Tungala is the best! She is always so pleasant when assisting me. She understands the importance of good customer service and she delivers every time. Arnel has been my agent for seventeen (17) years for my home and auto.Arnel and his wonderful team has always been available to help me, whether I had a home or auto question/issue. Tungala Hardy is by far one of the best representative I have ever dealt with. She goes over and beyond for me and others that I have referred to her. She makes you feel just like family. My mom has been doing business with State Farm for a number of years and she has been very happy with them. Whenever I go into the office on her behalf, Mrs. Tungala always welcomes me and demonstrates the utmost professionalism. Her customer service skills are impeccable and I think she is one of the main reasons my mom remains a loyal customer in addition to the quality insurance products they offer.

State Farm has been our family s insurance carrier for years. When I bought my house, Mrs. Hardy was extremely diligent and attentive to my needs and she s been that way with every subsequent purchase. Awesome service. Always professional. Go see Tungala Hardy and she ll take care of you.

When I needed Statefarm, they were there to help me and I can say they did not drag their feet with the process. I m very happy with the good service they provided for me. Tungala is the best all around. She keeps a smile on her face to let you know she cares about what s going on with you.
