Always helpful at this store. Have had issues with the one at hazelhurst with rude employees, but the one in crystal springs has been great.

I've always liked my local advance auto parts but the check out clerk that I seen tonight was kinda rude. You could really tell he was ready to go or hates his job! Just sayin.

Well they're not the friendliest people there. Cuz when I called if you ask a question I was hung up on repeatedly? When I finally got someone to stay on the phone I ask for the manager their not here? I finally went to the store in Crystal Spring's it's getting close to closing time but still 30 40 minutes before. I saw some items that were on clearance so I proceeded to get some stuff that I saw was a good deal. Got to the register some lady was waiting on me and everything I had was on clearance. She's bringing everything up the total was well over what it should have been? I told her I said no that's not right I should have had anything over $10. She said no that's the wrong price for that that's not what the sticker said she started to argue with me I said I know what I saw what's show me show me what you saw? So I went and I showed her there's the price I told you that I saw that you said wasn't here? Well that's the wrong price that shouldn't be there like that it was an air freshener for pets for your car. So she would not even honor the price that was on there show me to pay what the full price was? That was done on a couple of items that I purchased? And as I left go to home look at my receipt I had to leave three things that I bought back at the store because she said that was the wrong price on the items. I got to the house and noticed she had overcharged me for a rim cleaner? I think it was supposed to have been $0.10 clearance she charged me a dollar and some odd Cent? I never went back to get the change that she owed me? I just don't want the confrontation that is going on there. She was so ready to go and you could tell she was very agitated with me because she said it's a closing times been a long day. No it's not closing time. There was still 30 minutes or so before the store was going to close but she was rushing me out the door? She proceeded to put my stuff in the bag and handed it to me again she said oh I forgot to get the air fresheners out of your bag so she's wrestling through my bags trying to get out stuff that she should have already gotten out? Then she didn't give me a receipt? I asked for one and that got under her skin it showed very much so. So as far as customer service there at that store and not so much need a little brushing up on.

We I'd have to say that this place definitely needs more than one person working on a Saturday in the middle of the day... I think next time I'll just drive to hazlehurst definitely not even worth stopping

Workers were slow seemed like they were either new or didn't know what they were doing. They were friendly so hopefully it's just inexperience and once they figure out what's going on everything will improve.

Parts store in a small town. You might pay a little more, but you won't have to drive to a bigger place. Nice people

I purchased a throttle position senseour, got it home and it was faulty, brought it back, they sent me to another store to get it replaced, the senseour they gave me at that store had been returned also and was clearly broken, i tell them about it, and they sent me back to the original store with the broken tps, and once there I have to wait for the two argue, before saying they would order me a new tps. At this time I only want to get out the store before someone recognize me and think I shop there, it was embarrassing and tiresome. Learned my lesson

The manager of the crystal springs location is a professional he will go out of his way to help find what ur looking for as long as It's with in reason.

Well when I order a part for my car, I have to get a certain manager to get the right part with out the other workers not knowing much about the computers.
