Excellent customer service and support. Ordered tires; received as promised. Tires mounted quickly and accurately. Had a rim issue with one of them and returned to dealer. Problem resolved immediately. This place deserves your business. Thanks

BEST PROFISSONAL Technicians I have ever seen. I was having a problem with the alignment and I was very nervous. I thought that the problem is with the chassis itself but when Mr. Ronald took a look at it, he explained to me everything about what's going on and he was very glad to explain to me. I highly recommend this place and I hope I don't get any problems in the future but if it is gonna happen, I know right now where I can go.

I'm sure they maybe good mechanics, but I took my car there to get fixed. My car sat there over a week, and when they said they fixed it, my car was doing the same thing it was doing before I took it in. So I took it back, and my car sat there another week. So I went and picked it up I was charged close to $300. So I was left without the use of my car. Like I said I'm not putting down the workers, but my car was not fixed at all.

Excellent customer service! Steven and Jeff make me feel like I'm their #1 customer!! They're great at what they do! Comfy lounge area in the back while you wait is a bonus.

Car having electric issues. They claimed they could fix it. They replaced alternator and I barely got the car home. It's still same issue, so the car didn't need and alternator from the beginning.They ripped me off and had no remorse. $400+ gone. If you don't know 100 percent whats wrong with your vehicle don't take it here! Never again will I... first and last time. The get 0 stars from me.

Paid for diag and they told me cyl 7 has low compression. 190 psi is not that low if you ask me. They ripped me and have no idea what they even did to the truck. Worthless and waste of money every time I ve been there.

Best tire shop I have found in Mississippi I was in a bind the gentleman were very nice very polite very helpful I would recommend if you need anything done check these guys out it is well worth the time and the effort to stop Honestly I wish there were places like this in Florida because that's where I'm from But if you're in a bind definitely stop by and check these guys out

Bought some tires online and had them shipped to this location as they are listed as partners with Goodyear and set an appointment a prepaid for everything.They denied receiving my tires , had no information on me or my appointment and denied being a partner installer but I had confirmation emails for all that.After speaking with Randy, my tires magically showed up and decided to just load them in my car and go somewhere else who knows what's going after an hour of waiting. Done this process 4 times and tried explain how it works but it was a waste of time in the end. They reached out hours later saying i was right but I took care of it by then. They should remove themselves from being partners if this is how they run this program.

Had a muffler,exhaust repair...Had the car all day,called me right before it was time to close..Made it home an my tool set an other things had been stolen..Went back down there the next day an the secretary wouldn't even let me speak to the manger...She kept asking me what did I want them to do about it but at the same time telling me they couldn't do nothing about it...Never heard from the manager!!!

Took my Dad's Buick LeSabre in for tail lights fix. Dad used Ole Brook for years. They were impolite, rude may be a better word, the problem I had seemed to be a bother, also they acted entitled. When I took the car back home one of the tail lights did not work. Ole Brook charged $3.00 for 2 bulbs, $42.50 to install small bulbs, plus tax, for a total of $49.66. Drove the car to an Express Oil Change Service Center the next day. The cost of bulb and labor $12.52. If I could give negative Stars I would.
