Great mechanic services. Owner/mechanic Paul Barrow oversees mechanics to ensure your repair job is done right if he doesn't do the work himself. No parts exchanged without your approval so there are no surprises. Labor prices are fair to the market.

Paul is incredible!! While I was commuting from Memphis to New Orleans over Labor Day weekend, my oil line ruptured causing my vehicle to lose all its oil and potentially explode my engine. I pulled over to Barrow s Auto Shop and Paul immediately came to my rescue even on his day off!! A part needed to be ordered to fix my car, so I got a rental car and continued on my way to New Orleans and he had my car fixed by the time my weekend trip was over. He truly went above and beyond, driving me to the rental car company to pick up the car and making sure that everything was squared away before I continued on my journey. It is also worth noting I am a girl in my early twenties who was traveling alone and was completely comfortable with him the entire time. I am forever appreciative of him for his assistance on this because I don t know what I would have done otherwise!! 10/10 recommend his shop to anyone.

Paul was my daughter's guardian angel when her car began to leak oil on the interstate on a trip to New Orleans. I found him by chance on the internet, and on late on a Friday of Labor Day weekend after the shop had closed, he answered his phone and met her there, diagnosed the problem, took her to the rental car agency, ordered the part, and had it ready for her on Tuesday when she came back through to drop off the rental car on her way home. He met her at the rental car agency and took her to his shop where her car was both repaired and washed! He turned what could have been a dangerous and extremely stressful situation into a stress-free experience. He is truly a Godsend!

Absolutely love this shop they have gone beyond what they had to for my mother! They are extremely professional, polite, caring and helpful in anyway they possibly can. They have amazing prices and their work in on point! They keep you informed and very clear about the information! They seriously are the best Mechanic shop I have ever been to. I am truly thankful for you guys to know there s actually a place I can trust not to take advantage of my mother like has been done before! Very nice and extremely helpful. Had car trouble while passing through town and these guys went above and beyond to help us get back going. Highly recommend! If I lived here this would be my go to shop

Paul, with Barrow's Auto & Wrecker Service, deserves our praise and acknowledgement! We can truly testify that he was an angel helping our family. We are from the St. Louis area and were traveling back from New Orleans on Sunday (yesterday) on a tight timeline. We just happened to stop in Grenada, Mississippi for gas when we noticed our suburban was leaking fluids and the engine was smoking. Before I could stress about our situation, a gentleman in a suit named Larry, stopped out of nowhere to assist (another guardian angel). He diagnosed that the water pump was bad. Being that it was Sunday on a holiday weekend, I was certain that we were stranded for at least another day. However, Larry called Paul,with Barrow Auto & Wrecker Service, and Paul graciously agreed to come into the shop on a Sunday to install a new water pump. After 2 to 3 hours of fellowship and Paul's hard work we were back on the road to St. Louis. Many people have been in similar situations, which resulted in horrifying results.At Barrow's, the sign out front states, "As for me and my shop; we will serve the Lord Jesus", which is some of the wording taken from Joshua 24:15. I can say that Paul epitomizes the term of loving your neighbor first. Words cannot express the gratitude owed to Paul and Larry! I can say that our bad situation turned into a humbling blessing for our family! We give God the glory for sending us these two angels and are forever grateful to them for their obedience!

Nice and honest small-town folk who are very dedicated and the hardest workers around, and unlike some of the other local shops, these guys actually know what they re doing and also won t try to feed you bs and just tell you things that need replaced when they really don t , they won t try and rob ya basically. Great business 100%

I broke down on I-55 on a Saturday afternoon I was towed to Barrows auto service shop. They were closed but Mr. Barrow came and opened up and helped me get my Van fixed as quick as possible. Thank youTara Gentry
