Rented a vehicle for a weekend trip. Ended up having mechanical issues on the trip home. Car would not accelerate on the interstate and the check engine light came on. My child and I hobbled into the nearest city (40+ miles away). Had to go to the Enterprise there and swap out vehicles and move all our luggage over. When I returned this vehicle to Enterpruse, I asked for a refund for our headaches. She would only give me one day back. Took the agent forever to close out my rental and return my deposit. They withdrew my money immediately, so I should get it back immediately. Very bad experience.

Horrible experience that included attempted fraud. Agent tried to up charge nearly double my rate. Corp customer service said the reservation amount was correct and when they attempted to rectify the situation she twisted a comment I made about charging my card for a rate outside the reservation agreement is fraudulent into a reason she refused to rent to me. And I was stuck in Clarksdale had to go to Memphis and rent from Budget to get back home. Very upsetting and ridiculous service.

Had a Nice Vehicle 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T 17,000 miles on it. I had Got IT from The Airport in Memphis! Great Selection of Vehicles THERE.

I returned my rental today and just wanted to reiterate, very good experience, the young lady rep, who seemed to be by herself, is super friendly and very helpful and she's very attentive to all the customers despite busy times.

Made a reservation with my insurance company on the 20th of December to pick up a vehicle on January 2. When I arrived there the lady claimed there was no returned vehicles but yet as I was walking through the door there was a lady there that had just returned a vehicle so I told come back the next day here I am waiting and as I walk in she is giving an older couple a vehicle and just so happens she says you know the complaint you put in yesterday I saw it but unfortunately I can t give you a vehicle because those needs to be maintenance. Of course I put a complaint in because this is unprofessional communication is everything if I had a reservation and you don t have the inventory to fill it let the customer know so they won t make a blank trip.

Made reservation and got confirmation # found out when I got there they didn't have a car available in my town or two other towns near by. Why send out confirmation # if you don't have a vehicles available? Poor service.

They were awesome! They were super busy when I got there, but quickly got everyone taken care of and she was able to check my car in within 5 minutes. Super-friendly. The man working also gave me a ride back to where I'm staying and suggested nice local places to eat and visit!

I rent here often and I'm always treated really nice. Yes they will pick you up. You must make a reservation. They don't have many cars available at all. I'm talking 1 or 2 on some days. So you may make a reservation and still not have a car when you get there.

I had a great rental experience with Enterprise in Clarksdale, MS. I am working in the area with my husband and needed to go home for an unexpected death in our family. The staff at pick up and return we very helpful and even offered me an additional 10% discount due to a short wait I experienced when picking up my car. The car was a Chevy Malibu that got excellent gas mileage and safely got me to Florida and back to MS.

Because I reserved a vehicle two months advance they wanted 4 days before picking up the vehicle to call me. to say they don't have the SUV.We can substitute the SUV for a van.I can't find a SUV anywhere else. Because of the time they called me.I were looking forward to that SUV but had to settle for a van. Never again Enterprise.

We had to swap out our car multiple times. We originally started in Bethesda MD, we had to swap the first car because it was too loud, then the next one was mechanically unreliable (over 60 mph the steeringwheel were shaking, plus we got a flat) noone really proved to be to helpful. We got swapped to a pick up where we had to have our luggage out in plain site. We then finally got a focus only problem tags were expired and there was wax on the windshield. It was not a big deal when it wasnt raining when it was it was awful. So we brought it to LaBrisa the branch manager at the Clarksdale branch who swapped (well did a new reservation) and hooked us up with what we originally rented a mid-size suv. She was very apologetic and sympathetic but it wasn't her fault. Labrisa ?Triblett? was great she saved our trip. Thank you

Enterprise claims to clean Their cars what a lie. It s happened three times now I ve met past 7 rentals with them. If you claim it the do it. And charge people if they smoke in the cars.

I dropped off a car here that I picked up in Memphis. It's small and not easy to spot, and also a little run down. The staff was very friendly and helpful in terms of local transportation in Clarksdale.

Enterprise in Clarksdale has had my reservation for weeks and does not have a car available on the day that i need. This is very bad customer service and poorly managed. The employees said that they are overbooked. Why in the world would you over book when you know how many cars you have available. This makes no sense to me!!!! Get it together enterprise!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Made reservations just to show up and they say they didn t have anything available. This isn t the only enterprise though. The delta area as a whole did us the same way.

I will never make reservations with them again... a month in advance to get to the day of pick up to not have a vehicle ready for me or even called to inform me that it wasnt one... this is very unprofessional... so much for vacation...

Poor service. Not accurate. First they tell you it's a vehicles available then they say it's not. Need to update their system. Aint no way all Enterprises on MS are sold out. Sad!

Booked here in Clarksdale 2 weeks in advance just to get there the day of my pickup to here sorry we were booked when you made reservations. Bad thing about it I called 2 days before to make sure I'll have a rental. How? Why wasn't I informed when I made the reservation?
