Quoted me a price double what it should have been. Called me 2 hours later to drop the price down to what it should be. I don't feel comfortable enough to bring my vehicle back here unless I absolutely need to. The work they did was solid mechanical work and timely.

In Biloxi for a pool tournament and we had a large bolt in our tire. They got us in quickly and replaced the tire as fast as they could because they were very busy. Very friendly and courteous.

I work on Keesler AFB as a civilian contract. They have great Customer Service, I can be able to drop my car off and put my key and information on the envelope to let them know whats going on. Also, I can go to work, and my vehicle will be ready when I get off. They treated me with kindness and respect. If you are on the base and not in the military, they will take care of your vehicle with care. I will continue to use their service.

Called and made an appointment to have my wife s tires rotated and balanced. Once I got there the employee at he counter said the appointment did not get approved because they where too busy. He said when you reserve a spot online it doesn t get automatically approved. I told him I called and spoke with someone and said no I didn t. Super rude and disrespectful staff. I will never go back and recommend you avoid this place

The gentleman are wonderful there! They help me understand my bill if I have any questions about it and they treat my car with respect, meaning they don't slam my doors, get stains on my interior or scratch my exterior. I fully trust this place!!!

Went there this past weekend, thought sensor had gone out in my vehicle. Luckily it ended up being the radiator cap which was an easy fix. The problem comes in that they did not burp the system when they replaced the radiator cap. Ended up being stuck an hour from home and having to get the car towed because they didn t burp the system and the car overheated.

Initially, I went in for front brake pad work. Doug called a little later to inform me that my brake pads were, in fact, still good and there was no real reason to work on them. I appreciated that information and his honesty, greatly!Then, he advised upon inspection that my driver side inner tie rod was severely worn and it was (been making loud squeaky sound for months). I didn't know where the sound was coming from. He went to ask if I wanted the work completed that they would order it and get me scheduled. The part was order and KAFB Firestone called me Monday morning, I had the car on-site by noon and the work was completed way before 5p.I picked the car by 4p. It was quiet, it drove well and I have safety piece of mind when driving, now.

I took my vehicle too another location because my brakes were squeaking loudly they couldn t figure out the problem after having my car a grand total of five days altogether. I took it too Edmund and his guys and they fixed the problem in less than two hours those guys are awesome i definitely recommend them and they definitely have earned a new customer awesome customer service I couldn t be anymore happier than I am today thank you guys so much I truly appreciate everything you guys have done. The Area Manager Chris was awesome as well thank you guys again.

Would have given this guys 5 stars but the mixed information and things needed for the cars is nerve wrecking. Paid for services and they didn't do they thing they normally do and that is check and level off fluids with courtesy check. My power steering was completely dry. My engine coolant was near empty, and they failed to notify me they broke my windshield washer jug. How I know it was broken because I just had it replaced at the dealership,but when the technician from Howard Ave. Firestone checked my car again he refilled it and the fluid just poured out onto the ground.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment last week for 8 am today. I show up at 7:45 and let them know of said appointment. They take my keys and I m on my way, thinking it ll be 30 minutes. In and out. I was wrong. I go back at 8:30 and see my car still sitting where I left it. So I go inside, and no one s at the desk, so I sit and wait. People come in and leave within 20-30 minutes with drop offs and their vehicles fixed. 9:45 hits and I go out to check, my car is still sitting there. The guy says it should just a few more minutes, to give the mechanic time. So I do. 10 hits. Still nothing. 10:15 hits. Nothing yet. And finally, at 10:40 they finish my car. Almost 3 hours after my scheduled time. No explanation why it took so long, just, It ll be $83. Never going there again.

Highway robbery, went in for brakes and was told I needed new rear tires (I didn't) which they conveniently had in stock for $350. Went to pick up the car and look at the tread myself whereupon I was told "they were fine for now" but that I would need to get new ones eventually. Thanks guys. Also tried to tack on changing brake fluid for close to $100 bucks, something else I didn't need. Do yourself a favor and do not go to the Firestone at Keesler AFB, go to the other one off-base in Biloxi.Service: Brakes

I am a reserve member at Keesler and I took my truck to this shop for an alignment then a week later I got a huge nail in my tire and limped the truck to their shop. I have to give a review on these guys at the shop because they did everything in their power to help me. I didn t end up getting my tires from them but they are honest professionals. They helped me with every aspect of getting my truck back on the road and they treat you like a friend not just a customer. I will go back to them again in the future and recommend them. Great group of employees!!

I work at KAFB hospital-I dropped my car off before work and they had it ready for me before I got off. I was able to communicate and pay over the phone. It was all very convenient for me as I couldn't leave work to pick my car up before they closed. My car was waiting for me all ready to go after I got off

Went in to get my AC compressor looked at, and wanted to charge 2500, also as soon as I drove off my turbo stopped building as much boost as it did before most of my fittings were loose, garbage technicians hire qualified people

Edmond was wonderful! He went above and beyond to assist me with getting a bad tire changed. He was booked when I came in to ask for help, but he squeezed me into his already booked schedule. He also was able to do it in a timely and efficient manner! Thanks Edmond, I am forever grateful for your exceptional customer service that you exemplified on today!

The first time I used this store I had no choice but to buy a new tire from a blow out. I was informed all of my tires were "bad" which I knew was not true. I later took my tires to the dealership where they showed me all 3 remaining tires were still "in the green". Attempting to use them for a second time despite my past experience and was turned away without even looking at the tire. I was told that my tires were unservicable due to them being 5 years old and that was why it was leaking. I asked if they could look at it and see if it was possible to fix but they refused to even assist. There was a second gentleman that was kind enough to help me put my spare on .. so that was kind and I'll give them a star for that. After researching and finding out tires can last up to10 years, I reached out to another company that was happy to patch the leak in my tire.

My wife took the car to get a tire repair theysaid weren't able to do so fine no biggy later on when I took the same time to another shop had no problem doing so. But at the time needed to get the wife off the donut onto a tire so paid to get a new tire on. But then got charged for tire recycling fee which I keep the tire i made a complaint to corporate about this issue. Keep your copy of the receipt to make sure are paying for the service you get. How am I going to get charge for things that didn't happen It's the principal of the issue. If they are willing to do business like this to one person who else are they willing to cheat out..

EVERYTHING THEY DO HERE YOU CAN GET CHEAPER OFF BASE.I needed 4 new tires and the smallest, cheapest tire they sell costs $98 per tire to buy and install.Not Great. And they refused to price match competitors in installation fees, balancing, etc.Nice people though, I'll give them a star for that :)

Hands down BEST customer service. We brought our older Infiniti here and had a good amount of work done on it. Pricing was definitely fair. Started noticing something didn t feel right. Brought it back in and turns out the alignment was out, they fixed it free of charge and had me in and out in less than an hour even with one mechanic having called out. Thanks so much firestone, y all are the best!

Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. Used a coupon for $19.99 oil change and the bill was $30 with added labor and charges.. I waited over an hour inside for a SCHEDULED oil change due to them placing walk ins in front of me.Edit: Dec 2015 the manager contacted me and apologized. He tried explaining that the 8 walk ins that were ahead of me were for simple battery checks and such. And told me oil changes aren't fast either. But an hour with an appointment? Either way they apologized and sent me a letter.

I bought a set of tires from this shop a couple of weeks ago. I didn t like the ride comfort of them. Doug, Josh and the other guys tried re-balancing and stuff but ended up replacing them with a different more expensive set of tires at no extra charge. These guys stand behind their warranty. They go above and beyond to keep satisfied customers. Firestone has an excellent warranty program.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Push your car off base if you have to. They wanted $250 for a tire on a basic car for a nail inside of it. They didn t look at it, just said you need a new tire. I went off base, had it patched for $6. The reputation of these guys are awful and this just shows.
