I have had the very best experience with Advanced Storage & U-Haul. I have both rented a couple trucks and also used their storage facility. They have excellent customer service, are always fair, and on top of things. I highly recommend them.

Wes is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about Wes at Advanced Storage & U-Haul. He has gone above and beyond to help me; from calling when my Ubox arrived on site, to contacting U-Haul/Ubox support on my behalf, to helping me find creditable and reliable movers in a pinch. He was kind, professional and I am very thankful for all his and Advanced Storage & U-Haul assistance.

Poor service: booked the reservation weeks in advance canceled a day out due to overbooking. Management very rude and didn t allow me to get a sentence in.
