This location always treats me very well. Any time I have any question I can call and they may help me troubleshoot or are willing to do a quick once over in-person with no issues. Mechanics and team are very professional and always explain everything to me so that I fully understand what is happening with my vehicle. I also never feel pressured to get services done- they may recommend and then rank them in order of what they d suggest to do.Absolutely love coming here and feel confident my vehicle is in the right hands and that I won t be taken advantage of.

Accidently went here thinking it was a different place. They still got me in the same day and were pretty great about me being a ditz. They have a nice waiting area and some snacks to entertain kiddos if necessary. Prices were reasonable, and they offer coupons.

My daughter s air conditioner wasn t working. They were very fair and honest with their pricing and plus got her car in right away. They kept in communication with me the entire time. Which was very important to me. They did a great job finding out what was wrong and got it fixed in a timely manner. Will definitely be be using them again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rear brakes needed replacing. They made room on schedule and completed the work before end of the day. New topple Valley, familiar with Heartland in Bloomington, this shop was EXCELLENT!!

I had a tire blow and Heartland did an amazing job finding the same tire and replacing it quickly. Great service and care and would definitely recommend them.

Service was fast quick and easy. However when swapping tires they chipped both sets of my rims and the tire caps for one set of rims were missing.

Excellent service!I got a flat tire while working and my grandfather recommended going to Heartland Tire because of their service - was not disappointed! I did not expect to get service the same day, but I did. It was the quickest car service I think I ve ever sat through, lol. The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful I may have to go here to get new tires! Thank you for your help, you saved my bad day!

Been here many times. This place has bailed my 13+ yo vehicle out of some tough situations such as catalytic converters stolen and other random car issues that happen to an older car. Been bet happy with their work ethic and communication. Prices are very fair.

The service we received from Paul was very exceptional to say the least and coming from me, that says alot! It's hard to find a trusting company to work on your vehicle. Paul went above and beyond to help out on getting snow tires on the car! Do not bring your vehicle here. Brought my car in for an oil change and brakes. Was told I needed rotors and calipers. I was expecting this so was not surprised. They quoted me an outrageous price so I declined and just had the oil change done and took it elsewhere for the brakes, rotors, and calipers (which the mechanic I went to charged me half what heartland was going to charge). Couple weeks goes by and my car breaks down and won't start. Get it towed to a mechanic and learn that heartland over filled the oil when they did the oil change and now I'm paying $4500 for essentially a whole new engine. Thank God I didn't let them do the brakes. If they managed to ruin my whole engine by doing a simple oil change they probably would have caused a fatal accident if I had let them do the brakes.Service: Oil change

I used to really like this place. Great staff and great service. In the past few years that has changed. I believe the entire staff turned over a few years ago and it shows. The front desk person is usually not very easy to work with, Paul. Doesn't usually call back etc and has been rude. I've experienced when they make mistakes and basically make it out that I'm the one at fault. The only time it's good is when dealing with Bruce who is the owner I believe. After my latest interaction, I won't be back. Been going here for 8 years and I've finally had enough. Was a loyal customer to the previous owner. New ownership is absolutely awful! I was grossly overcharged for a brake job (confirmed by former manager) and given a loaner vehicle that had duct tape holding the bumper on, check engine and airbag lights on the dash, and the heat didn t work. When I returned to pick up my SUV and mentioned the car not having heat (in January) the guy at the front desk laughed.Service: Brakes

The auto repair business is filled with RIP off reviews. Always refreshing when you come across a great business to promote. Bruce the owner is hands on everyday making sure the repair process keeps moving along. Paul did the intake process, while ordering the parts and scheduling the repairs. Paul was pleasant from the start and communicated clearly the options as the process was brought to completion.Reasonable prices.Quality work.Great service.Worth driving by other automotive repair shops to come here.

They never fail me! For a number of years I have used there services and when I'm in need they always, always get me in to figure out my vehicle issues. Bruce is understanding, considerate and a man of his word! His staff is as well very knowledgeable and willing to help as well. I have and will recommend them to everyone! Bruce Ford, the owner of this shop for 15 years, is genuinely nice and an honest and fair in his repair estimates. He will never have his techs try to upsell you on any repairs! If it needs to be done, he will tell you. If it doesn't need to be done, or it can wait a while before it will need some attention, he will let you know that also!His customer waiting room wall is plastered with emails from his very satisfied customers who are so grateful to have had their repair work done at his shop because he is so honest and he doesn't gouge them on price.If you need repairs or a new set of tires, give Bruce a call and let him take care of you! You will NOT be disappointed!

I had an appointment with Heartland to get snow tires installed on my car. It turned out I had scheduled for a very busy day, but they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of as a customer. They did a great job, and got everything taken care of in time. I couldn't be happier, and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Bruce is truly a helpful and thoughtful guy. Had a very serious issue where my entire wheel fell off right near his shop. Went in on a Sat afternoon 15 before closing and Bruce stayed over an hour past closing to wait for the tow truck to bring my car to his shop and all w/ a smile. Made my repair the following Mon and was out by 3 pm. Very thankful to Bruce for his above and beyond service!

I own a 1999 Jeep Wrangler and do most of the work myself as I am an equipment mechanic. When I don't have time or am stumped I will bring my Jeep to them. They are excellent at diagnosing and fixing the issue. My daughter brought her car to a large chain mechanic shop for a clunking noise and got a $2400 laundry list of repairs recommended. I brought the vehicle to Heartland and they fixed the issue without recommending any of the expensive repairs the other shop did, and the other shop had missed the real issue. Good honest mechanics, which are tough to find.

We have a non-profit that delivers beds to kids sleeping on the floor. Our delivery truck was loaded up and a tire was dangerously low, I tried filling it at a few stations and it wasn't working. I called Bruce and he immediately said to bring it by. He filled it up and checked the others. Got us back on our way to getting beds to kids. I appreciate when someone running a busy shop takes a second to help someone in need and asked nothing for it. With that kind of integrity I'd definitely trust you with our tires and service.
