I just want to say that anybody that knows Alex is super sweet and is honest to the T abt telling you what they re looking for in the incidents of how it looks as well. He wants the car bc they re slow right now in the shop. Honestly I wouldn t want to deal with anyone else but him. He is awesome and great !!!

First off, I went in on Tuesday to get an estimated time to get it in, and they took my truck right in for repairs. It was done on friday. They took care of my truck and made it look brand r new. They even fixed a fog light that got knocked out by a deer. I didn't ask em to do that. That shows you. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your auto body repair.

Caliber Collision is where you should be.Caliber Collision will not let you leave with less than flawless paint and a throughly inspected inside job. They are using technology I ve only ever dreamed of to ensure everything if going back together just right . Making sure every safety feature of my vehicle works *JUST* the way it was designed to.There is never the fear of what if after I leave, I know if I have a question all I have to do is call & someone is always more than happy to help.Courtney and Alex have stood out to us during both visits and we d like to really thank them for everything. They have went above and beyond for us during every visit we ve had to this location.

Worst place I have ever taken my car. They kept my car for over a month and still didn't do what I was charged for. Tire sensor light on, still shakes if you get up to 70 miles, and they didn't even bother to put the engine splash sheild on my car that my insurance paid for. Almost 4,000 dollar worth of damage they claimed for repairs, but wasn't repaired.

While my car was being repaired, I didn t have to wonder what was going on because Alex contacted me with several updates of the process. My car was completed ahead of schedule. I used Caliber Collision in Brookhaven for repairs during a claim. Everyone there was so helpful and I got a call updating me on the status of my car almost every day. Vehicle was taken to Caliber on or about March 21st... was returned to us on May 17th.Their excuse was that they couldn't find a headlight. After weeks of hearing their excuses, I made two phone calls and found the part for them.My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this vendor.Service: Body & Trim
