Been going to Minnetonka Firestone for many years. You can trust these guys to sell you great tires, correctly complete routine oil changes and tire rotations. This visit I had a battery installed and I have peace of mind knowing they chose the correct battery and installed it correctly. I am very pleased with their hard work, and how they always inform me of any mechanical work needed on my vehicle.

The staff here is great! They are friendly and competent and timely. When I went for an oil change, they were patient with my questions and concerns. They even penciled me in for a quick oil level check when the oil change itself couldn't be scheduled any closer than one week out.

Think this is the second time having our work truck get an alignment.Sunday we went to pick it up and requested to have them test drive it to make sure stuff was right.We brang it back 10 minutes later and are having them redo it because we did request to please make it safe as before we had a previous appointment with them and the alignment seemed worse. The van is over 6k pounds. No room for errors. We drive a lot on the highway, Well hopefully have it by Wednesday and my guess is it won't be better. Trying to have faith.Round two. They had the van for 3 weeks. Drives worse than when we brought it in after $923. Later.Will never go back. They waited till the 3rd week in to call and try to upsale us. They said their master technician said it needed left outter tie rods and just nickel and diming us. We told them do not let the person who work d on it before touch it. Because they didn't fully test it. We went in the highway. Guess what? If we take out another car or human because someone didn't go above and beyond to find the actual problem. Just fixed what they felt. Then on the day was supposed to be ready, we get a call stating we need all the above. Like your just now noticing? We did wait a week to see about getting business credit with them to cover the huge bill. Decided against it. I brought my car in for a no charge 2nd opinion. They did a check at no charge and made their recommendations. I also had them check my car's service history with Firestone. The whole process took about 45 minutes.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS FIRERSTONE. Your 2-3 minutes of reading this, would save you from big headache.Also don't believe the fake reviews. I had my car broke down due to over heating and coolant leaking and I made the mistake of taking it to this Firestone.First I was given an estimate of about $1000 including the things which were not even my concern. And I asked to fix mainly my main problem which was around coolant. I was told that the valve of radiator is broken and replacement would fix the problem and was given an estimate of $250. I approved it. But when I went to pick up the car, there were two check engine error codes related to coolant, one of them was there after the incident, but the second one was introduced after service at Firestone. And on asking about this, the representative JJ shamelesslesly said you are not getting other things fixed, which we gave you an estimate for and this would need a diagnosis and it would cost another $110 and the codes were just erased. After some discussion just to make a fool of customer, he agreed that he would get it looked. So I left my car for one more day to get it checked and the next day after following up twice, I was shamelessly told by Marty, that you can pick up your car and if you need to get the error codes looked, you would be charged $110 and the new error code introduced by Firestone may come up again even after deletion.Now my car is giving jerks. My car never ever gave jerks before taking it to Firestone. DISGUSTING experience.Question to the whole Firestone Team - Is this how you earn money by deceiving customers? Are these your business ethics and practices?

Came in today at 3:15 and needed an alignment and didn't have and appointmentthey got my truck in at 3:30pm!I have a meeting at 4:30 i told them about and they said no worries they will get it done even tho they only had 2 techs and they were both pretty busy!Amazing work A+++++++did i mention it was raining super hard?!can't thank them enough!

So Brookdale Firestone was my goto shop in the 80's but never went back. Went to the Ridgedale today for basic service and it was a very pleasant experience, efficient and friendly. I plan on going back more.

Not trustworthy, my Cadillac air conditioner wasn t working I was told its the compressor ok $900 gone and still air conditioning not working; 2nd time, we(Firestone) top it all for everything is good no leak, still no air conditioner call today 3rd time oh we can check again for leak but now you part expired so we will have to charge you for everything again what we should have fix the first damn time Been coming here for over 3years for both of my vehicles but now just take all my services to Midas or someone who actually fixes my problem first and don t keep charging peopleServices: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Had a really great experience here. I went in for alignment knowing that my brakes were most likely the issue -sure enough it was the brakes/rotors. I had the flexibility to get the work done and they had the parts so I went ahead with the service.The location is roomy and they had water/coffee, plus plenty of great magazines to read. It was quiet and the staff communicated clearly over the phone when I was at the mall and in-person. I am happy to share that I didn t feel any pressure or unkindness, which I have experienced a lot as a woman in other automotive places.What I really wanna share is that I saw JJ help a walk-in who didn t know exactly what was going on with her car but needed help to be able to get to her job. I work for a non-profit and know how quickly a person s life can change due to unexpected circumstances (like health or transportation). Seeing JJ provide a little help was refreshing.And of course I am happy that my vehicle is all better too!

I take my 2005 Saturn Vue to these guys for a front end alignment. These guys are awesome!! They have found so many important things wrong for me to correct with my car!! Stuff that's safety information!! I trust what they've told me!! I highly recommend this store!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received today. The staff member who helped me was very clear about what was wrong with my vehicle and very clear about what needed to be done to fix it. He handled the whole situation (which was very stressful for me) with care and patience and I really appreciated it! I will be back for all of my auto care!

My muffler was rusted out and my rear exhaust system needed replacing. My car was loud enough to give me a headache.Not only was the customer service great, but Sophia did everything to keep the price down as much as possible.Not only THAT, but thanks to Shaylin's work, Old Blue is quieter than she's ever been. She even drives smoother too!110% this location is my new go to car repair shop

They were great at finding the issue with why my car was having an issue with charging. So the technicians themselves were great at solving the problem and providing amazing service. For the the actual employees at this site I would give 5 stars. Plus this being my first time at a Firestone I was hopeful with how close they are this could be my new spot for oil changes, tires, and easier services.However for Firestone itself I would give 0 stars. The service for the testing I needed on the website is extremely misleading baring on the side of being completely false. I copied and posted below what the website says. Notice the service is describing FREE system check for battery, alternator, starter and spark plugs. In reality only the battery check is free, and you pay for the rest of those checks. On top of the hour long wait even with an appointment, I won't be coming back to any Firestone for future services.Starting & Charging/BatteryWHAT S INCLUDEDYour visit will start with a free starting and charging system check. A technician will inspect your battery voltage level, test the alternator, and examine the starter and spark plugs.

Requested tires from this location but they didn't have enough. Their manager JJ went to a couple stores to get them for the appointment and they were about to get everything completed in less than an hour. Came in for what should have been a simple slow tire leak fix. The tech that called us gave false details including the inability to repair the flat tire and tread life that would support new tires anyways. "the option we can provided is a new set of tires". The final invoice showed an alternative option to repair the tire with tread life that would last many more miles...Service: Tires

This store is really good , and the customer service is awesome ...I had my car tires ar bald and they suggested me new tires and they did all the multipoint inspection and the Sean and the darius really nice conversation starter and give us good suggestionstoo it's really amazing to went to this store ..they open on weekends also and I got like 100$ discount and I received good customer service ... indefinitely recommend this store it's next to the mall...lot of parking customer friendly

Went in to get a few things looked at and fixed, and asked that they break it down for me when I paid. I watched the guy I had been working with leave when I arrived, and the cashier just said it all looked good and ran my card. I needed follow up. Doesn t seem like these guys really care, although they did listen with some care when I first arrived. My mom, daughter and I drove up there from visiting Ridgedale because we had a stuck child lock on our door, and James, one of the service managers there, was able to help us out immediately. We didn't have an appointment nor did we call ahead (we were panicking driving even a small distance with a door that couldn't shut). We were so appreciative for the help! It was a simple fix, but we didn't have the means to fix it ourselves, and yet he did it with a smile. Thank you so much, James! Your kindness really saved us from not being able to drive home!

I had a nail in my tire and it took them over hour to get me out of there. I was their only customer. Some random guy stopped by and distracted the technician who was working on my car and it was unprofessional. Simple tire plugs shouldn t take that long.Fast forward to the next morning and I get a low-tire pressure alert...so they didn t even fix it and let me go with a leaky tire.I call to schedule a follow up appointment to get it fixed and I got an appointment, but the scheduler was kind of rude. But it was leaking so bad that I had to go in early so I did. When I got there, I was told that they wouldn t even look at it again, and that my only option was to purchase 4 brand new tires. They weren t willing do anything about it at all. I won t be coming back here.Not one to leave a review like this, but when it added up like this I have to. Bad experience.EDIT: After posting this review, management quickly contacted me and made it right. I changed the review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Thanks to management for reaching out.

These people genuinely know their stuff. Unfortunately had a bad experience at another Firestone, but the guys at the Ridgedale location brought my business back. They were able to perform an alignment last summer, gave me zero issues and bothered to ensure that the wheel was straight after the alignment. The tech allow me to look from the side and she was very professional.Went in there the other day with an older VW Beetle tire and Patrick up front knew quite a bit of tires for my vehicle and was very helpful.I am super particular about who works on my vehicles and the people at this Firestone genuinely care that I've been taken care of correctly.

James was very prompt and helpful. They offer free air refill for tires, even though we haven't used their services before and didn't buy our tires here. Got us in and out on our way in about five minutes. Thanks again for the help!

Every time I go to Ridgedale fire stone, I have an issue. Pretty bad when they try and give you someone else s keys and car that has more issues than your own I was not happy about that at all. Let s just say Ridgedale is now out of my way.

I called the store , and the staff was positive, friendly and polite and I was able to get a same day appointment for a oil change.They added the coupon without me having to to ask them to.When I arrived, they handled things very quickly and the car was in the bay before I got too the rest room.And out and ready before I could finish a cigarette.WOW!

I am not sure why there were so many negative reviews at this location. I have been bringing my Ford Escape here for 4 years for maintenance. Not only they offer yearly tire rotation deal at a good price, but also always checked if there were any else that was low or needed to be taken care of. Never pushed or even managed to make me pay more than what I came in for. They surely explain everything that needs to be done and what functions those part are used for and why they needed to be looked at once every while. Yeah, needless to say they are my life saver as they help take great care of my car.I am totally loyal to this location and would not hesitate to send everyone I know here!!

I only get my car fixed here. I was told by another shop that I needed new rear brakes so I called around for pricing. Firestone had the best deal so I brought it to them. They looked at it and said that my rear breaks were almost new and I didn't need them. I come back because they are honest. There is a tech named Craig that I refer all my family and friends to. He even fixed my Old Jeep Wrangler that would always die when you put it in reverse. Nobody else could figure it out. Craig spent 3 hours trying to figure it out and fixed it with a zip tie. He only charged me the diagnostic fee to do all of this. Honestly I will never use another shop if I can avoid it. I can't say enough good things about them.

THANK YOU SEAN! He took me in when they were just about to close. It was -5 degrees outside, and I was pretty sure I had some air leaking from my drivers side tire. He said he wouldn t have slept knowing I could ve had a flat that night or the next morning. He quickly got my tire repaired at a really fair price. He said it definitely would have been flat the next morning! So thankful and blessed he took extra time out of his evening to make sure I would be okay. Can we get a promotion for this guy?!
