Not pleased with the results. Good to grill limes are still off. They didn t fix the front pilar, nor the bent radiator. First photo is of the bad side. Second photo shows the good side and good lines. I ll be contacting them tomorrow to discuss fixing what s broken.I m not a mechanic and I see the issues.

This experience was a game changer for me. I loved everything about working with this shop. I usually dread doing anything related to car repair and car service. It usually starts from that weird odor when you walk in the door of a car repair shop and it s all downhill from there. LaMettry s was exceptional! It smelled good. It was organized. There was some diversity among the staff which is always appreciated. The concierge level service with Enterprise for my car rental is now the new standard in my life. Jesse was our assigned team member and he is thorough. We had one small communication delay that was a minor inconvenience but I m thankful for his extra time and effort that resulted in the staff getting the paint job right. Thank you Jesse! And thank you to the entire team!

I like the work that was done to the car. I'm really disappointed in that way the communication of telling my car was ready. They called and cancelled saying the car was ready. I told them to only call , when the car is ready. Told them that the SECOND time they called. I also told them in the future only call the customer back they are sure the vehicle is ready. This way they know it available to pickup. You lost three stars for the poor way I was updated.

We took our Honda Pilot to this location after reading positive reviews online. Started out great. Got us in within two weeks, promised us 3 day turn around, and daily communication.The daily communication didn t happen, I had to call and keep following up, they didn t stick to the timeline which I understand but was frustrated it wasn t communicated. I pushed them to either give us a more realistic update or have our car done before Thanksgiving. They promised it would be done before the holiday.We picked it up and it was dark, noticed that the detail work that was promised inside only went as far as vacuuming and some dusting in the front, ok fine as long as they body work is good.The edges of our bumper were sharp to the touch, the sides flexed where they hadn t before, and there were imperfections and bubbles under the paint across the bumper. We immediately reached back out and they asked us to return. They seemed unconcerned and it would be an easy fix but actually getting the car back in was difficult. My husband and I both work, they wanted a painter to do the work but they left by 3, etc. We were finally able to coordinate (if they tell you they can pick up your vehicle no they cannot, they don t have enough staff) two months later. The manager admitted there was dust/dirt under the paint. They were able to buff it out but I would have rather they kept the car longer and communicated than return it and we had to keep coming back.

I took my car here for repairs after I was in an accident. I had always went to another body shop prior, but they were out over 3 weeks.I decided to try LaMettry's as I read their reviews and it was a lot closer to my home.They were very informative on the progress of the repairs. I had updates every other day. Repairs were done in a timely manner and they even cleaned the inside of my car.I would definitely recommend thwm.

Seems like good quality work but it took almost 2 months to replace my front bumper. Lots of delays & final delivery date changed 4 times. The last time caused me to cancel two appointments to pick up my car. Needs better customer service as I had to ask the same question repeatedly & didn t get an answer to my question! I ve used them before & to me they have become worse.

I had a great experience at LaMettry s in Burnsville. My Yukon had serve hail damage. Jesse Johnson was great. He would provide updates numerous times a week. Also, he was very professional and experienced. He was involved during the whole process, refreshing. He is an asset to their company. I would highly recommend this family owned business.

They were quick to respond to our first request. The estimate process was quick and easy. Because they worked directly with my insurance company I had virtually nothing to do. While we ve only had the car back for a couple weeks the initial review of the repairs look great. I would recommend them to others.

LaMettry's did good work and kept me informed during the process. However, it was very frustrating to have to wait 2-1/2 weeks from the time they did the preliminary estimate to being able to take the car in for work to begin. This was due to negotiations between them and the insurance adjuster as what was to be repaired. After the car was taken in negotiation continued which resulted in it taking another 2-1/2 weeks to complete the repairs. I place most to the blame for this on the insurance company.

First, I've had two major very successful repairs at LeMettry's in the past. When I brought my car in the third time, the expectations were set that it would be a 2-day repair. With almost a two-month lead time for the appointment, I expected things to run smoothly. Five days after I dropped off the vehicle, I contacted LeMettry's. I was informed that they hadn't even started to work on the car. The explanation was that there were technicians out sick the prior week. That's fine. Communicate with the customer when there's a change in the timeline. I even had to call to see if the vehicle was ready. When I went in to pick up the vehicle, the receptionist informed me that the car was "somewhere on the lot." My experience has been that the workmanship is second to none. However, the lack of any communication and poor customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend trying Caliber Collision. I've had one positive prior experience with them.

Amazon service all around! When you walk in, Deb at the front desk greets you with a smile and is ready to help. I worked with Jamie, and she was fantastic! She was super friendly and then when my car was being repaired, she gave me follow ups and let me know where things were at the in process. She replied quickly, answered all my questions and took on the most challenging part - dealing with insurance. She went through everything step by step with me. Fantastic team and incredible customer service at this location!

LaMettry's repaired and restored my vehicle to back to normal. They did a great job - the car looks and drives just it was before accident. Jesse, the rep coordinating repairs at LaMettry in Burnsville, was fantastic: Jesse kept me updated as repairs progressed and answered all my questions. LaMettry's did a great job and I highly recommend them for the work and superior customer service.

The car looks like it did off the showroom floor I m really pleased with the work. Jamie did a good job of keeping me updated throughout the process. They arranged the rental and dealt with the insurance company so it was hassle free.

Jesse and Jamie and front desk individuals were awesome!!! I admit I "bugged" them even when they always gave updates and they all remained so, so nice and not "MN fake nice". i would just like to say i had the best customer service as soon as i walked through the door. i had the lady at the front desk greet me & jesse did my estimate. they both were so unbelievably kind. if i need something done with my car i would call lametrys because of how great the service was. Jesse was so awesome i recommend him to everyone i know.

Kevin and Shane were a huge help. Our mini van door was stuck in the open position and they were able to get it closed so my family could at least utilize the vehicle right away. Appreciate the team at Lamettry's!

I have always had excellent service here. Very honest and helpful. They fixed my windshield in the time frame they quoted and when I stop by to ask advice on any of my cars or trucks the will always answer and not make me feel dumb or that I am wasting their time.

I would personally like to thank sales manager Jamie Lemcke and autobody tech Jacob for excellence in customer service. They were able to fix the problem on my wife's Nissan versa It was a quick fix and they didn't charge me anything. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will never forget. Repair work seems ok but customer service was not the best. I was going to be overcharged but I caught the mistake before paying. No one seemed to know what to do to fix a mistake that LaMettry s made. Then my car still had the markings all over the windshield when I left after it was washed prior to me picking it up. The customer service did not feel top notch.

I was very happy from the beginning about how I was treated. From the low estimate to the quick response from ordering parts and getting my job into the shop. I was texted every so often regarding the progress of my repair and they manage to get it completed, by the end of the first week. unfortunately after picking it up late Friday afternoon. I was very happy with the final results. unfortunately, I noticed that later that the inside control of the drivers outside mirror wasn't working and I had to return rideson Monday morning to have that looked at. The mirror may have been removed during the painting process but after it was installed, the functioning should have been checked.Also, LaMettry's was very helpful in getting a rental car arranged for me, including rides to, and from LaMettry's to deliver my car to have the work done and picking up my rental car when I retrieved my finished car from LaMettry's. having a major repair done, can be pretty stressful, but LaMettry's was very helpful and accommodating. I have been to Lettry s in Burnsville before. The first time around was excellent. This time, quite disappointed. The estimate was missed by over 200 dollars and then when the part was finally installed, the part was painted wrong. One of the two tone colors wasn t even applied. The original part was supplied by me to observe, and it was still missed. This should not have happened, very unhappy this time around.
