Constantly have to take my car back for repairs that should have been completed the first time. The first time my ac went out, I was charged about $300 to have it fixed. My ac stopped blowing cool air again and I took it back to them. They looked at it again and told me it would cost $1700 to fix. I didn't go through with that one though. Next I had trouble with my signal lights not working properly. I paid over $300 to have it fixed and it STILL isn't fixed

I travel pretty far for work every day, which means oil changes come pretty often. I love knowing I can always count on Midas to give great prices and quick service. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, however the young mechanic had a attitude, thought he was the sh-- as they say. How he diagnosis car issues not quite right, never put car on machine but tell me I need new engine. Just made me feel uncomfortable, but they might be a good shop I just dodnt trust it.

On 27 Jun 22, I was stranded on a highway in MS and once I got to Midas (Greenville, MS) I was promptly taken care of. Patrick Britton was a blessing to me on that day. He has such great customer service skills. Thank you Patrick... I would have missed my flight had he not been so attentive and caring.

I been coming here for years, Mr. Patrick, Robert & Midas entire staff is so polite & friendly... I never had a bad experience from this place, you go there for one thing & they'll inform you about something else, which other places only fix what you come in for.. I do recommend this place, you won't go wrong

Excellent care and service for your vehicle. Staff are down to earth. They honestly and earnestly try to help get the repairs completed on your vehicle with the least disruption in your life as possible. Not the cheapest in town, but you also get what you pay for.

I took a vehicle to Midas and they charged my credit card twice and said that they did not know how to delete the second charge. The guy that made the error said that the person that could take the charge off has left for the day and won't be back until Monday. So, I had to take time from work to get that charge removed, and the charge was added on a third time instead of removed. After that, I was fed up and had to take off from work again and took other measures to get those charges removed. What a hassle!! To add result to injury, the problem that I had paid them to fix wasn't fixed at all, and as soon as I had pulled off from them I noticed they had created a new problem to my vehicle that I wasn't having initially. Of course they are saying I would need to pay them even more money to fix this new problem they have given to my vehicle. Needless to say, I refuse to let them do anymore work on my vehicle. I've talked to several other people who has said that Midas in Greenville, MS has done the same thing to them. The people working at this company are very fraudulent and should be stopped, and avoided at all costs.

Poor customer service and unsafe business practices. They failed to properly screw on my tire after fixing a slow leak and when confronted about the situation, that I had fixed at another service station, refused to do anything but apologize. A refund of $14 for negligence that could have caused serious harm to myself and others was too much to ask.

Fast, friendly, got us a tow truck, found us a ride to them when no one in town would work with us at all. Turned out to be broken belt and locked up pulley.

Was made to wait for over 2 1/2 hrs and still didn't get waited on was informed I would have to wait another hour or more I only needed oil change the parking is very congested, there's only 2 seats in place for customers to be seated.

I was charged $1,350 ,at two different times when they could have done everything the first time,that was my first time and last time, $1,350 for a break job !
