I want to let everyone one know this man went above and beyond. Come and helped me on a Saturday for me to get my son a transmission. Good people will forever return to them.

I called and talked over the phone with these people, repeated over and over the specific part I needed (a rim, my truck currently has two different size rims on because of this place!!!). I also sent pictures of what I needed, the lady assured me that they had it and to come get it. When I got there after driving over 60 miles, she tried to sell me the wrong thing and said they didn't have what I needed. To say the least my truck still has two different rims, which is very dangerous if you didn't know.

When I bought my part I had great service and was told I could bring it back and get my money back if it didn t work but when I tried that the other lady at the front said I couldn t and refused to do business with me when their part wasn t working. If you really need a part there is a part place down the road from them with better customer service

Redwine A.S. is THE PLACE for parts that fit your specific make and model automobile...Just tell 'em whacha need and usually, from my experiences there, you'll be on the way home with a part that's just like yours (except, of course, NOT BROKEN!!! ) and, usually around half the price of a new one. Don't quote me on prices or warranties(sp?), you'll have to ask the nice lady behind the counter about the perticklerz when you visit...North side of HWY 8 on the County Line Road between Ruleville and Cleveland, MiSippi...

Rude people, and when I bought the part ( window glass ) they said you have 30 day to return, the part was different when I went to return the owner said you can t return and look at the sign , so I lost my money without getting even credit for future purchase
