware you get what you pay for. Thanks Coastal Window tinting.

Very bad experience here. Made an appointment a week in advance to get my windows tinted on my brand new 2020 Civic with less than 400 miles on it. Appointment was at 12:30PM and before I left, they said it would take 2-3 hours. Three hours goes by and I still didn t hear anything about my car, so I call up there and they said it will be about 45 more minutes. We get there 45 mins later and my car was still not finished. When we pulled up, I saw the guy who was tinting my car leaving. We waited for a while and the guy finally came back and told us that he needed to make it to the bank before 5PM. So, we had to wait even longer for my car to be finished. When I finally got home, I noticed there was either a crack or scratch on the outside of my passenger side window, the rubber on my front windows were tore up, and the tint on the back was not fully laid. I called in tears because this was my first new car purchased and the owner would not give me insurance information and would not do anything about the damage caused to my brand new car. On top of the damage to my vehicle, I felt very uncomfortable. The guy who was doing my tint kept trying to flirt with me the whole time I was at this establishment. Even after I said I had a boyfriend, he still left his number.

Awesome work!I took my Grand Cherokee there to get my front windows tinted in Ceramic. I'm not sure who I dealt with but it wasn't the owner. He was real friendly and nice. I asked for 35% ceramic for the front, and after he asked if I wanted 20 or 25%, but after being pulled over already, I decided to stick with 35%.Took about 30 min for so for the two windows, but after seeing the end result I would have waited an hour. No bubbles or streaks what so ever and it looks perfect, that's something I've never seen on fresh tinted windows. Even after a week or so of having it...it still looks flawless.Well done guys, you now have a repeat customer who will suggest you guys to anyone that asks me about tinting.

They've done the tints on two of my cars. The price is reasonable for the work and the tints have never bubbled or gone bad. Great experience and awesome service. Thank you for making my cars look better.

The guys working on my mom's car did a great job. They were honest and I did not feel like I was pressured into upselling. I plan on bringing more vehicles to them to tint and plan to get my own vehicle's front window tinted to help with glares and brightness at night.

If you are getting any kind of window tinting, make sure to ask for James Brook and his dad! Great dad and son teamwork. Loving the tint P.S.- It only took them 45-50 min to finish the entire tint!!!

Great service and super friendly and informative staff. They were super fast. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Oldest tint shop in Gulfport and staff are all very experienced. Highly recommend.

Really great job on both the 2004 Silverado and the 2008 Silverado we had tinted here. Nice guys. To the guy that gave only 1 star, he was an ex employee. GOOGLE should delete that.
