My experience with Allstate was a good one. When I thought I had no options of getting fire insurance. I contacted Allstate and they assured me that my worries were over. I highly recommend Allstate for your insurance needs

This organization and the folks who work in it rock. They work with you and are extremely understanding. I would highly recommend this Cleveland Allstate office as well as Patrick Thimmes for any type of insurance needs necessary. Truly remarkable job!

The agent is willing to go beyond his responsibilities to help customers. When I got a runaround from Allstate insurance adjusters,Mr. Thimmes got the claim reopened and Allstate finally paid a fair amount to get the roof fixed. Thank you

I love being "in good hands" with Allstate and Patrick Thimmes. I receive personal one on ones service. It is always easy to get in contact with him. To me the most important part of insurance is having the protection you need and being able to use the insurance when situations arise.

This is for the insurance. My rates continued to increase every 6 mths and when I needed my roof replaced flowing a wind storm, I got nothing but the runarounds and finally they REPAIRED half of the roof only. I have moved to another company.
