Extremely helpful and friendly. Tested my battery and maintainer. Even found a pulley belt and gave me a few good ideas on how to fix my problem I'm having with a lift gate. Id give more than 5 stars if they let me!

This has become one of my favorite Auto Zones or Auto Parts store period. I have always been treated really well by the guys behind the counter who are pretty knowledgeable and in particular there's one guy who always helps us a lot, I think he also works for the county, but he's a wealth of information and always super helpful. I won't call at his name, so I don't embarrass him, but this is, in fact, my new HomeTown AutoZone store

1st off I wanna say thank you For always having great professional service.. I especially want to Say thank you to CSR #35 on register 2 tonight she helped me answer something that the previous help I had the day befor couldn't answer. The night before. She was very pleasant polite and unwilling to work with me to look up things Instead of just telling me what they thought they knew about it.. I did have a hunch or no already what the answer was going to be by doing my own research on the topic without saying.. But overall still you'll give great service and I will always return to autozone and always will. The only time you don't have what I need is if it's a specialty item That had to be ordered or was out of stock. So either I went ahead and ordered it or I just checked with other local stores On an emergency situation but you'll still have good deals competitive prices and super great service once again.

The employees at this AutoZone are the best I've ever had!!!Just this afternoon, I had a huge bolt puncture my tire and I heard a thud. I pulled over in a parking lot within walking distance at this autozone. Not thinking I was near an auto parts store I just got to a good location for a tow truck to haul it away.I called the person I live with and told her where I was. I realized that I have a spare tire and I could get a good Samaritan to change it for me.Then I saw auto zone and my roommate said go see if someone there will change it.I asked the manager, Destin, if anyone could come and change my tire.She happily offered up one of her employees!Christopher Sabins came to my vehicle and labored heavily in the super hot heat for 40 minutes and successfully changed my tire!!I have NEVER experienced customer service like this before!!!Thank you so much Destin and Chris for your help today, yall saved me a $90.00 tow bill!!!
