I m my experience VJ is hands down the best, most honest, and fairest priced repair shop in town. He s serviced all of my vehicles for over a decade and I live 30+ miles from his shop. I ve referred many who are equally satisfied. He s an automotive genius. 11/10 would recommend!!!I was in an accident and need both mechanical and body work done to my 2022 vehicle. After calling all the dealers in 50 mi radius no one was able to take or even take a look at my vehicle for weeks. Due to the heavy snow all shops had filled parking lots and couldn t take anymore vehicles. I called Karz and without hesitation he took my vehicle in and was able to look at it right away and order pieces. Called with updates as pieces arrived and even made sure to order original parts so it wouldn t affect my warranty. Turn around time was quick! And when I picked up my car they had even cleaned it on the outside!!! Car functions as if nothing had even happened to it.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Very knowledgeable and personable owner.They're very busy because of the great work they do at a very affordable rate. Unfortunately, this makes them very hard to reach over the phone.I would recommend Karz to anyone who wants a great job done on their foreign cars at an affordable rate.

I've used many shops over the years, and this place beats them all. Also, I have a bit (little bit) of mechanical knowledge myself, enough to know when I'm over my head and if I'm getting ripped off or taken advantage of. This shop wants your repeat business and will not waste your money or your time for any reason. All repairs I have had VJ (super polite and responsive) and his team do, have been immaculate. I would spend the tow charge to get my vehicle to this shop because it is well worth it. Vary few mechanics can be cleaver and solve problems because they understand the physics of how things work. These people don't just rely on book smarts or institutional training, they come from the real world of actual experience. There is a reason Karz is busy, but they always find a way to help me in my time of need. All customers and employees are treated with respect. I'm surprised this place isn't a bit more famous! These are mechanic's, mechanics for sure. More businesses should operate like this.

This shop is the best repair shop I've ever taken my vehicles too. VJ is extremely knowledgeable and courteous, his whole staff is. They do the little things, like test driving before and after the repair so that they know when they call me in to pick up the car, it will be working when I arrive... VJ never wastes my time. If he thinks they can do make a "good" repair by using aftermarket parts, after assessing the vehicles age, he'll tell me he can save me some money, lots usually, by doing so. I really appreciate that because my budget is tight. And, he stands behind his repairs. But I don't want you to use him, he's my car guy! Get your own. Just kidding of course. Let's face it, VJ, expand!!!!

I called VJ (the owner) and told him my daughter had a accident and the vehicle wasn't able to be driven and was on the side of the road he sent a tow truck and fixed her vehicle and the cost was very reasonable and my daughter is still very happy about the service and the vehicle. good people to do business with

He is very honest, he cares and goes above and beyond to help and make sure your vehicle is working properly when you pick it up. He also checks for other issues to avoid future headaches. I live 35 miles away but he is my go to person, I trust him completely and the trip is worth it.

I brought a used car here for pre-purchase inspection and VJ saved me thousands of dollars by discovering the vehicle had been in an unreported front-end accident. VJ was incredibly helpful and thorough in showing me all of the problems with the car that had gone unnoticed. Thanks to him I avoided a bad used-car purchase.

I have been coming to Karz for close to a decade. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and can work on anything. Over the years I've had a German car with a very complicated engine, a Japanese SUV with a difficult-to-work-on hydraulic suspension, and there isn't anything these guys can't fix. Karz is way cheaper than going to the dealership.A word of warning to would-be customers. Karz is located in a very industrial part of town with mining trucks and heavy equipment everywhere. Don't let the look of the place discourage you from coming here. Their workmanship is top notch.

This is great shop to get your car repairs at reasonable cost. people who work here exactly know what they are working on. Owner is very friendly and he looks after every car that comes in.

Always helpful, if you need a mechanic, I would recommend Karz. Dependable, professional, and on time. I would not take my vehicle's to anyone else. Three mechanics on duty to. They also do repairs on your vehicle, dents scrapes, and dings.

We took my sons car to VJ after he crashed it. The car wasn't worth sinking the kind of money into that the other body shops insisted was necessary. VJ came up with a solution that matched the value of the car and my son was back on the road if a few days. You cant't go wrong Karz. They're honest and know there stuff.Bill G

I took my 2006 BMW X5 to VJ, he went in did what needed to be done and also advised me on what I needed to have done. Great prices and no BS hands down one of the best shops I have been to.

I had my Audi A6 serviced here and VJ was very fair and more knowledgable than any other shop i have been to. I don't live in the area any more unfortunately but i still refer friends and family to Karz.

There is not a smarter person. Does not matter what you drive or your problem! Tell him on the phone what your problem is. He will most often tell you what's wrong. He's a human snap on scan tool. And very fair and reasonable.
