I took my car in after shopping around with other competitors. Collin quoted me $100 less than the others and even ordered the parts for my car over the phone. I came in when the parts arrived and after inspection, he said they didn t see anything wrong with it except for some extensive rusting underneath, causing friction. He didn t want to charge me for unnecessary work and I really appreciated his honesty. A few weeks later, my car started making a strange noise. I brought it in, he looked at it right away, said I needed the caliper and pads replaced, possibly the rotor too. Parts came in that afternoon, he called to let me know, and I took the car in the next day. He got my car in for the repair in no time and charged me way less than what the competitor wanted to charge and his initial quote. I was so happy and my car was running great after. He has a customer for life now! If you want fast, honest, and great customer service, bring your car here. Collin and crew are awesome!

Just got two tires from them and I can confidently say that I don t even care if they have the best price on a tire or not I will no longer be going anywhere else. Just the customer service alone is worth going here.

City tire is locally owned and operated, and Collins is wonderful to work with! His shop does the work on any and all of our vehicles! He always fits us into his shop schedule quickly and his guys are amazing!They do brakes, tires, suspension, bearings, all the good stuff! I highly recommend!

We were loaded heavy on our car hauler and needed tires quick on the trailer. They were able to get us back on the road in under 30 minutes with 4 new tires. The lobby was super nice for the kids and Wife during the wait time too. Cool wall of things found in tires, the brake pad was the best feature. Nice staff, super helpful. 100% recommend.

Quick excellent service with friendly technicians. We had a car emergency (ignition coil) while driving through batesville and they got us back on the road with a running vehicle within the hour.

Man all I can say is that Collin & his dad Mr. Bryant are excellent business owners and their crew knows their stuff and I encourage all surrounding counties to come and do business with ( City Tire) not because I know them personally but give their business a try. The work they do is more than 5 stars. Keep up the great work Collin & Mr. Bryant. Love these guys!!!

I haul horses for a living and was delivering a horse in the area when I noticed a bad whining noise coming from the drive train of my truck. I called several shops and Collins over atCity Tire & Auto was the only one that would even consider working on my F350.They suspected the differential bearings were bad, and when they took it apart they were right on.Collins got parts the same day and had me on the road the vary next day!This was a big job and they did it quickly and didn t over charge me.Great people to deal with, please give them a try, you won t regret it!

Extremely healpful people, i know in less then 1 hour what i need to do to fix my ford escape 2007, rack and pinion... And they have a financing option which will work out great.Thank you city tire & service

I have a 40' 5th wheel with 9 year old tires all but rotting. I wasn't about to try and drive it anywhere! It was located 12 miles south of Batesville at Enid lake and I needed someone to put new tires on. I HIGHLY recommend City Tire and Auto. I talked with Collins on Thursday and he was pulling the tires Friday, took the wheels to his dealership, put on the new tires and I had 5 new tires in a few hours. I got a very good price, exceptional service, there was no way I could have done any of that work. Give'm a call for your auto and tire needs.

Great service had an alighnment done out within 30 minutes and rotated the tires . Everyone was Curtis and a great price .you all go and see .
