Amber Chavers was magnificent. Her professionalism and personality made the communication line between us soothing like a breath of fresh air. Her patience was a virtue. We need more people like Amber who can maintain her professionalism and still make a customer feel like a human being instead of a consumer seen as the money that's in their pockets. We know we are consumers but we are human beings first. Thank you once again Amber Chavers.

My husband and I went in to get a quote and the young lady Jolie that was there had the sweetest personality and she answered every question we had with a world of knowledge. We were very impressed. She is awesome! thank you Jolie for all the time you gave us.

Great serves so far. And great nice people that worked with us. WE( Jay Hux) and I ( Amy Smith) Say the agent that worked with us in brookhaven ms 39601 office and did out insurance needs to have a $ 4.00 dollar raise. She was great and helped us and explained everything to us . And I ( Amy) have dyslexic., and if I did not understand, she would explain to me till I did understand everything. Thanks to the lady in brookhaven ms 39601 office, we have the right information and insurance on my truck. Thank here so much. She really does need that raise by the end of the month. This is may 3 2023. Wednesday.Thank you mis. Lady at the front door at direct auto insurance company. You was amazing and helpful.

Michelle Wright was really pleasant and provided exceptional services. She helped me with all my policy changes and got it done in a quick and efficient manner. I have not been with Direct Auto long but so far I have enjoyed their services and customer service reps like Michelle :-)
