I wanted to commend Nicki (spelling?) in the Corinth, MS office for her excellent customer service. She was very professional, but also very kind and patient while I was explaining the issue at hand. She was able to rectify the problem, which really put me at ease. Again Thank you Nicki, you're the best.

Mrs. Evelyn Guyton, is a professional agent and she will be a blessing to you and your family. She is an honest, helpful, hardworking, friendly, patient, very understanding, and knowledgeable insurance agent. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you will get the best rate possible. She makes sure that you understand and are very aware of all documents that need your signature. The entire process is very quick and to the point that it can be finalized in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend Mrs. Evelyn as an agent that will most definitely be able to help you get the coverage that you need.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Nicki W. is the MVP of this company. I was being over charged for auto insurance because Direct couldn t verify that I was not at fault for an accident and requested that I call previous insurance company to obtain proof. After attempting to obtain needed info I was informed that I couldn t have that sent to me and Direct Auto needed to call. This back and forth went on between me calling both insurance companies a total of 8 times before Nicki went the extra mile and emailed and called previous insurer to obtain the info needed to get me down to the correct payment amount. No one else was willing to call or email the previous insurance company. I just kept getting transferred around. Thank you so much Nicki you really proved that you are here to help. You are such a beautiful soul and I will pay it forward!

Great company saved me quiet a bit of money. check it out if your getting took advantage of. I never will regret switching from Hartford AARP they charged us way to much. thanks the Toney's

Agents at Direct Auto Tupelo, MS are very helpful, especially my agent, Benjamin McDaniels. He answered all my questions and saved me a lot and provided more coverage than my current insurance. I highly recommend them.Mr. McDaniels is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He is honest and up front with everything. They actively look for the best rates and coverage annually and are always looking out for the customer. If he can t offer you a better deal than the company you are with he will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer

I had such a great experience getting a new policy with Direct Auto. Nicki Woodruff is an exceptional agent and was able to get my policy the cheapest it s been in years! I was cautious about switching my insurance but Nicki exceeded my expectations and I can t be anymore pleased. She was patient and answered all my questions. I recommend her and Direct Auto to anyone! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Spoke with Evelyn Guyton today and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so pleasant and helpful to me that I felt she was a God send. If you ever have to get insurance on your own and you call the toll free number I hope you get her. She is very knowledgeable and just a joy to do business with when you are in need of assistance.

Nicki was very helpful and knowledgeable. My old insurance company was becoming very expensive. Nicki was able to get me a new insurance policy at very affordable rate. Will definitely be recommending Direct Auto to others and sending them her way

Evelyn Guyton was my Representative and the whole process was no longer than 20 minutes. She was very professional, courteous and quick to answer any questions, and throughly explain any concerns I had. Also, she got me a GREAT rate! I would highly recommend her, along with Direct Auto Insurance in Corinth, MS.

Evelyn at Corinth office gave me no support and needs to learn proper facial expressions when dealing with customers. I do not appreciate her behavior and that "facial expression" is what got me when I was simply explaining to her my insurance should have been cheaper but instead I wound up paying a $10 late fee when I was in the officeearly before my due date to pay my insurance.

My experience with Insurance Agent Wayne Cole was great!! I wanted the total yearly amount of my policy, and Wayne stayed on the phone over 45 minutes just to give me the quote. I wanted to pay in full for the entire year, and not worry with a monthly payment. Wayne was very polite and went the extra mile to make sure that I got what I wanted. Thanks!

Clayton quickly got me a low automobile insurance rate quote over the phone. When I went in to pay I was only there about 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly. So glad that I chose Direct.

The gentleman who answered my call (I think his name is Wayne?) Saved my tail. I locked my keys in my car late in the day and was about 2 hours away from home. I wasn't sure if my insurance covered roadside assistance or not but he helped me step by step get a hold of someone to come out there and help me get my car unlocked. I would've froze to death or had to break a window to get home but he saved me :) HOPEFULLY I'll never have to call again lol

Clayton gets me in and out with a friendly smile. Clayton always has a wonderful attitude. I've been with direct auto for many yrs and plan to stay with them for many more.
