The techs were quick to get my vehicle into the bay and start services. Got an oil change and it was done shortly after I finished shopping. Excellent customer service and fast service.

Had a complete tire replacement and John Longoria was one of the best and nicest people I have met at Walmart wish they had more employees like him and I will always come back there due to him

The manager was no help and very rude. I was stranded and he refused to help me in any way... will never buy anything from this place again... and 1 star is to high of a rating for them..Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought 2 new tires purchased from them to replace the last 2 bought to complete the set. Tech was told to put the 2 new on the front and the ones from the front on the back. Back tires were to be disposed of. This guy took the 2 from the front and dumped them and never touched anything on the back end. I luckily checked as I was getting gas. Thought it was a simple request. Tech never apologized or anything for his error.

My daughter bought a new tire Wednesday. The tire blew today on Friday while she was taking my granddaughter to the ER. I spoke with the manager who was obnoxious and chalked it up to me being a Northern. Talk about discrimination. He was black. Refused to do anything. My daughter is out $130 because they did not put the tire on right. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. What a way to run a business.Service: Tires

Not pleased with this visit. I asked for specific items and was given less expensive items without being consulted. Normally a good thing, but I was specific in what I was asking for. Also I requested headlight restoration and it was declined without again discussing or giving explanation. This was the primary reason I came and I called before coming to make sure it could be done.

I had a bad experience at WalmartThey put to much air in tires without checking. They said I declined to get oil filter changedHad to go back n they then changed it to make sure. My car spec.say for oil change every 5000 miles n they put on sticker for 3000 miles this confusing me when my next oil change should be . Not going to get another oil change there . Service use to be far better .They have fell Off

I will start taking my car to another place for oil change and tires rotated which i never even got and they made me pay 20 dollars even though the lady told me on the phone will be 15 so watch the price and what they and not counting it too almost 5 hours just for oil change and tires done which didnt even do they just put air in it so,I will never go to the auto place their again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Most rude staff I've ever experienced. On our way back from vacation we got a flat tire with 7 hours left in our drive, and we were denied a patch job on our tire 20 minutes before they closed because they had "already turned the air compressor off" as they were preparing to shut down. Refused to turn it back on even though all we needed was for them to patch our tire, we even offered to put it back on ourselves. Don't ever use this place. Apparently what people call southern hospitality is dead in these parts of the south.

Worst experience. Don t waist your time with them. Waisted my 3 hrs. The guy at the auto center counter made a ticket for tire change and after three hours of waiting the guy working in the shop said we don t have the right tires. This shows the lack of coordination on the manager and the people working here.

Went to get a oil change they told me and someone else they couldn t get the filter on then they left the oil cap off and oil got all over my motor. Will not be going back there and don t recommend it.

I arrived at 5:30 PM. The store closes at 7. They told me that they weren't taking any more customers because they were backed up. Who does that?
