We had a RV tire blow-out on Good Friday at about 4:30 PM. Since we were in Seminary, MS, and due to the remoteness and Easter weekend our roadside assistance plan was not able to source a provider nearby. They suggested we find someone on our own. We received the name of C and M Tire through a local towing service who was closed for the weekend. I left a message on C and M s voicemail. Within 10 minutes I received a call from the owner of C and M. After explaining the issue and where trailer was parked, Chris, the owner, said he would get right on it in the morning. Long story short, Chris replaced the tire as promised and even open his shop for us to get services completed. We were grateful for C and M tire and HIGHLY recommend them for any tire related needs.

The work here is always good but unfortunately the last time I went they charged me $300 an hour for labour. When they estimated $500+ for labour for my control arms I assumed it would take 4-5 hours to fix and they didn't tell me different so I approved the price. It took them less than 2 hours and they charged me over $600. I know it must be too easy to rip off people like this but I had been here before and trusted them and their work. It's getting hard to find honest mechanics in the area. I hate that everywhere I go someone's trying to pull something over on me. I liked this shop initially and again they did a good job on my control arms but I won't be coming back because they clearly have no hangups taking advantage of women just like every other shop in the area.

This place was awesome. We were on our way from Pearl to Biloxi and blew a tire outside of Mt Olive on our trailer. Called and they had the tire. We limped in was told to pull to report back. Was back on our way in fifteen minutes. Hard to believe but true. Service was outstanding. Thank you and your staff for helping us out.

We needed our 5th wheel RV tires changed out on short notice (within the hour because we had a flat) They had exactly what we needed in stock and they were super fast changing all four tires in only about 20 min! Not to mention the price was very good!! Thank you team!

We were headed back to Texas from Alabama and discovered we had a flat on the travel trailer we were pulling in Hattiesburg, MS. We put our spare on, but knowing we had a long way to go, I looked for a tire shop and found Ray s. It was 30 minutes before closing time and the staff was super friendly and very fast! They got us in and out of there before closing time.

Under new management and ownership.had an oil change Nov 1st with synthetic oil...was told 10 thousand miles but the guy never got my mileage.he handed me the sticker for the windshield and told me to put it on( it's his job).and if I got a 10 thousand miles oil change, the math don't add up correctly to milage I had on the odometer...plus the sticker didn't stay on the windshield.customer service needs to be improved at oil change location...tire company is great

Chris Harrison at C&M Tire was a Godsend! My husband and our girls were on the way to MS from FL, had a flat and Chris pulled over to help! Within 45 minutes, we had our spare on and he even offered to plug the tire at his shop and it was 7:30pm on a Friday!

Wow just wow!!! I thought this type of customer service was long gone!! But no! I called on a busy Friday afternoon at 4pm, they didnt have my size tires at their shop but a call was made, found my tires, had them delivered to the shop. Get this, by 5pm I was on my way home with new tires on my car! They had the best price. The entire staff was incredible! Even the pup!!!

Traveling down to the gulf coast and needed a tire patched. Chris and his team were awesome! Got us right in and back out on the road in a matter of minutes. Fantastic customer service!

I took my vehicle to him on Friday October 29, 2021 my tire had a slow leak. Saturday morning I woke up to a flat tire. This shop is closed on Saturday so I had to wait till Monday to get my flat fix. Monday morning I called them about my tire the guy I spoke with had a nasty attitude so I decided to take my vehicle to another shop for repair to my tire. The other shop showed me why my tire went flat. This shop patch my tire but did not clean around the area or use glue for the path. I will never go back to this shop and will advised others not to visit this shop. Not only rude but is not experienced enough to do what needs to be done. If I could give 1/2 star I would.Dissatisfied formal customer

What a GREAT find! Had a tire issue while traveling. Luckily we were near Ray's. Very prompt & courteous service. The staff are really nice & they professionally got us back on the road. I wish they were located in my town. Thank you!!!!

My visit at Rays Discount Tire was very rewarding. The folks and services there were great. Mike and Diane always have a kind word and sometimes Mike will have cooked up some really good vittles!

I was driving back to Las Vegas, NV from delivering a vehicle to Florida. I was in a customers trade in and noticed the vehicle was shaking profusely. I needed a balance and the tires looked at. I googled and saw the closest tire shop. They not only got me in immediately but they were HONEST about what I needed or didn't need. I had a long trip ahead of me and they got the shaking to stop. Amazing people and it s hard to find honest folks in business. Highly recommend.

Thanks for helping us fill air in our spare trailer tire, our spare unfortunately had been too old and we blew out as soon as we left. Went back to purchase NEW tires from Ray s and are finally back on the road again. Of course we should have purchased some of their tires to begin with but they were kind enough to let us use their air pump. Lesson learned!

This place was amazing..we were on our way to MS tire on my truck blew out! Thank God no one was hurt...I called them at 5 and the came out in less than 10 minutes. We were safe and they were super nice!!

Went to go and replace brake pads on my vehicle that y all put tires on about a month ago and the nuts where so badly stripped that I broke a stud.. will NEVER return for your devices again. Not counting the time I got my oil changed and your guys completely forgot the put back in the drain bolt

This is a great tire shop. I just wish they would change the hours of operation on this site. This says they are open until 12 on Saturday's but they are not
