Refuse to do credit application over the phone. Philip has to have surgery. I really want him to go a different location. To conform to his needs. I was asked buy the dealership to take my review down. I'm not. Your add no money down. We come back you picked a car for him. He did pick it. The payments are extremely high for the amount of miles on it. Plus he has to bring it back for a wheel alignment.

Most incompetent body shop that we have ever seen. They WILL NOT CALL YOU! YOU have to call them to see if your truck is ready. They worked on the truck for THREE MONTHS. Went the first time to pick the fixed truck up (hit a deer) THE BATTERY DEAD, AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK, SQUEAKING SOUND WHEN THEY DID GET IT TO START. Dashboard flashing warning light. Left it there to be fixed again ! Dashboard lights still on. They said it was due to wreck. NO IT IS NOT ! TOOK THE TRUCK THIS TIME AND THIS IS WHAT WE FOUND .. SEE PICS BELOWInsurance paid $8000.00. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND CLOSE YOUR DOORS! I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF MY NAME WAS ON THAT SHOP.

The service engine light cane on in my husband's 2017 Chevy Silverado truck. It was taken initially on March 7, 2024. He got a call to pick it up on March 8, 2024 with a bill of $1,175 for fuel injector replacement. On March 12, 2024 the light came back on. He called Kirk Brothers and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. March 15th. Today is March 20, 2024, they haven't even checked the vehicle. When he called he was told, they're running behind. This now is forcing us to seek an alternative vehicle to meet grandchildren for their spring break in Savanah, Georgia.

They're the only ones ever to rotated my tires and they missed placed my lug nut lock. And wanted to charge me $150 to $200 dollars to have the 4 lug nuts took off.

I had to pay for a service that was never done on my vehicle I paid for my vehicle to be driven from the front and parked in the rear of the building no one serviced my vehicle. My vehicle was left there for 4 days no tests was done I was told that my vehicle next to be serviced the day I left it that and when I returned no services was done on my vehicle I declined service after no diagnostic test was done on it I was verbally told it was the transmission and I was like did you test it or you just telling me that because you think it the problem I can guess at it and still how 96 dollars in my pocket. But I paid for that one. Every time I go to this location I get the worst service from all departments it s sad that it s like that. Just piss poor service from piss poor people

Good people , great deal. Visited service department today 7/24/23..changed my battery on 2019 suburban and power steering quit working. I went over everything time and time again and couldn't find problem. I was in & out at kirk with it working again. Great service. 2/19/24 my suburban been in shop a week..just went by checking on it and they said they have vehicles been there 3 months. Hopefully they will find the issue soon. It took a little longer than I expected to get my vehicle back but no harm done. I'm very satisfied.

I highly recommend this collision repair facility, and i have over twenty years experience in this industry. I referred a detail client to bring their vehicle after a tree fell on their truck. This was one of the hardest hits I've seen, and the damages were all in areas that are not easy to replace or repair. I read a review on here with a complaint about the quality of repairs and that insurance company spent $8000.00 on. I can personally guarantee you that these guys do not cut corners. The biggest challenges a repair facility face are insurance companies dictating which repairs they will pay for, how much they'll pay, or if they'll pay. This is the only ICAR Gold Class repairerIn our town. They must have the most up-to-date training and equipment to retain thin certification . I'll admit getting them on the phone is sometimes a challenge, theyre alwats super busy and by far have the fastest turn around time. If you want to get your vehicle repaired quickly, professionally and keep things hassle free, call JEFF MOORE, YOU WONT BE DISSATISFIED & IM LEAVING THE PHOTOS TO PROVE THAT.

Called 6 times to make an appointment for an oil change. I was either left on hold, one time for 11 minutes because I was going to wait them out.... or told "someone will call you back".apparently nobody simply cares. when i go over there, people are standing around a phone everywhere....

I've had to take my truck in for a recall on. a airbag, hopefully we can get this taken care of,they don't have rentals,even though it's no fault of you, but toyato down the road can help. you with that ,just as long as you stay in Grenada, no Memphis, strictly Grenada

Customer service was exceptional. They made you feel at home. Our salesman West, wasn t pushy about making a sale, and genuinely listened to detail on what I was looking for. They were honest and thorough about details of each vehicle we looked at. They made accommodations to deliver my vehicle to me when I wasn t able to come pick it up.

Friendly knowledgeable staff always there to answer a question. When I got my new vehicle everything was set up ready to go and the sales representative Laura has called me several times since to make sure I am happy. Cannot say enough about Kirk Brothers Supercenter I will always buy my vehicles from them.

The service was really good however the tech wasn't as knowledgable with our services and wanted to charge me for tire replacement when we actually had a warranty for tire replacement when repair wasn't an option. The tech was advised by another tech to view our and they he realized we had tire warranty.

At first, things started off sort of bad. I responded to and ad that was posted online. My dream vehicle was included in the ad . So I knew I had to chime in on it. I called to verify was it indeed there and I was told that it was and when could I test drive. I responded due to how far I am away I don t want to make a blank trip. So, the salesperson told me then well we can see if we can get you pre approved. At this point everything seem to be going great! But then, after paying a down payment (half)I then was informed that the vehicle is actually in the shop due to the fact the windows had experience some damaged during transport to the center. So, the windows are on back order and they were awaiting it s arrival. After which , they will give me call to come sign and get the truck. Fast forwarding , 3 weeks had passed and no word of them coming in. Now, I was full of doubt and concerns. On the up hand, Ray Beck had stepped in and save the day. He working none stop trying to find the truck at another dealership to get it from them. In two days, he had found it and started us on official paperwork of getting my dream vehicle. Although, I left with a higher than expected monthly payment (from $450 to $750) I still got my vehicle and was told how to get it lowered. My overall experience was good , but I would say communication within the dealership to one another needs improvement. But again,Thanks Ray for all you did and done for my family. Hopefully my next experience will begin and end on a better note.
