My car broke down on the highway on my way home to Minnesota. 49 Towing took me to Scott's shop. He said he could get me on the road again by morning. He replaced my alternator and battery and so.e lights. Told me I had a life time warranty on the alternator. 3 hours down the road and the alternator goes out again. Long story short, Scott scammed me.. He has not responded to my calls, texts or e mail. The alternator he had put in was used. Not purchased new from Autozone, which he had claimed. Do not trust anything he says or does.Service: Car towing

Avoid at all costs. Had a terrible experience. Asked for a boat trailer to be picked up from the auction and taken to a welder. Scott (owner) took it upon himself to keep the boat at his lot and have his mechanic do the work to repair the trailer. Needs welding. 2 weeks go by with no information after he assures me it is no problem. Fast forward to flying to pick up the trailer and he says I ll look at it tomorrow. Now, he says they don t want to take any liability. Possibly stuck in Jackson with no trailer fixed.

The owner (Scott) took it upon himself to take my car to his tow facility after my insurance company ordered for my car to be taken to my chosen repair shop. Scott tried to keep my car and gave me the run around when I tried to get it from his facility. It took 4 days to get my car off of his property. The worst experience ever. He also would not speak with me or my insurance company, kept hanging up the phone. Horrible business. Horrible owner. UNPROFESSIONAL!! This place is a scam.

I want to praise God and 49 TOWING AND REPAIR IN FLORNCE for coming to the rescue when my granddaughter was on side of road. The man that answered the phone calmed me down and sent Reed to the rescue, and he was there in 10 min. He then followed her to the gas station to make sure she was safe! if you ever need help they are the ones to call!!!!Service: Tire change

Had two vehicles towed to repair shop A1 Gear, came right out and towed them when called. They were reasonable priced and very professional.
