Great experience for just a simple oil change. Competitive prices, but phenomenal experience. Booked online, texts and emails to confirm, arrived early and was greeted warmly. Snacks and great waiting area with WiFi are available, if you don't take advantage of the shuttle service. Great technical writeup of what was found about my car and they didn't push anything beyond the information. Absolutely will return, great experience and I felt very valued.

Came in for an odd random car issue. The staff was welcoming, supportable, friendly, even being at the beginning of an early morning on a snowy day. Service was quick thorough and beyond reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Well definitely return as a customer.

Your servicemen are skilled technicians and adept with explanations...and your waiting room is spotless and inviting. I was very satisfied with my most recent experience with this business. I also really liked the detailed inspection they performed and report they put together when I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change.I originally left a 1 star review and despite the great experience I had most recently, I still think my original criticism is valid, which is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.Original review: This is one of those businesses where reservations and appointments are meaningless. If you make an appointment online they will wait until you get into the building to tell you they won't be honoring it, and ask you to leave your vehicle there until the following day.

Great communication. They have a cool report that explains any issues they find with simple video guides, and photo/ video proof of the issue on your car. Made it very easy to understand what parts needed to get fixed and which could wait.Also generally nice!

I recently had an expensive repair on one of my cars at Christian Brothers Automotive Savage. The next time I came in it was to change a headlight that was in a very awkward place, in accessible from under the hood. They put it up on the rack and accessed it from the wheel well. My car was finished quickly, but there was no charge!! They provided the headlamp and the labor, free of charge! Christian Brothers Automotive Savage will continue to have my business!

What a customer-centric business. Couldn't have been any more accommodating. Just had an oil change but they still treated me like I was spending lots! Did a great job. I'll definitely be back.

I went to see them because my Hyundai was jumping/slipping when I was shifting. It cost me 400$ to be told that nothing was wrong. It just kept getting worse, so a couple months later I went to the dealership. They agreed that my transmission was failing and was going to drop very soon.

Competent, professional, and honest. We live a ways from Christian Brothers Savage so my wife took her Honda to the dealership for a oil change. They told her that driving through the service door they detected that she needed a front end alignment. We were suspicious since she had an alignment at Christian Brothers 5 months earlier, there were no signs of tire wear etc. and had no idea how the dealership could determine that an alignment was needed by driving through the door. Brought the car back to Christian Brothers and agreed to a $69 diagnostic charge. (This fee is proper and reasonable). The car didn't need an alignment and they waved the charge. Christian Brothers now have our business for all our vehicles.

Friendly team. Fast and on time. Transparent about what I needed done on my vehicle and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. Convenient location close to home. Easy to book an appointment. Really liked the communication with the video / picture diagnostics on my vehicle.

Really good shop. They were very responsive and professional and just down to earth and easy to talk through with what I needed done. You can keep tabs on progress via text messaging plus they'll give you a call. And they even went the extra step of putting on the plastic with the driver seat and some paper on the floorboard to keep the car clean. All those little things add up and make me want to come back next time my car need service. Which is exactly what I plan to do.

They got me in within a day, aligned my truck, did a free inspection, which revealed a number of small issue to consider. Never pushy about those repairs. Super friendly and communication was fantastic.

Okay so normally I go to my dad for any car problems because I m always too scared to go anywhere to get my car checked or fixed. If you know about cars it s probably better to sometimes fix things yourself, I mean I don t know anything but I was able to figure out how to change my cabin air filter on my dodge dart 2013 and save a bit of money instead of taking it to some place. I recently had some car problems where my car would not start unless i jump started it, and of course my dad was on vacation I spent so much time trying to look for auto shops near me that had good reviews and by far christian brothers had the best reviews for all their locations. I would like to really say thank you to the team at christian brothers for being kind, respectful, honest and to the point. I was nervous to schedule an appointment on the phone but the customer service was amazing and I felt heard and didn't once feel dumb or like i didn't know something throughout the whole process. The location is clean and nice, and everything seems put together. I also got a free ride home while they worked on my car which was just amazing. I also really like how they text updates and send a link with your cars main problems and what things could require attention in the future. Im beyond satisfied with my experience and I would recommend it to anyone !To Christian brothers, thank you again and you ll see me again whenever I have future concerns with my car!Service: Auto battery replacement

I received a warm welcome, clear communication, text messages with the video vehicle inspection and recommendations complete with pricing. Their costs are reasonable. I believe they are honest and trustworthy. Their lounge area is clean and well appointed. They offer local area shuttle service. The service technician was skilled. If you're a DIYer or have some automotive knowledge, don't take it here. Took my Ram 1500 with a check engine light giving codes p0006 and p0016. Thankfully I have an OBII diagnostic scanner that gives me causes and possible solutions for my check engine light to be on but anyone that knows how to use google can see that the codes are for the VVT solenoid to be replaced. Took it here because I didn't have the time to do the job myself. Told them exactly what was happening and what codes were showing up. They said they'd take a look. They came back with an estimate for the VVT actuator and timing chain. I thought to myself "maybe I missed something, they're the professionals" so I ok'd the job. Job gets done and I get my truck back and take it for a test drive. Guess what? Check engine light comes back on with the same 2 codes. I take it back in for them to "have another look." So whats the diagnosis the second time? THE VVT SOLENOID NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! Of course I didn't ok the job the second time and just bit the bullet and did it myself WHICH FIXED MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. So after $3k and still having to do the job myself, I suggest maybe finding another place.

I live about half an hour away from savage but my car broke down in savage. This meant that it would be a couple hundred dollars just to get my car to my regular guy, so I decided to give Christian brothers a try. They did a great job and charged a very fair price. All of my interactions with the Christian brothers employees were very good, they really had top notch customer service. I d definitely recommend them.

All the staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. They did not push additional fixes on me like most car places tend to do. I the as able to drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation and they drove me home, free of charge, so I was able to keep working and didn t have to take any time off. I like the digital diagnostic report they sent so I could see all the things they checked on my vehicle. Also their estimate for work was easy to understand and they called to discuss to see if I wanted to do any of the additional work at this time. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. All this place does is over charge and scam you. This place lacks morals, and if you are a woman, especially a young woman like me, they will try to take advantage of you! Don t waste your time and find somewhere else to go.

Don't make the mistake I did and assume they won t over charge the heck out of you because Christan is slapped on the name of the business. Compare prices with other places before letting them do anything.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. Lately, more and more, I see mediocracy passing for standard when it comes to customer service in general and in the auto repair field in particular. However, my recent experience at Christian Brothers had me pleasantly surprised. Everything from start to finish was very well thought out and done to a high standard.1) If you need to leave your car, they offer a shuttle service that can drop you off at your house (within a reasonable, 15 min radius)2) Once a diagnostic is performed, you get a text with a link to a web-based report with pictures. The report categorizes the findings by priority (i.e., what needs to be fixed right now, what can wait, what items tested good...etc) Each item on the report will have a photo of your vehicle and how that item looks on your vehicle, and why it needs repair. This report is later followed up with a call by one of their staff. At which point you can go over it with them over the phone.3) Regardless of the items on the report, they only fixed the issues that I needed to fix during my visit and didn't try to upsell me other repairs that weren't immediate, nor related to the problems I reported. I actually experienced the issue which I came with before, and I knew what needed to be done....but it was nice to see that I was being treated with honesty.4) I found the pricing fair and affordable. I also did some research online and confirmed that the pricing was fair and honest. Labor hours were appropriate for the work being done and not inflated.5) Lastly, for those who served, they do offer a veteran's discount, and this was another thing that I appreciated.All in all, this was definitely one of the best (If not THE best) experiences that I ever had fixing my car. I will, most definitely, bring my car to Christian Brothers again, and I would recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood. Just a great place, and I hope it will stay like this, for years to come.Thank you, Christian Brothers Automotive!P.S. I should also mention that the day after I picked up my car. They called me to follow up and ask me about my experience! Like I said, a great place, great people!Thank you again!

I was thoroughly impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive in Savage. They were so helpful EVERY time I called. Not only was their customer service excellent the work they did was great. I would and have recommended them to family and friends (or anyone that will listen!)
