I haven't been to this shop before, but this was an awesome experience. The employees are just wonderful. Totty especially was lively and knowledgeable. She gave me options to choose and was able to explain each clearly enough that I could understand everything. The whole team in this location is just a giant win. Calvin and Bradly worked together with Totty. They weren't just fast, but did such a good job. I can't say enough positive things. It's rare to find such amazing people and service.

What a great experience! Calvin was so friendly and kind, greeting me with a big smile. Although the shop was VERY busy, Calvin treated me like I was the priority.Calvin let me know what was happening every step of the process. The team is a great example of TEAM WORK. Thank you Calvin! I will be back and tell everyone about my great experience .

I got my oil changed at Valvoline yesterday and got the best customer service of my life from their employee Totty! She truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing attitude and professionalism. It meant the world to me to receive such kindness (and to have the cabin air filter cleaned-- I'll save the details, but it was horrifying)! I will never forget this positive experience. The cost was extremely reasonable, and the service was so quick. I will be back! :)

I got an oil change here back in June or July and a couple months later, I went to a different location(Valvoline) to get an oil change and they had a hard time opening up (I don t know whether it was my oil plug or the Oil filter) but one of those was deeply tightened, and I was told there was a crack in it or something. I m scared to come back here and risk my car getting even further damaged.

This place is awesome! You can tell this location is very well managed. The crew is very friendly & knowledgeable. We have been going here for 10yrs & have never had a complaint!

I went in this morning for a simple oil change and Bradley was so friendly and professional! He was patient with me and explained everything he was doing thoroughly. The kid just had a really great attitude, I hope he never loses that.Best customer service I ve had in a while, 10/10! Thanks again, Bradley!

Rude staff and they don't listen. Cut me off several times while asking questions. Opened my engine filter after i told them not to. Pushed product several times after I said no. Didn't fill tires after i was asked and said yes. The tech (totty?) After opening my engine air intake proceeded to dissappear for 10 minutes after saying she didn't know what kind of air filter my car had. Never returned to my car and another tech (after another 10 minutes seemingly like they forgot i was there) finally came to my car and finished my oil change.

If you need an oil change, look no further and get it here as these guys are incredible and I actually travel 20 minutes to get my oil changed and I don t even live in savage! What a great team of people and that general manager Alex is top notch! Thank you Valvoline in savage!

In the past, they put the oil filter on way past hand tight and didn't even put air intake to the throttle body on together properly, and had a air leak/loud whistle coming from the engine. I brought it to someone else to fix the issue since my engine cover didn't even fit on top of the engine properly anymore, and the brackets didn't even match up.I decided to give them another chance just for an oil change because the worker was nice and respectful with me the last time I went. I was probably waiting 20 minutes in the left lane, and the middle spot next to me opened up, and they told me to go behind that car, so I did. Waiting another 5-10 minutes another car drove up in the 1st spot and was only there for a couple of minutes before going in before me even though I was there for quite some time, and the workers didn't care even though the other car just got there so I just drove away instead of waiting another 30 minutes to get help.

I always had great service from valvoline. I've been to this one twice. The first time was fine, but the second time, the tech put the wrong size bolt on after the oil change and ruined our gas pan, and afterward, we had a huge oil leak. Took it to the mechanic and found out we have to replace the oil pan because the wrong bolt was forced on!!! Not happy, to say the least.

They were busy but got me through in a decent time, but I did see 2 different people check tire air pressure on 1 vehicle. Kind of a time waste. Everyone very friendly

Unfortunately, this location was out of my oil. However, the Asst. Mgr. Christina called around and found a location for me to go, and sent the oil filter with me.Massive appreciation and huge customer service. Thank you.R.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing, two bays were wide open, yet the attendant came out and said they wouldn't have time to service my vehicle. This is the second time they've pulled this lame excuse on me, the last time they said they "didn't have the correct filter size for my vehicle, come back in the morning." If you're not going to serivce customers up until closing time, please revise your store hours to the hours that you're willing to work.

I have always had the best service at this location! Izabella always goes above and beyond in her service! She is kind, super smart, professional and patient! I truly think you should put her in your advertisements! All of the employees at the shop are excellent!!

I had the best oil change experience here. I was with my daughter and everyone was so nice. Everyone asked for permission before reaching into my vehicle or opening the door. They explained everything they were doing and were very clear about the cost of everything. It was a great experience and I will absolutely be back for my next oil change.

I am always very impressed by Valvoline in Savage . While I was going in for only an oil change, Alex H. found a pile of leaves in my car filter and took time to clean it out thoroughly, and even vacuumed up my car afterwards! It just shows their dedication to their customers and attention to detail -even at the closure of a long day of work. I plan to continue to go back to the Savage Valvoline.

Too slow.Edit: 10 months later on 1/4/2024. Been waiting in line (no one infront of me except the car being worked on) for 45 min in the middle lane since 4:30. As usual it s slow again. Might have to start visiting other locations. Dropping the stars from 3 to 1.

I picked this place because they specifically say on their site that they rotate tires, and I like to rotate them every oil change. When I pulled up, there was 1 car in the stall in front of me, and a young man came out and told me they would be done in about 5 minutes then I could pull in. I explained that I wanted to make sure that they would rotate my tires along with the oil change, and he said yes they do that here. (The reason I ask up front is that I was told this when I went to the one in Chaska, and 1/2 way through my oil change they said they were too busy to rotate my tires). So after waiting about 40 minutes, I finally got to pull in and I made it clear that I didn't want the oil change, if they weren't going to rotate the tires also, because then I have to schedule an appointment somewhere else just to get that done. After some discussion with another guy, they said they couldn't rotate my tires. So I thanked them and left. If they're not going to offer that service, they need to remove it from their websites. I spent about 45 minutes there, and now have to find somewhere else to get my vehicle serviced.Service: Tires

They don't like filling the oil up all the way to the full line, only to the safe line. And then you have to explain to them because there kids.

I changed the oil, a day later I noticed an oil leak near the oil filter. When I returned to this place, I was told that it was not the oil filter that was leaking. I contacted the service, the mechanic provided a photo and video report, where he confirmed the leak through the oil filter, the mechanic fixed everything. I don't recommend changing the oil here. I got my money back for an oil change.

I ve been turned away twice the last two times I ve been here because they have a low inventory of filters for European cars. Go elsewhere.
