Best truck buying experience I ve ever had. They gave me a significantly better deal on my trade-in than any other dealer I talked to. The whole process was also extremely fast. 100% would recommend!

The technician came to my workplace. Quickly replaced the recalled part and even checked my oil. He told me that my oil level was half a quart low. I had just had my oil changed a few days earlier and had asked the person who changed my oil about the amount they had been putting in my car he reassured me that they were putting in the correct amount. Now I know better. I ll be sure that they put the correct amount in my car from now on.Thanks

We are British tourists and Memphis gave us an electric rental car (against our will) despite reserving a notmal car. David and Nick were so helpful! They helped us charge our car for free, gave us coffee and water and let us sit inside the showroom for 2 hours. They even managed to find the soccer game for me! Forever grateful, saved our skins!!!!

The staff at Cannon Ford were quick and efficient in finding exactly what we wanted. They were great to work with and had a seamless transaction throughout the whole experience. The service department and my service advisor, Anthony Mason, were cordial and helpful.Understanding, I had a two hour drive back to my home, Anthony Mason got my truck s recall issues taken care of promptly.Cannon s service dept and people like Anthony Mason are the reason I do and will continue to do business with Cannon Motors.

The service was impeccable and the workers were kind, attentive and polite. Alexis Williamson is fabulous. The only problem was the time I had to spend waiting. I did have an appointment but was still there from 1:00 to 3:45. I understand the time is not guaranteed. Alexis was great. My car was well taken care of and I will continue to have my 2018 Lincoln MKZ serviced at Cannon Ford Lincoln.

Be sure to take a code reader with you when buying used!!!!!!! I got home then plugged my newly bought vehicle and sure enough there was a code that had been cleared then 2 days later my service engine light comes on

Don t waste your time with these people. Bought a truck from them 8-9 months ago. First ever car buying experience, Ran my credit without even asking or checking with me first. 2nd day of having truck starts to make a noise from rear when hitting bumps. They told me when I bought it that if anything needed repaired or checked out. they would have me a loaner vehicle since I need it for work and don t have a backup. Tried every month since I bought it calling for a loaner vehicle and to bring the truck in, and same excuse we don t have any at this moment. Now it s changed to we don t offer loaner vehicles. So if you re looking to have credit checked without being asked, and for them to not keep their word then it s the perfect dealership for you!

I got a call early this week to schedule an appt for today and showed up today and they said I had no appointment! I called the number that called me earlier this week and she said she was'nt at that location but she makes the appointments and she was going to call Cleveland and told me she'd call back but I never got a call back. You cant waste my time like that. I'm not going to get worked in either cause i've done that before and had to wait a couple hours and i'm not sitting around waiting.

When I bought my MKC Lincoln to cannon and explained to them my problem with my suv . They didn t hesitate to order my part and to do the work order . They are very professional and care about you . I m very pleased with their work. I would purchase another vehicle or suv from cannon dealership.nobody make a deal like Cannon do nobody !located in Cleveland ms.

Without a doubt Cannon Ford of Cleveland, MS is the best! The entire team is amazing and I don't believe my purchase experience can be matched or exceeded. Many thanks to Tyler Cannon and my salesperson, Gail, their communication and customer service skills are second to none. They were in contact with me from the initial order to the final signature on the contract.I'm really not sure where to start at expressing my gratitude to the finance manager David. He went above and beyond by ordering the correct vehicle; but really exceeded my expectations by keeping my payments in a range in which I could easily afford. I have purchased several vehicles from Cleveland Ford, when a customer receives this type of service, why purchase from any where else? I will continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership and would highly recommend this great team of true professionals to anyone that's looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Awesome Facility! Several awesome staff persons, however i experience some mishap with attention to detail on my vehicle where I had to return it for correction after spending a large sum of money for the repairs. Had to ask twice for a loaner vehicle for a return repair that was no fault of my own and then I was only given a vehicle after asking to speak with the owner/Manager and explain how much money I had spent then and in the past on vehicle services/repairs and then a manager ( not the main manger or owner..)who first told his staff no we don t have a vehicle for him stated I did not know that you spent that much money, give him one of our best vehicles .. . Which should have mattered, if my mobility was being impeded because of the work they were paid to do on my vehicle but failed to do correctly.. Nevertheless, a bright point was the service person that was selected oversee the corrective repairs to the damages the dealer accidentally done to my vehicle and the technician that worked on it were VERY professional and helpful and their acts of kindness allowed me to give a three Star. Thank you. Tjm

If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I suggest you shop with Cannon. Don t forget to ask for Aaron Moore Jr. - he s the best salesman around! I m very satisfied with my experience.

Communication was really bad. Took three weeks to hear anything about financing. Was told to let them take care of everything but on every front had no communication or idea where the progress was at.

I can't say enough kind words about Mr Steve, Mr Moore or Mr Richard. They were beyond helpful and got me my dream car in my favorite color. Excellent customer service shop with Cannon will definitely be back for any of my car needs!!

I have to give a 5 star thumbs up to Jean at Cannon Ford in Cleveland MS. I normally don t do 5 stars reviews due to the service I actually received, but I honestly received great service and was treated with excellence because of Jean s attitude and actual concern and care for my urgent needs as a human being and not just a number. I work in the Jackson MS area and visited every dealership in the metropolitan area and found I was treated as if I really did not matter. At every dealership I visited all I experienced was I did not matter if I was not willing to succumb to their price gouging. The moment I talked with Jean at Cannon Ford in Cleveland MS the treatment I received instantaneously changed to one of care and concern as a actual human being with actual problems and a need for a vehicle at a fair price. I highly recommend Jean at Cannon Ford in Cleveland MS. because of the treatment with excellent customer service I received that went above and beyond expectations and delivered more than expected with actual care and concern for my needs.
