Service is fast, they know what they're doing.I had an in-store pickup order for my dad, I was in and out in less than 90 seconds.I'm pretty sure I spent more time at the red light outside the store than I did inside it.

Since moving back home (4 years), I've purchased quality and essential parts from AutoZone and based on that my expectations of parts and service technician has always been professional and courteous even when simple mistakes happens.

Awesome parts store had all of the parts I needed for my dodge charger at a reasonable price. Auto Zone is the place to go for your automobile needs and the employees are all professionals who can help you find the right parts for your vehicle.

I had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. In less than 20 minutes my truck battery was tested and replaced.

impossibly long wait to get service or just answering a simple question to find out if they have what you need or not without any apparent cause or reason

It all depends on who's working when you go in whether or not you will get good service or even find the parts you need some employees just don't know how to find a part or they just don't care and others will bend over backwards to find you what you need
