Tamra W. was the associate.Customer service is super important and to come in the store and see the worker interact with other customer in a friendly manner and her entire demeanor change when an African American has a question. All I needed was a fuse and I get a puzzled look with a oh I don t know. It s the small things and this whole experience was poor.

I usually have a good experience here, considering factors such as product availability and friendly, helpful staff. However, my last visit was less than ideal. They had what I needed, but the credit/debit card reader was out of order, preventing me from buying those items.I'm only taking away one star because that was the only time I have had a negative experience in this particular store.

Slightly dissapointed I spent almost $100 and used 2 $10 off coupons and only received credit for one of them. The guy ringing me up didn't exactly know what he was doing but rather than listen to my requests he played it off like he knew what he was doing and hurried me out the door before his manager could find out. I also didn't receive credit for my purchase on the app or my linked account.

Dont insult your customers. Dont LIE to them either. And the really important thing is LISTEN to the customer needs and dont assume you know more jus because you're wearing a gray shirt.

Auto Zone is one of my favorite places to shop for my automotive needs. They always have what I need to keep me rolling down the road.However, they also have many unique items in their inventory of merchandise for customizing most every type vehicle imaginable. They carry, in house, a ton of automotive parts for most all makes or model vehicle. If they don't have the part you need, most always they can get it in atleast by the next day or so, if not by that day. Their staff are always friendly and have always greeted me immediately upon entering the store and asked if I needed any assistance.

AutoZone never fails me. I have shopped at other places, but AutoZone is my place to buy what I need to keep my vehicles on the road and running right. They are always ready to assist with whatever I need help with. The don't mind finding that certain itemfor you if you might have trouble locating it yourself out on the sales floor. They even install things like windshield wipers for you if you need help with that. They will order parts for you if they don't already have them in stock. They also loan some tools that you might not have on hand and need to use. They are always my #1choice when I need anything in the automotive line. I never have had a bad experience with them and I have been a customer for the past 32 years.

It has auto parts. Staff sometimes know what they are talking about. It's better to know what you want when you go into the store.
