Tory fixed my vehicle quickly and professionally. Matt explained everything to me that was done and why. I am looking forward to having my auto maintenance done here from now on. I felt the price I was charged was excellent for the work done. Thank you for such great customer service

Tory's Pro Quality Autocare in Burnsville, MN is top of my list in trusted professionals for my auto care needs. His shop has earned my family's trust and repeat business. Tory and his staff are thoughtful, professional, honest, and really know cars and how to fix them.Even when some of family from out of state were in visiting the Twin Cities, he stopped and cared for them when their vehicle unexpected broke down. I trust his judgement and believe that his guidance has helped us save money and keep our cars in good order. His prices are fair - often less than other quotes.This shop is a bit off the beaten path for some Twin Cities residents, but is well maintained, and has a high level of life-long customers. Tory stands behind his work. The repairs are always reliable and I ve gone back if I had any questions. He is clear with me when something is a safety issue and I need to prioritize it. At times when a repair needed hours to do, his shop has helped me obtain a loaner car. He is courteous of how long repairs take and the temporary inconvenience this may feel like, but I know that he won t change getting things done right.I trust his judgement when he recommends an OEM part vs a rebuilt part. He knows that value is more important than price.This place really deserves this review and recommendation.

Extremely reliable, fair, and honest. I have taken multiple cars here for a range of mechanical issues as well as second options for work done by previous shops. I cannot recommend Tory and his staff enough. I wouldn't take my cars to any other shop.

Only place that I fully trust to take care of my cars and trucks. If they recommend it then it is truly needed. I have had Tory tell me "well if it was my vehicle I wouldn't do it, but we can do it if you want." I have sent at least 5 friends there and they have never had anything but praise for the work and price. Not cheap but worth it. Value is very high.

Best mechanic in the twin cities. The shop is very knowledgable about older vehicles as well. I will add, if you have an older Ford, I would highly recommend this shop. He always gets me and my friends' trucks taken care of quickly and well.

I love this place! I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else if it's work Tory can do. Tory is honest, communicates clearly, and does fantastic work. I've been going to Tory's for over 5 years. He's given me solid recommendations on work that both does and doesn't need to be done. He'll say if something isn't necessary and if it can wait, which makes it all the more impactful if he says something should be done sooner than later. I've gone here for issues ranging from brakes, oil changes, headlights, and other. I couldn't give Tory and his crew a stronger recommendation. 10/10 - definitely recommend!!

Been taking our cars to Tory for years. Honest service well done. They never hey to upsell you or do more than needed, and look for the best option when something does have to be done.

I have been a customer at Tory's for over twenty years. He and his team have repaired all of our family cars during that time and most of my neighbors have become loyal customers too. Tory has always been very professional and I noticed that he treats every customer respectfully. He has always been pleasant to work with, fair and a good communicator. I really feel that Tory makes an extra effort to do what is best for us as customers: He has saved us thousands of dollars in repair costs over the years because of his great skill mechanically and his attention to detail. I was a European car mechanic forty years ago and I have always been impressed with the quality of work that I have received there. Tory was a tremendous help. My car door wouldn't shut all the way for my Minivan and I thought the latch was broken.He was able to fix the problem in a short period of time. Tory and his team are a trustworthy group of people. They did the work on my vehicle for a fair price (less than the original estimate) and had the vehicle ready on time. I'm newer to the area and it can be a challenge to find a auto repair specialist who you feel you can trust. I believe I have found one. I'll be a repeat customer.

Tory has topped my list of trusted professionals for my auto care needs. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 15+ years and his shop is the one that my family totally trusts. Tory and his staff are thoughtful, professional and honest hard workers. Even when some of family traveled in from out of state, he stopped and cared for their emergency car fix. I trust his judgement and believe that his guidance has helped me save money and keep our cars in good order.

So grateful to have been referred to Tory s pro quality auto! I was told by Freeway Ford that I needed a new electric power steering and it would cost $3100. I brought it to Tory s and they found that I only had a disabled sensor and they fixed it right away and it cost me $198 vs the $3100 I was quoted at the dealership. I think I have finally found the only honest mechanic left in Burnsville Minnesota. After 2 years of being bilked by other shops out of thousands of dollars. One shop didn't tighten a cap after an oil change. The last shop I went to said he needed to replace a belt or the pump. That of course would cost hundreds of dollars. Instead I took my car to Tory's and he showed me what was happening with the belt and said he just needed to tighten it. Only cost me $20! I almost hate to leave this review because if too many people find out how honest he is he may get so busy I won't be able to get mine fixed next time. It's really hard for a single woman to find an honest mechanic. I'm just glad I found one Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have used Tory to do my auto repairs for over 10 years. Tory is honest and will tell you if a repair is needed, and whether you need to have it done right away or if it can wait. He is also very good about suggesting ways to save money on related repair items while making a repair. I would highly recommend Tory.

Brought our car in today because the check engine light came on. Tory's was great - they were able to schedule a time to bring it in and read the error instead of having to drop off the car and wait (like some other places I tried going to). Then, when we found out it was going to be about $1000.00 to fix we decided it wasn't worth putting more into this car. They were great and didn't even charge for the error reading. Awesome customer service - would definitely come back!!!!

I've been going to Tory for car repairs for about 15 years. Tory and Thomas are excellent mechanics who will actually find what is wrong. If the repair is simple, they will just bill for the amount of time it took. These guys will not rip you off. Even if I didn't live down the street, I would still bring my car to Tory. Highly recommended.

Tory does great work. A knowledgeable and fantastic mechanic with an honest rate, quick turn around and fair cost on parts. His shop has repaired many of my and my family's vehicles over the years, it's an easy choice to make.

I don't go anywhere else if I can help it! Tory and his staff are so honest and friendly that there's no need to fear being taking advantage of or ripped off. If you are looking for a wonderful mechanic with great service and good morals, Tory's Pro Quality Autocare is where you need to go! Tory's is 45 minutes from where I live, but I make the drive every time because I can trust them.

My alternator went out this morning, so I had it towed over to Tory's. Called just after they opened and told them my car was on the way over. Didn't have an appointment scheduled, so I told them it'd be great if they could squeeze it in whenever they could. They gave me a call late afternoon to tell me it was finished! Had my car back before closing tonight.I've always experienced nothing but awesome service from Tory's. Work is done professionally and honestly and if there is service that doesn't need to be done yet, they'll let me know, or if there is some upcoming service they'll tell me so I can prepare for it and schedule when it's convenient.

Literally the most reliable auto repair place I have ever been. My family and I have been going here for years, and I genuinely feel uncomfortable with going anywhere else. Every employee at Tory's shop is incredibly trustworthy and honest.

This shop does it the right way. It's the most honest Autocare place I've been to. They really work to help you understand what needs fixing and the most economic way to do the job. Good advice and kind people. I recently took my 2002 Mazda in for an oil change and to diagnose a gasoline smell. Turned out to need a $700+ repair. Instead of pushing the repair I was advised about upcoming repairs that could easily run much more by the end of the year, which helped me decide to move on from the car. I'll be taking my cars here whenever I can.
